In the ceramic technology the first step to produce sintered bodies is the manufacturing of powders which then are densified. The adhesion mechanisms between the single particles and the agglomerates produced from them determine the densification process. Starting from theoretical considerations adhesion mechanisms, such as solid bridge formation, adhesive bonding and glide-promoting effects, are discussed in principle. Subsequently, the effects of surface-active substances on the densification behaviour of clay-ceramics and oxide-ceramic bodies are discussed. Further, the evaluation of the action of additives to the powder mixtures on the microstructure of the compacts, such as porsity and texture, leads to a compaction equation which describes the transition from the powder pile to a densified green body.  相似文献

在IP网络使用多拓扑技术对不同业务区分服务和路由优化的背景下,提出一种改进的链路权重优化启发式算法,在一定条件下以一定概率接受非可行解,从而引入松弛机制扩大候选解范围,避免搜索陷入局部最优。在仿真中将所提出的算法和已有算法进行了比较,结果证明该算法能够为每个高优先级需求的服务层协定(SLA)提供保证,有效降低全网总时延或提高网络吞吐量。  相似文献

Concrete structures in main coal cleaning plants have been rebuilt and reinforced in the coal mines of the Shanghai Da-tun Energy Sources Co. Ltd., the first colliery of the Pingdingshan Coal Co. Ltd. and the Sanhejian mine of the Xuzhou Mining Group Co. Ltd. In these projects, the operating environment and reliability of concrete structures in the main plants of the three companies were investigated and the safety of the structures inspected. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were made on the spe-cial natural, technological and mechanical environments around the structures. On the basis of these analyses, we discuss the long-term, combined actions of the harsh natural (corrosive gases, liquids and solids) and mechanical environments on concrete structures and further investigated the damage and deteriorating mechanisms and curing techniques of concrete structures in the main coal cleaning plants. Our study can provide a theoretical basis for ensuring the reliability of concrete structures in main coal cleaning plants.  相似文献

Eleven polyhydroxy alkaloids of plant origin were tested for anti-feedant effects against larvae of the lepidopteransSpodoptera littoralis, Spodoptera frugiperda, Heliothis virescens, andHelicoverpa armigera. Data from behavioral and electrophysiological investigations were correlated to reveal information on the mode of action of the antifeedants. The pyrrolidine DMDP was an effective antifeedant for all four species, whereas the piperidines fagomine and XZ-1 and the pyrrolizidine alexine were all ineffective as antifeedants. The activity of the pyrrolidines CYB-3 and DAB-1, the piperidines DNJ, DMJ, and BR1, and the bicyclic octahydroindolizine castanospermine varied among species. The investigation focuses on the structural similarities between some of the alkaloids and some common phagostimulatory sugars and illustrates a neural interaction involving the neurons that are differentially responsive to alkaloids and sugars. InS. littoralis, the neurons responding specifically to the alkaloids DMDP, DAB-1, and castanospermine and to the sugars fructose, sucrose, and glucose are more active when the compounds are applied singly than when an alkaloid and a sugar are applied together. The implications for the occurrence and functioning of different sugar receptor sites are discussed.  相似文献

针对行动者—评论家(AC)算法存在的经验学习样本维度高、策略梯度模型鲁棒性低等问题,依据多代理系统的信息协作优势,构建注意力机制网络并作为代理体,引入多层并行注意力机制网络模型对AC算法进行改进,提出一种基于多层并行注意力机制的柔性AC算法。将其用于解决动态未知环境下的机器人路径规划问题,可增强行动者的策略梯度鲁棒性并降低评论家的回归误差,实现机器人路径规划最优方案的快速收敛。实验结果表明,该算法有效克服机器人路径规划的局部最优,具有计算速度快、稳定收敛的优点。  相似文献

The oxidation of Ni-23.1Nb-4.4Al and Ni-19.7Nb-6 Cr-2.5Al alloys in air at temperatures in the range 870–1100°C has been studied for times up to 168 hr, in the as-cast, slowly cooled, and directionally solidified forms. The oxidation rate decreases with increasing temperature for the ternary alloy, and this appears to be due to the increasing tendency to establish a continuous Al2O3 layer at the metal surface, although at no temperature in this range is a complete layer established. At the lowest temperature the -Ni3Nb lamellae are preferentially oxidized, with fingers of oxide extending into the metal, but at 900°C and above a continuous single-phase 8-free layer is established at the metal surface very early in the oxidation. The oxidation rate of the quaternary alloy increases with increasing temperature. At the lower temperatures a continuous Al2O3 layer is established at the metal surface, but at the highest temperature the aluminum oxidizes internally and a continuous layer is not established, internal oxidation penetrating down the lamellae. It appears that niobium, like chromium, is able to promote the formation of external Al2O3 layers; if this fact is accepted, the beneficial role of chromium in these alloys is difficult to explain.  相似文献

The oxidation in air of an austenitic Fe-Mn-Cr steel containing 17.8 Mn, 9.5 Cr, 1.0 Ni, 0.27 C, and 0.03 N was studied over the range 700–1000°C. Oxidation of surface-abraded samples at low temperatures, 700–750°C, resulted in only Mn 2O3 containing dissolved chromium, except at corners, where large nodules containing spinel and manganowustite formed. The Mn2O3 layer grew into the substrate forming a globular-type film. This growth mode was the result of slow interdiffusion in the alloy after the cold-worked surface layer had been recrystallized and/or consumed, as evidenced by the formation of a ferrite layer subjacent to the scale and by the instability of the planar interface. No internal oxidation was observed beneath the Mn2O3 film at either 700 or 750°C. Samples oxidized in thehigh-temperature region, 800–1000°C, exhibited vastly different behavior, forming thick stratified scales at long times (24 hr), the scales consisting of a very thin outer layer of Mn2O3 (with appreciable iron in solution), Fe-Mn spinel beneath the outer layer, and a thick inner layer of manganowustite and a chromium-containing spinel. No chromium was found in the outer two layers. A thin layer of nearly pure Fe2O3 formed between Mn2O3 and the outer spinel. Quasiparabolic kinetics were observed. The high-temperature rates were about 103 to 104 times greater than at low temperatures at the transition temperature. The rapid rates at high temperatures were attributed to manganowustite growth. However, oxidation of an electropolished sample at 750°C, from which the superficial cold-worked layer had been removed, formed scales similar to those observed at high temperatures at comparable rates. A difference by a factor of over 104 existed between the oxidation rate of the electropolished sample and the surface-abraded sample at 750°C. The much slower oxidation rate of the latter is attributed to greatly enchanced manganese diffusion through the high dislocation-density, cold-worked layer. Short-time tests at 800°C revealed an incubation period during which a thin protective layer of Mn2O3 formed. The incubation period corresponded to the recrystallization time of the cold-worked layer. Subsequently, nodular growth occurred which was associated with internal oxidation. The nodules, consisting of spinel and manganowustite, eventually linked up to form a thick, stratified scale. Comparison of the scale structures with calculated phase diagrams of composition versus oxygen activity (at constant temperature), showed that the protective films formed at low temperatures were due to kinetics factors, involving enhanced manganese diffusion through the cold-worked layer, rather than to thermodynamics. A model for the breakdown of protective films is proposed which involves internal oxidation.  相似文献
