含氚废水水泥固化实验研究

研究用水泥固化处理氚废水,并选择了最佳配方:水与灰的重量比=0.45～0.5,水泥与石膏重量比=5∶1。用IAEA推荐的方法做浸出实验。为了减少水泥固化体中氚的浸出量,实验了几种涂层材料。沥青涂层可将固化体氚的浸出率降低1～2个量级。     

表面稳定模式铁电液晶的电光特性测试

采用一种改进的高分子膜摩擦定向法成功地实现了表面稳定模式铁电液晶的光学双稳态，对比度大于１４０，响应时间达１００微秒。     

Kinetic analysis for effect of initial substrate concentration on growth and secondary metabolite production in cultures of Nicotiana tabacum

Suspension cultures of tobacco cells were studied using airlift and rotary-drum bioreactors. The effect of initial concentrations of a major substrate, sucrose, on the growth and production of a secondary metabolite, phenolic compounds, was investigated. The dry weights and total concentrations of the phenolic compounds increased with the initial sucrose concentration in both bioreactors. Both bioreactors were found to have the same tendency for the effect of initial sucrose concentration. The structured model, presented previously was modified by considering that sucrose was hydrolyzed to glucose and fructose by an enzymatic reaction. The previous and the new models were applied to the above two sets of experimental data obtained with two bioreactors, independently. The hydrolysis of sucrose was elucidated to contribute slightly to the overall kinetics of growth and secondary metabolite production in these cultures. Furthermore, the levels of shear damage in each bioreactor were quantitatively compared based on the death rate constant, k_i, which is one of the model constants.     

High-temperature,high-pressure thermophysical measurements on liquid zinc

Wire-shaped zinc samples were resistively volume heated as part of a fast-capacitor discharge circuit. Time-resolved measurements with submicrosecond resolution of the current through the specimen, the voltage drop across it, and the thermal expansion of the specimen as a function of time allow determination of the enthalpy, electrical resistivity, and density at different temperatures up to superheated liquid states of zinc far above the normal boiling point. High static pressures, up to 3800 bar of the ambient medium water, were used. An estimate of the critical pressure for zinc is given by investigations of the stability of the sample with a framing CCD camera, taking pictures of different samples varying the ambient static pressure. The critical volume and the critical temperature are obtained by means of an extrapolation of measured data at different pressures.Paper presented at the Fourth International Workshop on Subsecond Thermophysics, June 27–29, 1995, Köln, Germany.     

富集孢粉化石的一种方法

本论述了孢粉，沟鞭藻化石与矿物颗粒相互分离的方法，并与传统的氢氟酸冷处理方法进行实验对比。结果表明，该方法摒弃有毒重液，提高了化石收获率。

分析了液相色谱柱失效的诸多现象和原因，并论述了极性溶剂冲洗法等一些使色谱柱恢复活性的方法。     

Phase equilibria in InAsSbP quaternary alloys grown by liquid phase epitaxy

The quaternary alloy InAs_1−x−ySb_xP_y, lattice-matched to InAs, is a promising material for the production of infrared light sources for the detection of gases in the 2–4 μm region of the spectrum. In this work, thermodynamic phase equilibrium calculations have been carried out to determine the compositions required for liquid phase epitaxial growth and the extent of the miscibility gap in the solid material. For high band gap materials, the desired growth temperature is found to be intermediate between a low temperature required to grow P-rich solids and higher temperatures required to avoidspinodal decomposition. Conventional LPE growth at an intermediate temperature of 583°C is found to produce good material with high luminescence efficiency and excellent optical characteristics. Problems with phosphorus loss from the melt are also discussed and lower growth temperatures are found to considerably reduce this problem. Growth in the metastable region between the binodal and spinodal lines has been achieved with the production of phosphorus-rich solids with concentrations up to y = 0.445.     

MIS型单晶硅液晶光阀

详细介绍了一种新颖、快速响应的金属－绝缘层－半导体构成的MIS型单晶硅液晶光阀的结构、工作机理、制作工艺和性能参数测试。液晶采用45°扭曲向列型混合场效应工作模式。所得到的光阀的极限分辨率为40lp／mm，口径40mm，最大对比度＞100：1，在930nm（△λ＝40nm）写入光灵敏度为20μW／cm2，响应时间为15ms。报道了该光阀在大屏幕投影显示中的应用。     

热致液晶性纤维素衍生物及其热塑性塑料复合物熔体流变行为的研究

用毛细管流变仪研究了乙基纤维素（ＥＣ）及其高密度聚乙烯（ＨＤＰＥ）复合物，纤维素芳族酯（ＣＡＥ）及其聚碳酸酯（ＰＣ）复合物的剪切流变特性和机理。结果表明，ＥＣ对ＨＤＰＥ／ＥＣ复合物的粘度影响不大，而少量（５％）ＣＡＥ的加入使ＰＣ／ＣＡＥ复合物粘度大大下降，且复合物流变曲线呈现新的特征。
