针对鄂州电厂润滑油输送及净化系统现存的设计及安装缺陷，以及主汽轮机油质不合格的现状，对润滑油输送及净化系统管道进行改造，更换润滑油过滤装置，消除了系统存在的隐患，完善系统管理，减少了维护工作量，使系统的安全经济运行能力大为提高。     

节能润滑油在KTK-12.5/35氧压机上的使用

对氧压机试用节能润滑油前后的相关参数进行比较,通过计算验证该设备使用此油后的节电率,取得了预期的经济效益。     

Hydrodynamic force between two hard spheres tangentially translating in a power-law fluid

The hydrodynamic interaction between two hard spheres tangentially translating in a power-law fluid is investigated. By considering the gap between the two spheres being sufficiently small such that the Reynolds’ lubrication theory applies, an analytical equation to the pressure in the gap is obtained using truncated Fourier series. To a good approximation, the pressure equation can be further simplified. The simplified approximate equation over-predicts the pressure for shear thickening fluid (n>1) but under-predicts the pressure for shear-thinning fluid (n<1). However, the errors in the predicted tangential force and moment are relatively small. In particular, for a Newtonian fluid, the accurate solution and the simplified approximate solution degenerate to the asymptotic solution of Goldman et al. [1967. Both solutions predict that for shear thickening fluid (n>1), the hydrodynamic force converged in the inner region of the gap between the two spheres and the contribution from the outer region is sufficiently small. For shear thinning fluid (n<1), the contribution from the outer region is also significant.     

油润滑下Al/MoSi2材料的摩擦学特性

运用M-200型磨损试验机测定了油润滑下Al/MoSi2材料的摩擦磨损性能，采用SEM和X射线观察与分析了摩擦副表面的形貌和相组成，探讨了磨损机制。结果表明：采用20#机油润滑可有效地提高Al/MoSi2材料的摩察磨损综合性能；与干摩擦状态相比，其摩擦系统和磨损率分别下降了40%和60%；油润滑时，Al/MoSi2材料的磨损机制主要表现为疲劳点蚀和磨粒磨损。     

Lubricating behavior of iron rhenate and its relation to matching pairs

The iron rhenate was compounded by chemical method, which may be generated during wear process of Fe-Re alloys at elevated temperature. The friction coefficient of iron rhenate has been determined by a pin-on-disc device. The results show that iron rhenate plays role of lubricating at RT-600 °C. The lubricating behavior is related to the matching pairs. The hardness of the materials of matching pairs, compatibility of iron rhenate with materials of matching pairs and surface roughness of disc affect the lubricating behavior of iron rhenate mostly. 智能集中润滑系统在平朔矿区的应用

分析了平朔矿区原有破碎机润滑系统使用中存在的问题,介绍了一种智能集中润滑系统的工作原理及其在平朔矿区应用中的系统配置、系统应用方案及系统维护。该智能集中润滑系统将PC和PLC与现场多点润滑泵、智能仪表和智能传感器相结合,采用多点润滑泵实现对破碎机多个点的集中润滑,采用电动加油泵实现自动补脂。实际应用表明,该智能集中润滑系统运行稳定、可靠,提高了设备使用效率,减少了日常维修工作量。     

Analytical and experimental analysis of deep drawing process for bimetal elements

The paper presents the concepts of solving of deep drawing process for bimetal elements of sheet materials. The inertia forces, plastic hardening behaviour of the deformed material and dynamic stress are utilized in the problems of plasticity. The experimental results and general conclusion are presented at the end of the paper.     

润滑耐磨梯度材料(LGM)辊环与离子渗硫处理的轧辊

在钴基碳化钨硬质合金基体上研制了一种润滑耐磨梯度材料LGM硬质合金及制造工艺，已成功应用于高速线材轧机的辊环。通过XRD和AES分析了梯度材料中硫化物、氧化物的组成和浓度分布．介绍了经低温离子渗硫处理的冷硬铸铁及冷硬合金铸铁轧辊。实践证明，梯度材料LGM辊环与离子渗硫后的铸铁轧辊使用寿命分别提高50％和100％。分析表明LGM辊环中硫化物、氧化物在高温下具有良好的润滑耐磨性能，减少了辊环表面微裂纹产生。
