自升式平台深水化改造的新模式及其可行性分析

针对我国现有自升式平台存在的不能满足深水域勘探开发的要求以及造价过高等问题,提出一种自升式平台深水化改造新模式——分体坐底自升式平台,在基本不改变原有平台结构的基础上,通过增加可沉浮平台下体,使作业水深增加50m以上,而造价比同工作水深的常规自升式平台低得多。文章介绍了该分体坐底自升式平台的结构方案、作业工况及操作程序,分析了该平台的技术可行性和经济可行性,并提出了深入研究和具体实施需要解决的问题。     

An evaluation system of the setting up of predictive maintenance programmes

Predictive Maintenance can provide an increase in safety, quality and availability in industrial plants. However, the setting up of a Predictive Maintenance Programme is a strategic decision that until now has lacked analysis of questions related to its setting up, management and control. In this paper, an evaluation system is proposed that carries out the decision making in relation to the feasibility of the setting up. The evaluation system uses a combination of tools belonging to operational research such as: Analytic Hierarchy Process, decision rules and Bayesian tools. This system is a help tool available to the managers of Predictive Maintenance Programmes which can both increase the number of Predictive Maintenance Programmes set up and avoid the failure of these programmes. The Evaluation System has been tested in a petrochemical plant and in a food industry.

Sensitivity analysis of the scattering parameters of microwave filters using the adjoint network method

A novel approach is presented to calculate the sensitivities of the scattering parameters of microwave filters obtained with the full‐wave mode‐matching (MM) technique. Using only the MM simulation of the original network, the sensitivities of the scattering parameters with respect to all designable parameters are obtained. The adjoint network method (ANM) is applied to the generalized scattering matrices of the different filter components. This guarantees good accuracy of the calculated sensitivities. The implementation details are discussed for N‐resonator ridge waveguide filters. Excellent agreement is obtained between the sensitivities calculated using ANM and those obtained using the expensive central differences. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 利用ASP技术与ADO技术,采用Browser/Server模式设计了一个网上教学系统,它包括网上报名、网络课堂、在线答疑和师生信箱.用户可通过交互式动态形式来学习课程内容、进行随机抽取试题、即时打分、查看以往成绩、修改个人信息记录等功能.     

Unconventional Charge Density Wave Arising from Electron–Phonon Interaction

We report of a theoretical study on quasi-one dimensional unconventional charge density wave (UCDW) driven by electron–phonon interaction. Within mean field theory, we find that the wavevector dependence of the coupling leads to a momentum dependent single particle gap on the Fermi surface. The presence of small energy single particle excitations around the gap nodes significantly changes the optical conductivity compared to the conventional CDW result. In addition to that, the collective phase excitation arising from fluctuation of the order parameter leads to further qualitative changes of the conductivity and results in an effective mass that is nonmonotonic in temperature.      

电厂热力系统耗差分析系统实现的研究与发展

总结了电厂热力系统耗差分析几种实现方式，回顾了国内在该领域的发展过程。电厂热力系统耗差分析实现方式分别经历了独立的耗差分析系统、基于DCS的耗差分析系统、基于MIS的耗差分析系统。并在不同的分析方式上进行了评价，指出了耗差分析系统的发展方向。     

多部件设备维修问题研究及遗传算法求解

合理组织设备维修，缩短设备维修时间是生产运营管理的一个重要环节。本文探讨了多部件设备维修的有效组织问题。考虑到维修工人对拆分后设备的不同部分具有不同的维修效率，提出了一种基于维修时间优化的决策方法，将其与经典指派方法进行了比较；进一步地，对这一NP-hard问题设计了遗传算法，通过数值例子讨论了其求解有效性。
