测量点数据等残留高度刀具路径规划 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
在介绍计算几何模型的基础上,提出一种刀具路径算法.首先分别以刀具半径值和残留高度值为等距距离,通过等距计算求出等距点集和残留高度点集;然后以前一行刀具路径为中心构建刀具包络面,并求出刀具包络面与残留高度点集的交点,即过渡点集;最后通过求以过渡点集为中心的刀具包络面与等距点集的交点,得出相邻行刀具轨迹,依次递推,求出所有的刀具路径行.针对计算过程中可能出现的欠切问题,给出了应用密切圆追踪的边界处理方法.通过实例验证了该算法的可行性.与等间距刀具路径生成方法进行比较表明,应用文中算法解决针对测量点数据的数控加工刀具路径生成问题,可缩短刀具路径长度,提高加工效率. 相似文献

A discrete-time control problem of a finite-state hidden Markov chain partially observed in a fractional Gaussian process is discussed using filtering. The control problem is then recast as a separated problem with information variables given by the unnormalized conditional probabilities of the whole path of the hidden Markov chain. This paper studies a leader-following consensus problem of continuous-time double-integrator multi-agent systems with measurement noises and time-varying communication delays under directed topology. By utilising the neighbour position and velocity information, which are delayed and disturbed by measurement noises whose intensities are considered a function related to the neighbour position and velocity of agents, a distributed consensus protocol is presented, sufficient conditions of the tracking consensus in the sense of mean square are derived. In this paper, the H∞ control problem is investigated for a general class of discrete‐time nonlinear stochastic systems with state‐, control‐, and disturbance‐dependent noises (also called (x, u, v)‐dependent noises). In the system under study, the system state, the control input, and the disturbance input are all coupled with white noises, and this gives rise to considerable difficulties in the stability and H∞ performance analysis. By using the inequality techniques, a sufficient condition is established for the existence of the desired controller such that the closed‐loop system is mean‐square asymptotically stable and also satisfies H∞ performance constraint for all nonzero exogenous disturbances under the zero‐initial condition. The completing square technique is used to design the H∞ controller with hope to reduce the resulting conservatism, and a special algebraic identity is employed to deal with the cross‐terms induced by (x, u, v)‐dependent noises. Several corollaries with simplified conditions are presented to facilitate the controller design. The effectiveness of the developed methods is demonstrated by two numerical examples with one concerning the multiplier‐accelerator macroeconomic system. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the local design of the distributed H∞‐consensus filtering problem for a class of discrete time‐varying systems subject to both multiplicative noises and deception attacks over sensor networks. The target plant and the measuring sensors are disturbed by multiplicative noises with known statistics. The malicious signal involved in deception attacks is constrained by a specific sector‐like bounded condition, which reflects certain tolerable bound on the difference between the attack signal and the true signal. Attention is paid to the design of filter gains for guaranteeing a desirable filtering performance that simultaneously characterizes the filtering accuracy and the consensus requirement. To handle the proposed filtering problem, the supply rate function is firstly chosen for each node and then the dissipation matrix is constructed as a column substochastic matrix based on the stochastic vector dissipation theory. Subsequently, sufficient conditions by means of recursive linear matrix inequalities are presented for each node such that the filtering error and the consensus error satisfy the desirable H∞‐consensus performance index over a finite horizon. The image denoising is a very basic but important issue in the field of image procession. Most of the existing methods addressing this issue only show desirable performance when the image complies with their underlying assumptions. Especially, when there is more than one kind of noises, most of the existing methods may fail to dispose the corresponding image. To address this problem, we propose a two-step image denoising method motivated by the statistical learning theory. Under the proposed framework, the type and variance of noise are estimated with support vector machine (SVM) first, and then this information is employed in the proposed denoising algorithm to further improve its denoising performance. The usual huge fluctuations in the blast furnace gas (BFG) generation make the scheduling of the gas system become a difficult problem. Considering that there are high level noises and outliers mixed in original industrial data, a quantile regression-based echo state network ensemble (QR-ESNE) is modeled to construct the prediction intervals (PIs) of the BFG generation. In the process of network training, a linear regression model of the output matrix is reported by the proposed quantile regression to improve the generalization ability. Then, in view of the practical demands on reliability and further improving the prediction accuracy, a bootstrap strategy based on QR-ESN is designed to construct the confidence intervals and the prediction ones via combining with the regression models of various quantiles. To verify the performance of the proposed method, the practical data coming from a steel plant are employed, and the results indicate that the proposed method exhibits high accuracy and reliability for the industrial data.
