The improved neutral network and its application for valuing rock mass mechanical parameter

The artificial neutral network（ANN） has the ability that self-study and self-remember, its 3 layers BP network has been applied extensively, but sometimes because of serious multi-correlation between the variables, and a few observations while many variables, there usually will result into paralyzing in study, and the neutral network further development is restricted in the system to some extent. The partial least square regression（PLS） has its advantage of building the calculation model between the variables with strong multi-correlation, especially much effective on a few data and many variables. So a new and effective method-improved neutral network has been introduced-the neutral network based on the PLS. The results of example show the improved method has a few calculations and high accuracy, and provide a new way for valuing the rock mass mechanical parameters.

介绍了烧结厂输灰采用机械输送及气力输送两种方式各自的特点,以实际工程为例,通过技术经济比较可知：气力输送方式在技术上具有较大的优越性,而运行费用较高,但其综合效益要远优于机械输送,在烧结领域值得大力推广。     

2%CrMoNiWV高低压复合转子材料的研究

试验研究了2%CrMoNiWV高低压复合转子材料。试验件在950℃奥氏体化,高压区模拟直径1350mm,模拟喷雾冷速为2.5℃/min,回火温度为660～690℃;低压区模拟直径2500mm,模拟喷水冷速为3℃/min,回火温度为630～660℃。结果表明,综合力学性能达到了目标要求。     

MODELING METHOD OF 4D INFORMATION MODEL FOR COOPERATIVE DESIGN OF MECHANICAL PRODUCTS

The continuous developing features in the design of mechanical product and based on 3D entity model is aimed at, and the extension of the 4-dimensional model with the process of designing, the knowledge described model on the level of semantic understanding and summarizing the designing process and the way of discovering knowledge from multi-information model are studied. On the basis of designing the broad sensed collaborative system, through discussion of the relationship between the implicit knowledge of the users and the designing knowledge as well as commanding all the designing links, taking advantage of the way of concluding and deducting in the concept of the designers, the synthetic knowledge unit formed in the dynamic process from the conception design to the last design is schemed out, and the knowledge discovered principle in the dynamic designing process of the mechanical products and the key technology in its implementation under the milieu of network is brought forward.     

反应物量对纳米晶Fe_3Al组织和性能的影响

利用铝热反应熔化方法分别在反应物量为50、100、200g的条件下制备了块体纳米晶Fe3Al材料,通过TEM和XRD研究了材料的晶粒尺寸,并研究了材料室温压缩性能和硬度。结果表明,所制备的材料主要由非晶和纳米晶组织组成,当反应物量增大,部分区域甚至出现微米晶组织。反应物量为50g时Fe3Al材料中非晶较多,不存在微米晶;反应物量为100g时主要以纳米晶为主,非晶数量减少,伴随有少量的微米晶出现;反应物量为200g时,材料以纳米晶为主,微米晶数量较100g时有所增加。随着反应物量的增加,纳米晶相的平均晶粒尺寸增加,屈服强度和硬度呈先增大后减小的趋势。     

牛奶纤维理化性能及其开发应用探讨
