A highly reliable high-performance liquid chromatography method was developed and validated for determining quality of extracts from the leaves of Dipsacus sativus (Linn.) Honck. Under optimum conditions, the chromatography profile of eight compounds was collected, with compound saponarin as marker. The analysis results indicated that saponarin and isovitexin were the main active components. Pharmacological experiments proved that extracts from the leaves showed significant antioxidant activity. This work could serve to validate the usefulness of high-performance liquid chromatography analyses in traditional Chinese medicine. 相似文献

采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)分别提取6月份采摘的黄兰叶、花和果实的挥发油,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其挥发油进行了化学成分分析。分别从黄兰叶、花和果实的挥发油中鉴定出了17、35和38种化合物。用面积归一化法测定了3种挥发油中各种成分的相对质量分数,各占总峰面积的92.18%、99.23%和99.24%。3种挥发油化学组成各有异同,主要成分有β-芳樟醇、大牻牛儿烯B、石竹烯、桉叶醇、β-榄香烯等。黄兰挥发油中富含大量在香料和医药行业有重要用途的高生物活性化合物。 相似文献

研究了樟树果红色素的提取条件和理化性质。结果表明, pH值1.0时的20%乙醇是樟树果红色素的最佳提取剂;樟树果红色素属花青素类色素,易溶于水和酸性乙醇;pH值对色素影响明显,在酸性条件下色泽稳定且具有热稳定性。光照能加快色素降解。金属离子Na+、Ca2+、Al3+、Cu2+、Zn2+对色素色泽无影响,而Fe3+、Pb2+有不良影响。色素的抗氧化性能较差而抗还原性能较好。蔗糖、葡萄糖和盐等添加剂对色素无影响。 相似文献

Proanthocyanidins were isolated and purified from fruits of elephant apple (Dillenia indica Linn.) and their structural and bioactive properties were examined. Bate‐Smith alcoholysis, FTIR, and 13C NMR spectra revealed that elephant apple proanthocyanidins (EAPs) contained a dominant amount of B‐type procyanidins (PC) with a minor amount of B‐type prodelphinidins (PD) but no A‐type interflavan linkage. 13C NMR spectrum indicated that the cis isomer was dominant in EAPs. The electron spray ionization and matrix‐assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectra of EAPs showed the clear ion peaks corresponding to B‐type PC dimer to B‐type PD with degree of polymerization of 11. EAPs had strong antioxidant activity, which was evidenced by the high oxygen radical scavenging capacity at 1.06 × 104 μmol TE/g and ferric reducing antioxidant power of 2320 μmol Fe(II)/g. Humulus lupulus Linn. is a traditional medicinal and edible plant with several biological properties. The aims of this work were: (1) to evaluate the in vitro antifungal activity of H. lupulus ethanolic extract; (2) to study the in vitro and in vivo antifungal activity of isoxanthohumol, an isoprene flavonoid from H. lupulus, against Botrytis cinerea; and (3) to explore the antifungal mechanism of isoxanthohumol on B. cinerea. The present data revealed that the ethanolic extract of H. lupulus exhibited moderate antifungal activity against the five tested phytopathogenic fungi in vitro, and isoxanthohumol showed highly significant antifungal activity against B. cinerea, with an EC50 value of 4.32 µg/mL. Meanwhile, it exhibited moderate to excellent protective and curative efficacies in vivo. The results of morphologic observation, RNA-seq, and physiological indicators revealed that the antifungal mechanism of isoxanthohumol is mainly related to metabolism; it affected the carbohydrate metabolic process, destroyed the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle, and hindered the generation of ATP by inhibiting respiration. Further studies indicated that isoxanthohumol caused membrane lipid peroxidation, thus accelerating the death of B. cinerea. This study demonstrates that isoxanthohumol can be used as a potential botanical fungicide for the management of phytopathogenic fungi. 相似文献

分别用水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂法以及CO2超临界萃取法,对海南红厚壳鲜花进行精油、浸膏提取。3种不同提取方法的得油率分别为0.059%、0.33%、0.20%。用GC-MS技术对其进行了化学成分分析鉴定,并比较不同提取方法所得产物化学成分的异同。水蒸气蒸馏法所得精油共鉴定出25种化合物,主要成分为w(大根香叶烯)=22.62%、w(反式-石竹烯)=12.03%、w(β-倍半水芹烯)=19.00%;石油醚浸提所得浸膏鉴定出25种化合物,主要成分为w(大根香叶烯)=21.24%、w(β-倍半水芹烯)=9.07%、w(高香叶烯)=5.69%;超临界CO2萃取所得浸膏鉴定出19种化合物,主要成分为w(大根香叶烯-D)=17.70%、w(反式-石竹烯)=15.43%、w(16-贝壳松烯)=11.55%、w(α-柯拜烯)=10.62%。 相似文献
