一种矿山用钢筋网自动化焊接生产线的设计

设计一条钢筋网自动化焊接生产线，包括经料送料平台、纬料自动分料及上料机构、多点电阻点焊机、接料平台、卸料机械手。从上料到出料依靠电机、汽缸之间的协调工作来实现。并由单片机和PLC实现控制功能，上位机用MCGS组态软件在整个过程监视现场，采集工作状态及参数，起到监控作用。     

An efficient controller structure with minimum roundoff noise gain

Based on a polynomial operator approach, a new sparse controller structure is derived, which is actually an improved version of the recently proposed structure [Li, G. (2004). A polynomial-operator-based DFIIt structure for IIR filters. IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II, 51, 147-151]. The performance of the proposed structure is analyzed by deriving the corresponding expression of roundoff noise gain and the problem of finding optimized sparse structures is solved efficiently with a genetic algorithm (GA). A numerical example is given, which shows that the newly developed structure can achieve much better performance than some well-known structures and particularly outperforms the traditional optimal fully parametrized realization greatly in terms of reducing roundoff noise and implementation complexity.

银川配气站是长庆油田公司采气一厂下属配气站之一,地处宁夏银川市长庆石油基地,肩负着向近10家天然气用户供气的任务,供气量也逐年增大,旧的生产模式(如双波纹管流量计量)已不能满足生产的需求。所以我们引进了HONEYWELL公司的PLANTSCAPE工业控制系统,该系统达到国际先进水平,在国内属于领先地位。伴随着气田的大规模开发,外供气量的逐年增加,此系统必将发挥更大的作用,对长庆气田的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。     

lmbench: an extensible micro‐benchmark suite

lmbench is a powerful and extensible suite of micro‐benchmarks that measures a variety of important aspects of system performance. It has a powerful timing harness that manages most of the ‘housekeeping’ chores associated with benchmarking, making it easy to create new benchmarks that analyze systems or components of specific interest to the user. In many ways lmbench is a Swiss army knife for performance analysis. It includes an extensive suite of micro‐benchmarks that give powerful insights into system performance. For those aspects of system or application performance not covered by the suite, it is generally a simple task to create new benchmarks using the timing harness. lmbench is written in ANSI‐C and uses POSIX interfaces, so it is portable across a wide variety of systems and architectures. 本文简要介绍了费希尔－罗斯蒙特公司的ＰＯＶＯＸ系统特点，以及在间歇反应聚丙烯装置中的应用。     

基于交流比例积分控制器的单相逆变器

提出一种电感电流、输出电压瞬时值反馈控制和负载电流前馈控制相结合的复合控制策略。在此基础上,研制了一台800W的单相逆变器。实验结果表明,提出的控制策略改善了逆变器输出电压的波形,提高了系统的暂态特性。     

电视监控系统云台控制器设计

电视监控系统是一种典型的分布式计算机信号采集系统。为了提高监控的范围和效果,云台控制器的优劣直接影响监控的范围和效果,因此对云台控制器的设计具有重要的意义。本系统采用串型通信,通过Modbus协议把控制信号输入单片机,经过对AT89S52单片机的编程,从而对八路继电器输出进行控制。系统不仅结构简单,而且还可以方便的对镜头、防护罩的控制进行扩展,功能强大,可以广泛应用于电视监控系统中的云台控制。
