Effects of microwave heating on the oxidative stability ofd-tocopherols were studied in relation to the production of fatty acids in oils. During microwave heating, the stability of
tocopherols decreased in the orderδ>β>γ>α. This order did not depend on the types of ethyl esters of fatty acids or oils present. But, the shorter the chainlength
and the lower the degree of unsaturation of the fatty acid ethyl esters, the greater was the reduction in amount of individual
tocopherols. A similar tendency was observed when tocopherol-stripped vegetable oils, with equimolar mixtures of tocopherols
added, were treated under the same conditions. The reduction in tocopherols became greater with increasing levels of free

较系统地介绍了电子器件用低温共烧陶瓷(low temperature cofired ceramics,LTCCs)材料,探讨了其工艺中的若干问题。电子器件用低温共烧陶瓷材料包括:玻璃/陶瓷复合材料、结晶化玻璃、晶化玻璃/陶瓷复合材料以及液相烧结陶瓷,其中典型的和最为常用的LTCCs为玻璃/陶瓷(特别是氧化铝)复合材料。正在研究的一些陶瓷介质材料中,Bi基介质材料引起了人们的关注。玻璃/陶瓷复合材料的制备工艺中,应当着重关注和加深了解玻璃的流动性和结晶性、玻璃的起泡、玻璃和陶瓷颗粒间的反应、共烧材料的匹配等问题,从优选材料配方和优化工艺着手,从而获得优质可靠的材质和器件。 相似文献

A new type of high temperature energy storage material was obtained through the melt infiltration method, using compounding
SiC ceramic foam as matrix and Na2SO4 as phase change material. The resulting composite material was measured by XRD, SEM, TG-DSC methods. The experimental results
indicate that the composite is composed of silicon carbide, sodium sulfate and square quartz, and no chemical reactions occurs
between Na2SO4 and SiC matrix. Na2SO4 has a good bonding with the SiC ceramic foam matrix. As the composite material is characterized by high thermal energy storage
density and high thermal conductivity, it is suit for energy storage under high temperature.

Machining characteristics and surface integrity of advanced ceramics, including alumina, alumina–titania, and yttria partially stabilized tetragonal zirconia, were studied under high speed deep grinding conditions. Material removal mechanisms involved in the grinding processes were explored. The material removal in the grinding of alumina and alumina–titania was dominated by grain dislodgement or lateral cracking along grain boundaries. The removal for zirconia was via both local micro fracture and ductile cutting. It was found that under a feed rate of 500 mm/min and for all the wheel speeds used, an increase in the wheel depth of cut (DOC) from 0.1–2 mm slightly improved the ground surface finish, but greatly prolonged the wheel life. This increase did not deepen the subsurface damage layer for the alumina and alumina–titania, but resulted in a slightly deeper damage layer for the zirconia. 相似文献

目的 为探究微波降解EGCG方法制备EGC的效果,以EGC得率最大化为目标,探究微波降解的最佳工艺参数,并建立反映各参数间关系的二次多元方程模型。方法 本研究采用EGCG溶液为原料,运用微波加热降解EGCG制备EGC,通过梯度设置EGCG浓度、微波时长、微波强度三个工艺参数,进行单因素实验、响应面分析及最佳工艺组合验证实验,优化确定EGCG微波降解制备EGC的最佳工艺参数。结果 综合单因素实验及响应面分析,得到的最佳微波降解参数为:EGCG浓度5mg/ml、微波时长3.5min、微波强度为400W,且利用响应面法建立了EGC得率(Y)与EGCG浓度(A)、微波时长(B)、微波强度(C)的二次多元方程模型:Y=59.52+8.38*A+5.38*B+3.53*C-4.04*AB+6.92*AC-9.19*BC-9.99A2+0.0786*B2-15.36*C2,模型中,EGC得率最高可达62.08%。对最佳微波降解工艺参数进行验证实验,EGC得率为63.40%,与模型预测值接近。结论 运用微波降解EGCG制备EGC具有操作简单,可行性高的优势,且EGC得率稳定性高。 相似文献

This article proposes an approach for reconstructing physical parameters of a sample in a rectangular resonator during microwave radiation, knowing a priori, its electric field distribution. The inverse problem was solved using two global optimization algorithms and the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) criterion. First, the Self-regulated Fretwidth Harmony Search algorithm (SFHS) identified suitable resonant frequencies for a given configuration. Next, the unified Particle Swarm Optimization (UPSO) optimized said configuration. Together, they became a maximization strategy of the PSNR through a dual optimization process. Results showed the ability of the approach for estimating the height of each sample block and the resonating frequency of the cavity. This process takes longer to finish as a higher PSNR is demanded (mainly due to the aforementioned dual optimization).
