Retaining maximum antioxidative potency of wheat germ oil refined by molecular distillation

A process of physical refining wheat germ oil using the technique of molecular distillation (MD) is presented in this work. Wheat germ oil was obtained from the germ by solvent extraction using hexane and also by cold pressing. The oil extracted with hexane was degummed and bleached before deacidification in order to modify the parameters of phosphorus and color. The goal in carrying out the stage of physical refining by MD was to preserve the maximum amount of original antioxidative potential obtained from extraction of the crude oil. The effect of evaporation temperature of one‐stage MD on the efficiency of free fatty acid elimination was studied. The antioxidant portion was followed by means of analytic determination of tocopherols by high‐performance liquid chromatography. Tocopherol retention up to 98% was achieved in the oil extracted by pressing, and yields of up to 96% were achieved in the oil extracted with hexane. 旋转导向钻井偏心稳定器横向振动研究

旋转导向钻井偏心稳定器横向振动研究是国家863“可控(闭环)三维轨迹钻井技术”课题研究的部分内容。选取偏心稳定器的心轴作为研究对象,以偏心稳定器心轴连续梁系统的横向振动模型受力分析为基础,根据课题研究中所设计的心轴结构形式,建立了与实际情况较为接近的三铰支点的连续梁系统横向振动方程;并分析了偏心稳定器横向振动对钻井工具和钻具系统的影响,为合理进行心轴设计以及偏心稳定器样机在现场的正确使用和钻井参数的合理选择,提供了科学的理论依据和实用的计算方法。计算实例表明,当钻压范围选择在80~250kN时,215.9mm井眼钻进中的确存在19~20、61~63、162~163r/min前三阶横向共振转速区间,因此在选择钻井参数时应通过钻压与转速的配合,尽可能避开横向共振转速,以保证下部钻具组合系统及作业安全。     

影响道路沥青低温抗裂性能的因素

用弯曲梁流变仪、直接拉伸试验机对7种国内外油源沥青样品进行了低温抗裂性能的评价，从沥青的四组分、相对分子质量及其分布来分析其对沥青低温抗裂性能的影响，结果表明，沥青的相对分子质量分布宽，对沥青的低温抗裂性能有利。     

A continuum model for pumping performance of turbomolecular pumps in all flow regimes

In the present study a continuum model for one-dimensional plane Couette-Poiseuille flow is implemented to turbomolecular pumps in different flow regimes. Pumping performance of various turbomolecular pumps including 6 single rotors, a rotor-stator row, a rotor-stator-rotor row, and a multi-row with 13 alternative rotor-stator rows is considered here. The obtained results show that the model provides good quantitative values for pumping performance of turbomolecular pumps over the whole regimes ranging from molecular flow to transition to slip flow.     

Application of piece‐wise linear weight functions for 2D 8‐node quadrilateral element in contact problems

The present study is a continuation of our previous work with the aim to reduce problems caused by standard higher order elements in contact problems. The difficulties can be attributed to the inherent property of the Galerkin method which gives uneven distributions of nodal forces resulting in oscillating contact pressures. The proposed remedy is use of piece‐wise linear weight functions. The methods to establish stiffness and/or mass matrix for 8‐node quadrilateral element in 2D are presented, i.e. the condensing and direct procedures. The energy and nodal displacement error norms are also checked to establish the convergence ratio. Interpretation of calculated contact pressures is discussed. Two new 2D 8‐node quadrilateral elements, QUAD8C and QUAD8D, are derived and tested in many examples, which show their good performance in contact problems. A simple approximation algorithm for the weighted matching problem

We present a linear time approximation algorithm with a performance ratio of 1/2 for finding a maximum weight matching in an arbitrary graph. Such a result is already known and is due to Preis [STACS'99, Lecture Notes in Comput. Sci., Vol. 1563, 1999, pp. 259-269]. Our algorithm uses a new approach which is much simpler than the one given by Preis and needs no amortized analysis for its running time.

采用复合引发体系 ,以丙烯酰胺 (AM)和阳离子单体丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为共聚体 ,进行水溶液绝热聚合 ,研制了一种DAC单体含量为 4 0 %～ 5 0 %、相对分子质量大于 1× 10 7的阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺。
