This paper mainly focuses on the influence of three kinds of media: air, air-10%PA (Nylon) and air-10% POM (polyoxymethylene) on low-voltage circuit breaker arcs. A threedimensional (3-D) model of arc motioa under the effect of external magnetic field is built based on magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) equations. By adopting the commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) package based on the control-volume method, the above MHD equations are solved. For the media of air-10%PA and air-10%POM, the distributions of stationary temperature and electrical potential and the transient motion processes are compared with those of air arc. The research shows that both air-10%PA and air -10% POM can cool the arc plasma and the former is more effective. Both of them can increase the stationary voltage as well. Moreover, the presence of the two mixtures can accelerate the arc motion toward the quenching area and ensures the arc quenched in time.  相似文献

In this paper we derive Newton’s 2nd Law of Motion from the constitutive equation of elasticity of a space-time continuum in four dimensions. This we do by introducing a four-dimensional material continuum with a Minkowskian metric, in analogy with Einstein’s general theory of relativity. The four-continuum is deformable in both space and time. The physics of the deformation is embedded in a variational principle, which is a form-invariant extension of its classical mechanical counterpart in three dimensions, but with the acceleration term absent. General dynamic equations of elasticity in four dimensions are thereby derived. When the constraint of temporal inextensibility (universal time) is introduced, these equations yield readily the dynamic equations of elasticity in three dimensions. The presence of the inertia term in these equations, is a direct consequence of the temporal curvature induced by the deformation of the four-continuum. Newton’s law of motion for rigid bodies follows when the additional constraint of spatial inextensibility is introduced.  相似文献

In this paper, the effectiveness of the approximate motion equations of a flexible structure, obtained by the RitzKantorovich method, is analysed by using Lyapunov functions. The analysis, which is restricted to the case of a single flexible beam for the sake of simplicity, is carried out under the assumption that a partial dissipation is present, affecting only the first degrees of freedom of the system. By means of suitable Lyapunov functions, an overbounding estimate of the quadratic approximation error is determined as a decreasing function of the approximation order. The analysis is completed by considering the two ‘extreme’ cases: the theoretical absence of dissipation and the presence of structural dissipation, affecting all the infinite degrees of freedom.  相似文献

The present paper describes a new algorithm to calculate the watershed transform through rain simulation of greyscale digital images by means of pixel arrowing. The efficiency of this method is based on limiting the necessary neighbouring operations to compute the transform to the outmost, and in the total number of scannings performed over the whole image. The experiments demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is able to significantly reduce the running time of the fastest known algorithm without involving any loss of efficiency.  相似文献

Cyclic voltammetric and galvanostatic experiments have been carried out with both synthetic and commercial bleach solutions with a view to regenerating the same. Maximum efficiency could be achieved if the oxidation is carried out below an anodic potential of 0·80 V vs SCE. A method based on 3D videos is proposed for multi-target segmentation and tracking with a moving viewing system. A spatiotemporal energy functional is built up to perform motion segmentation and estimation simultaneously. To overcome the limitation of the local minimum problem with the level set method, a convex relaxation method is applied to the 3D spatiotemporal segmentation model. The relaxed convex model is independent of the initial condition. A primal-dual algorithm is used to improve computational efficiency. Several indoor experiments show the validity of the proposed method.  相似文献

Semantic segmentation based on the complementary information from RGB and depth images has recently gained great popularity, but due to the difference between RGB and depth maps, how to effectively use RGB-D information is still a problem. In this paper, we propose a novel RGB-D semantic segmentation network named RAFNet, which can selectively gather features from the RGB and depth information. Specifically, we construct an architecture with three parallel branches and propose several complementary attention modules. This structure enables a fusion branch and we add the Bi-directional Multi-step Propagation (BMP) strategy to it, which can not only retain the feature streams of the original RGB and depth branches but also fully utilize the feature flow of the fusion branch. There are three kinds of complementary attention modules that we have constructed. The RGB-D fusion module can effectively extract important features from the RGB and depth branch streams. The refinement module can reduce the loss of semantic information and the context aggregation module can help propagate and integrate information better. We train and evaluate our model on NYUDv2 and SUN-RGBD datasets, and prove that our model achieves state-of-the-art performances.  相似文献
