通过对动力平衡方程法与瞬时动能不变法的比较,论述了减速齿轮传动链转动惯量和质量的折算的教学,指出了后一种方法的简洁性。     

热电厂50 MW机组中压油动机改造

针对天津石化热电厂50 MW机组存在的一段调整抽汽无法投入、电负荷受制约问题进行分析,提出调整中压油动机静反馈弹簧预紧力,通过计算确定具体调整数据;计算原机组调节系统应具备的静态自整条件,对改造后机组进行静态调试,验证其符合静态自整特性,确保改造的可靠性.改造后机组成功接带一段调整抽汽并实现热电自整.     

Industrial energy use—II: Energy use in a light engineering factory

Detailed information about the use of energy on industrial sites is scarce. This paper describes for a particular site how such information can be obtained from existing records together with limited measurements and approximate mathematical models of processes. an energy balance for the site is constructed. Possibilities for reducing the energy consumption by the use of readily available technologies are considered and a new energy balance calculated under these circumstances. In some instances the proposals would require further effort to provide suitable components and controls. We have indicated where this effort would be needed.

The achievement motive, goal setting, and probability preferences.

Intrinsic motivation and psychological stress.

"Three issues were explored experimentally in this study… . the proposition that the arousal of a state of stress depends upon intrinsic motive states in the individual as well as the nature of the stressor conditions… . The influence of attributed motive on the acceptance of statement.

The principles or conditions governing the manner in which attitude toward a given motive affects evaluations of behavior are here considered. Ss are presented a relatively homogeneous set of statements of social policy which are attributed to authors of different valence. In addition, the Es arbitrarily assigned a positive or negative motive to a different author. Analysis shows that there is a significantly higher acceptance of statements to which a positive motive is attributed. The mean acceptance of an author is higher if his statements are attributed a positive motive. In addition, an interaction effect between motive and author exists. Interpersonal sensitivity and motive strength.

Empathy, or interpersonal sensitivity, as measured by the method of Bronfenbrenner et al. (1958), involving ratings of self and others on adjectives describing behavior in a small group situation, was hypothesized to vary with degree of motivation. Criterion for motivation were scores on n Achievement, n Affiliation, and n Power, as found in TAT data, (McClelland et al., 1953). It was assumed that moderately motivated Ss would be more empathic (make more accurate judgments about others) than Ss high or low in motivation as measured. The results supported the hypothesis.
