Micromechanical Modeling of the Effective Viscoelastic Properties of Inhomogeneous Materials Using Fraction-exponential Operators

A new analytical approach for’ micromechanical modeling of the effective viscoelastic behavior of a’ composite material is presented. Fractionexponential operators are. used to describe the viscoelastic properties of the constituents. To construct the corresponding elastic solution, effective field method is used. Effective viscoelastic operators are obtained from the Volter ra’s elasticity-viscoelasticity correspondence principle. Incompatible deformation that often occurs during the manufacturiig process is taken intp account. All the formulas are obtained in explicit ready-to-use form.     

SiO2对金属锂盐聚合物电解质导电作用的影响

采用溶液浇注法制备了PEO基聚合物电解质,测定了该类电解质的电导率,并研究了温度、SiO2的颗粒度及表面性能对聚环氧乙烯/高氯酸锂(PEO/LiClO4)聚合物电解质体系电导率的影响.结果表明PEO-LiClO4-10%SiO2复合型聚合物电解质的室温电导率达到了1.033×10-4S/cm,同时对该电解质进行了差热分析,发现加入SiO2后,PEO/LiClO4体系熔融温度降低,非晶相含量增加,有利于提高离子电导率.     

移动床过滤除尘的直接数值模拟研究及实验对比

利用格子气和软球模型建立气固两相流数值模拟计算模型，模拟计算了在同一风速下碰撞次数与粉尘粒径之间的关系，初步研究移动过滤层颗粒对粉尘尺寸的过滤选择性。计算统计的结果与实验结果对比发现，二者存在定性上的一致。计算结果表示在移动床过滤中过滤效率对尘粒粒径具有明显的选择性，而且研究结果还表明格子气自动机模型可用于模拟流体在复杂边界条件下多孔介质细微通道内部的流动。     

Influence of interfacial strength on the fracture toughness of glass-ceramic matrix composites

Nine kinds of glass-ceramic matrix composites with different compositions and interfacial strength (τ _s) were prepared. The influence of τ _s on the fracture toughness(K _1c) of composites was studied. It was discoved that, for the system no chemical reaction taking place at the interface, K _1c increased proportionally with τ _s increasing at the first stage, then decreased when τ _s reached a certain value. According to this result, a model of relationship between τ _s, thermal mismatch (Δα _r) and K _1c was built up. If a chemical reaction took place and a new phase was formed in the interface, the K _1c of composite was effected by the combination of τ _s, chemical bonding, radial interfacial stress and other factors. 碳酸铅纳米粉体的制备与表征

以醋酸铅和碳酸钠为原料 ,选择优化的工艺条件 ,用化学沉淀法制备分散性良好的碳酸铅纳米粉体。XRD和TEM分析表明 ,纳米碳酸铅属斜方晶系 ,其颗粒呈球形 ,粒度分布均匀 ,为5 0nm左右。     

High-Temperature Strength of Niobium Alloy 5VMTs with a Silicide-Ceramic Coating. Part 1. Short-Term Strength Characteristics

Experimental data on the short-term strength and plasticity of niobium alloy 5VMTs of the system Nb–W–Mo–Zr in its initial state, after annealing, and with a silicide-ceramic protective coating obtained by testing in vacuum, an inert atmosphere, and in air in the temperature range from 290 to 2270 K are analyzed. The process of microcrack initiation and propagation in the protective coating and matrix is investigated in high-temperature static tension. The limiting plastic strain values have been established at which the composite retains its load-carrying capacity in high- temperature aggressive and oxidizing gas atmospheres.     

组合把持器在封闭电炉中的应用

介绍了16．5MVA封闭炉的组合把持器，结构和所选择的电炉参数及运行情况。实践证明该设备是可行的。     

几种聚乳酸／生物活性陶瓷复合材料细胞相容性的比较

采用溶解共混法制备含30%硅灰石的聚乳酸/硅灰石新型生物医用复合物膜.将大鼠成骨细胞ROS 17/28系种植在复合物表面使其存活,考察生长情况和复合物的生物活性,并与目前研究应用较多的聚乳酸/羟基磷灰石、聚乳酸/磷酸三钙及聚乳酸/珍珠层粉复合物进行比较.荧光染色实验及MTT测试表明,4种复合物膜表面细胞均可以正常的生长和增殖,且呈现出聚乳酸/珍珠层粉>聚乳酸/硅灰石>聚乳酸/羟基磷灰石>聚乳酸/磷酸三钙的结果,说明聚乳酸/硅灰石复合物材料具有较好的细胞相容性,适于应用在骨修复及骨组织工程领域.     

聚乙烯吡咯烷酮对酸诱导液相沉积体系中GeO_2颗粒形貌的影响

在室温下,通过酸诱导液相沉积的方法,制备出了二氧化锗(GeO2)颗粒。制得的GeO2颗粒通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)进行表征。实验结果表明,向前驱液中加入酸,可以诱导锗酸根离子转化成立方体型的GeO2颗粒析出。而向反应液中再加入少量的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)后,会析出纺锤体型的GeO2晶体颗粒。
