Service recovery is a concept that involves regaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Although existing studies have addressed its importance, few service recovery methodologies have been developed. Thus, there is a need to develop a systematic framework that can first detect customer status and then provide appropriate recovery recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction. This study develops such a framework in relation to an individual health maintenance practice. While regular moderate exercise is known to promote good health and help prevent disease, the lack of exercise remains a crucial health issue. This study presents a logistic regression model that uses both physiological data (heart rate and blood pressure) and psychological data (ratings of perceived exertion) to detect the effectiveness of an individual's exercise and to provide sports‐related service recovery suggestions as needed. In this paper we present a method for the calibration of multiple cameras based on the extraction and use of the physical characteristics of a one-dimensional invariant pattern which is defined by four collinear markers. The advantages of this kind of pattern stand out in two key steps of the calibration process. In the initial step of camera calibration methods, related to sample points capture, the proposed method takes advantage of using a new technique for the capture and recognition of a robust sample of projective invariant patterns, which allows to capture simultaneously more than one invariant pattern in the tracking area and recognize each pattern individually as well as each marker that composes them. This process is executed in real time while capturing our sample of calibration points in the cameras of our system. This new feature allows to capture a more numerous and robust set of sample points than other patterns used for multi-camera calibration methods. In the last step of the calibration process, related to camera parameters' optimization, we explore the collinearity feature of the invariant pattern and add this feature in the camera parameters optimization model. This approach obtains better results in the computation of camera parameters. Human face is a complex biomechanical system and non‐linearity is a remarkable feature of facial expressions. However, in blendshape animation, facial expression space is linearized by regarding linear relationship between blending weights and deformed face geometry. This results in the loss of reality in facial animation. To synthesize more realistic facial animation, aforementioned relationship should be non‐linear to allow the greatest generality and fidelity of facial expressions. Unfortunately, few existing works pay attention to the topic about how to measure the non‐linear relationship. In this paper, we propose an optimization scheme that automatically explores the non‐linear relationship of blendshape facial animation from captured facial expressions. Experiments show that the explored non‐linear relationship is consistent with the non‐linearity of facial expressions soundly and is able to synthesize more realistic facial animation than the linear one. 相似文献

This article describes a multiple feature data fusion applied to a particle filter for marker-less human motion capture (HMC) by using a single camera devoted to an assistant mobile robot. Particle filters have proved to be well suited to this robotic context. Like numerous approaches, the principle relies on the projection of the model's silhouette of the tracked human limbs and appearance features located on the model surface, to validate the particles (associated configurations) which correspond to the best model-to-image fits. Our particle filter based HMC system is improved and extended in two ways. First, our estimation process is based on the so-called AUXILIARY scheme which has been surprisingly seldom exploited for tracking purpose. This scheme is shown to outperform conventional particle filters as it limits drastically the well-known burst in term of particles when considering high dimensional state-space. The second line of investigation concerns data fusion. Data fusion is considered both in the importance and measurement functions with some degree of adaptability depending on the current human posture and the environmental context encountered by the robot. Implementation and experiments on indoor sequences acquired by an assistant mobile robot highlight the relevance and versatility of our HMC system. Extensions are finally discussed. 相似文献
