遥操作工程机器人系统临场感技术研究-6自由度临场运动感觉反馈技术的研究进展

 研究开发出一种遥操作工程机器人系统，可以应用于诸如火灾现场的修复作业等广阔的领域．该系统由伺服控制的工程机器人、2根从远处操纵工程机器人的操纵杆、视频系统和6自由度运动模拟器组成．操作者坐于座椅上，座椅固定于运动模拟器的上方． 该系统需要解决的一个关键问题是如何使操纵者高质量地获得工作现场的临场运动感觉． 提出了一种6自由度临场运动感觉反馈方法，其信号源来自工程机器人上安装的6个加速度传感器． 该方法的有效性已为实验所证明，即应用6自由度运动模拟器不但可以高质量地模拟工程机器人单个自由度的运动：滚动、俯仰、转动以及前后、左右、上下的平移，而且可以高质量地模拟工程机器人的各种复合运动．

Diversity training in graduate school: An exploratory evaluation of the Safe Zone project.

How can psychologists and graduate students become more affirmative of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) issues? Safe Zone is a diversity-training program to increase sensitivity toward, knowledge of, and advocacy for LGBT populations and issues that affect them. In this exploratory study, the implementation of Safe Zone is described within a school of professional psychology; its effectiveness was assessed by self-reported behavioral and attitudinal changes and from participant evaluations. Results were encouraging with regard to the goals of Safe Zone and its adaptation to institutions interested in improving relations with the LGBT community, but additional empirical studies are needed. High cycle fatigue of bolted connections Extensive tests regarding the influences on the fatigue of bolt‐nut‐connections of preloading with torsion, of preloading with yielding, of loading with superimposed bending and of the tested lot are processed. These influences are not yet known according to VDI 2230. New testing devices were designed for these tests, which allow a far less expensive operation and may easily be used for bolts of diameters up to M100 and testing frequencies up to 1000 Hz. The validity of fatigue resistance according to VDI 2230 is specified with respect to the test results. The determined influence of the tested lots is unexpectedly high. The manufacturing process of bolts should be improved to minimize this influence.     

The Israeli-Palestinian peace process and its vicissitudes: Insights from attitude theory.

The vicissitudes of the Israeli-Palestinian peace process since 1967 are analyzed using attitudes and related concepts where relevant. The 1967 war returned the two peoples' zero-sum conflict around national identity to its origin as a conflict within the land both peoples claim. Gradually, new attitudes evolved regarding the necessity and possibility of negotiations toward a two-state solution based on mutual recognition, which became the building stones of the 1993 Oslo agreement. Lacking a commitment to a final outcome, the Oslo-based peace process was hampered by reserve options, which increased avoidance at the expense of approach tendencies as the parties moved toward a final agreement. The resulting breakdown of the process in 2000 produced clashing narratives, reflecting different anchors for judgment and classical mirror images. Public support for violence increased, even as public opinion continued to favor a negotiated two-state solution. Reviving the peace process requires mutual reassurance about the availability of a partner for negotiating a principled peace based on a historic compromise that meets the basic needs and validates the identities of both peoples. 嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ在C8051F020上的移植

通过对嵌入式实时操作系统应用背景的分析，论述了在嵌入式控制系统中采用嵌入式实时操作系统的必要性.简略介绍了源代码开放的嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ及微控制器C8051F020的特点，重点阐述了μC/OS-Ⅱ在以微控制器C8051F020为运行平台的移植.对μC/OS-Ⅱ的移植条件及各个组成模块进行说明，讨论了移植过程中遇到的问题，并对需要编写的底层硬件的相关函数进行了深入细致的分析，提出了相应的示意性代码.在此基础上，根据实际系统的要求优化改进了原有的任务堆栈结构.     

UNIX系统发展综述

本文首先分析ＵＮＩＸ的４个发展阶段以及各阶段取得成功的原因，然后在安全性，多处理机，实时处理，微内核，国际化和流机制等几个方面说明ＵＮＩＸ在技术上的发展近况，指出要解决的问题，最后说明了它面临的新挑战。     

The appropriateness of the systematic framework to develop diagnosis procedures of nuclear power plants—an experimental verification

It has been well recognized that a diagnosis procedure that allows operators to successfully identify the nature of an on-going event is inevitable for an effective and appropriate recovery. Unfortunately, studies for a framework that can suggest a unified and consistent process in constructing a serviceable diagnosis procedure seem to be scant. Thus, Park et al. have suggested a systematic framework that can be used to construct a useful diagnosis procedure. In addition, the diagnosis procedure that is currently in use at the reference nuclear power plant (NPP) is reformed in order to demonstrate the appropriateness of the suggested framework. However, the necessity of a well-designed experiment is proposed to confirm the appropriateness of the suggested framework.In this regard, in this study, an experiment is conducted using a full-scope simulator of the reference NPP. From the experiment, two sets of operators' diagnosis performance data are collected, and then they are compared to investigate the change of an operator's diagnosis performance with respect to two types of diagnosis procedures.As a result, it is shown that an operator's diagnosis performance is improved when the revised diagnosis procedure is used. Therefore, it is reasonable to conclude that the suggested framework is useful in constructing an effective diagnosis procedure.
