我国矿产资源补偿费计征方式研究

在矿产资源补偿费计征管理工作中,究竟以何种计征方式来计征补偿费是一大难点。对此,详细阐述了从价计征、从量计征和定额或估算计征这3种计征方式的优缺点,并提出需要根据矿产资源的用途和质量差异,采用不同的计征方式的观点,在从价征收的原则上,提高资源补偿费征收效率,促进小型采矿权人合理利用资源。     

Moisture adsorption isotherms and thermodynamics properties of sucuk (Turkish dry-fermented sausage)

Moisture adsorption isotherms of sucuk were determined using the isopiestic method at 10 °C, 20 °C and 30 °C and within the range of 0.2-0.9 water activity. The isotherms of sucuk exhibited Type II behavior according to BET classification. The adsorption data were analyzed using mathematical equations of Halsey, Caurie, Peleg, Smith, Oswin, Henderson, Modified-BET, GAB, Ferro-Fontan and Harkins-Jura. The best fit of experimental data was obtained with Peleg equation in the range of temperatures and water activities investigated. Thermodynamic properties such as differential enthalpy and entropy, enthalpy-entropy compensation, spreading pressure, net integral enthalpy and entropy were determined from moisture adsorption isotherm data of sucuk. The net isosteric heat of sorption and differential entropy decreased with increasing moisture contents in an exponential function. The spreading pressure increased with increasing water activity, and decreased with increasing temperature. The net integral enthalpy decreased with increased moisture content. The integral entropy increased with moisture content, but it was negative in value. The enthalpy-entropy compensation theory was applied to water adsorption of sucuk.

Analysis of transient multiexponential signals using exponential compensation deconvolution

A three-step procedure for the parameter estimation of transient multiexponential signals is proposed. The first step involves the use of the classical Gardner transform to convert the data signal into a convolution model which is deconvolved using exponential compensation deconvolution technique in the second step. In the third step, eigenvector algorithms are used to process the resulting complex exponentials to obtain better estimates of decay rates and number of components. Simulation and experimental results show that this method outperforms previous approaches if a number of preprocessing parameters are correctly selected.     

以产量为目标的水平井最优井筒长度

目前在研究水平井水平段长度优化时,大多采用Dikken优化原则,即当摩擦损失减少了20%产能时的长度为最优水平井长度。考虑水平井筒内的摩擦压降的同时,建立了油藏内流动模型、水平井井筒内流动模型、耦合水平井与油藏渗流,利用井筒内流体质量守恒定律,以产量为目标推导了油藏水平井水平段最优长度公式。对其敏感性参数作了分析并讨论摩擦压降对产能的影响。该模型既可以确定合理的水平井筒段长度,同时对水平井长度的优化设计具有指导意义。     

A bootstrapped switch employing a new clock feed-through compensation technique

Nonlinearity caused by the clock feed-through of a bootstrapped switch and its compensation techniques are analyzed. All kinds of clock feed-through compensation configurations and their drawbacks are also investigated.It is pointed out that the delay path match of the clock boosting circuit is the critical factor that affects the effective-ness of clock feed-through compensation. Based on that, a new clock feed-through compensation configuration and corresponding bootstrapped switch are presented and designed optimally with the UMC mixed-mode/RF 0.18μm 1P6M P-sub twin-well CMOS process by orientating and elaborately designing the switch MOSFETs that influence the delay path match of the clock boosting circuit. HSPICE simulation results show that the proposed clock feed-through compensation configuration can not only enhance the sampling accuracy under variations of process, power supply voltage, temperature and capacitors but also decrease the even harmonic, high-order odd harmonic and THD on the whole effectively.     

Refinement of circular-polarization based on multilayer film structure

Circular-polarization discrimination appears in many antennas' applications. A compensation approach based on multilayer film structure is proposed to improve the axial ratio of the magnitude of the two perpendicular modes of the lump ports. The goal is to widen the beamwidth of radiation that has an axial ratio less than 3 dB and thus reducing the complexity at the receiver. A transfer matrix method was developed to represent the multilayer film and characterize its performance. Simulation using high frequency structure simulator shows that a crossed dipole, as an example, can achieve a beamwidth of more than at the frequency of 12.45 GHz after compensation. Finally, conclusions and future work about this compensation method are presented.

Research on Reactive Power Compensation Device Based on DSP

某煤矿10kV变电所实行技术改造，利用三组交流互感器实时采集三相供电线路的电流值和电压值，送入DSP中进行数据处理，并将发出指令通过驱动电路使串入电容器组的高压真空接触器动作，从而补偿电网中的无功功率，提高输电效率。经仿真结果，系统补偿后，功率因数有明显改善。
