A model for ‘blown pack’ probability (BPP) caused by spores of C.estertheticum DSM8809 and C.algidicarnis, was developed as a function of vacuum packaging variables: storage temperature(ST:-2, 2, 4 and 15 °C), vacuum level(VL:6 and 9mBar) and heat shrink temperature(HST:83 and 87 °C). Beef meat pieces, were inoculated with spore suspensions individually at 102spores/cm2, packed and daily monitored up to 90 days. The lower BPP, estimated by the log-logistic model, for C.algidicarnis was 0.8% at:-1.5 °C/6mBar/87 °C while for C.estertheticum was 99.13% at the same conditions. For both organisms, tested variables were unable to eliminate the risk of blown packaged spoilage, at 102spores/cm2 contamination level. 相似文献

A simple approach for using accelerating rate calorimetry data to simulate the thermal abuse resistance of battery packs is described. The thermal abuse tolerance of battery packs is estimated based on the exothermic behavior of a single cell and an energy balance than accounts for radiative, conductive, and convective heat transfer modes of the pack. For the specific example of a notebook computer pack containing eight 18650-size cells, the effects of cell position, heat of reaction, and heat-transfer coefficient are explored. Thermal runaway of the pack is more likely to be induced by thermal runaway of a single cell when that cell is in good contact with other cells and is close to the pack wall. 相似文献

为了适应车装钻机配套钻井泵机组的要求,研制开发了轻便型橇装大排量五缸钻井泵机组,它以高速柴油机为动力,驱动大排量五缸钻井泵工作。五缸泵比相同结构三缸泵排量增大66%,所以在保证工作排量基础上可减小泵冲程和活塞直径,以获得较小的钻井泵体积和质量,整机质量约16t,比同等型号的常规三缸单作用泵机组质量减轻40%;由于采用橇装式整体结构,可实现整机井场移位和整体吊装运输,现场不需重新安装和调整;增加了多重安全系统和远程控制装置,确保施工安全、可靠。该泵机组的研制成功将为我国的钻井装备开辟新的市场。 相似文献

采用包埋法、气体法对不同铝含量的铜铝合金内氧化的组织形貌进行了研究。结果表明,内氧化层的组织形貌主要取决于铝含量。但工艺条件(介质、温度、时间)也有一定的影响。内氧化物的粗化和形态的转变是基体固溶态铝向内氧化层发生了较强逆扩散引起的;内氧化层中铝、氧分布的不均匀性是氧梯度变化与铝逆扩散相互作用的结果。 相似文献

Abstract— Tiled displays provide high resolution and large scale simultaneously. Projectors can project on any available surface. Thus, it is possible to create a large high‐resolution display by simply tiling multiple projectors on any available regular surface. The tremendous advancement in projection technology has made projectors portable and affordable. One can envision displays made of multiple such projectors that can be packed in one's car trunk, carried from one location to another, deployed at each location easily to create a seamless high‐resolution display, and, finally, dismantled in minutes to be taken to the next location — essentially a pack‐and‐go display. Several challenges must be overcome in order to realize such pack‐and‐go displays. These include allowing for imperfect uncalibrated devices, uneven non‐diffused display surfaces, and a layman user via complete automation in deployment that requires no user invention. We described the advances we have made in addressing these challenges for the most common case of planar display surfaces. First, we present a technique to allow imperfect projectors. Next, we present a technique to allow a photometrically uncalibrated camera. Finally, we present a novel distributed architecture that renders critical display capabilities such as self‐calibration, scalability, and reconfigurability without any user intervention. These advances are important milestones towards the development of easy‐to‐use multi‐projector displays that can be deployed anywhere and by anyone. 相似文献

探讨了木炭粉加入量对硼砂固体渗硼剂结块的影响.试验结果表明,木炭粉加入量与渗剂中其它成分有关,但以略高于16%为宜,所研制的渗剂渗后不结块,工件表面清洁,能获得单一的Fe2B相渗层.工件淬火后渗硼层不开裂、不脱落,有优良的抗磨性能.用本渗剂处理的耐火砖模具,使用寿命可提高2~3倍. 相似文献

High temperature oxidation and hot corrosion properties of Ir–Ta coated and aluminized Ni-base superalloys are presented. An Ir–Ta binary alloy, proposed as a novel metallic bond coat material, was coated on a Ni-base single crystal superalloy TMS-75 using electron beam physical vapor deposition, followed by a conventional low activity Al pack cementation process. Cyclic oxidation tests and hot corrosion tests revealed that these Ir–Ta coated and aluminized specimens showed reasonably good oxidation and hot corrosion resistance. In addition, it was found that the formation of TCP phases is suppressed by the presence of the Ir–Ta enriched layer. These results indicated that the Ir–Ta alloy system is promising as a new metallic bond coat material for high temperature structural materials. 相似文献
