Fusion of multi-sensor information is an important technology, which is growing exponentially due to its tremendous application potential in many areas. Effective fusion of data from sensors is very critical in increasing an intelligent system's capability to accomplish complex tasks. Appropriate fusion technologies are needed to be developed specially when a system requires redundant sensors to be used. More the redundancy in sensors, more is the computational complexity for controlling the system and more is its intelligence level. This research presents a strategy developed for multiple sensor fusion, based on geometric optimization. Each sensor's uncertainty has been modeled using classical Lagrangian optimization techniques. However, the uniqueness and effectiveness of the present technique lies on the fact that starting from the optimized value as initial estimate the accuracy of the sensory information has further been improved up to any pre defined bounded range, by developing two architectures – FFA (fission–fusion architecture) and FDD (fusion in differential domain). The effects of amounts of gelatinized starch and moisture in the final slurry or dough, cooking time, holding time, and holding temperature on physical properties of mungbean noodles were studied. Cooking loss, cutting stress, work to cut, and transparency of noodles were measured. Moisture content of the final slurry or dough, cooking time, and holding temperature were the most important factors that affected physical properties of mungbean noodles. Processing should be done at moisture contents not exceeding 55%, cooking times not longer than 40 set, and holding temperatures not lower than 3° using 5% of total starch as gelatinized starch and holding time of 36 hr. 相似文献

The current study examined psychological and physical health outcomes of the written disclosure paradigm and the hypothesis that the principles of therapeutic exposure account for the beneficial effects of the paradigm. Participants were randomly assigned to either a written disclosure condition or a control condition. Reactivity to the writing sessions was examined using both subjective and physiological measures. Measures of psychological and physical health were completed before and 1 month after the sessions. Participants assigned to the disclosure condition reported fewer psychological and physical symptoms at follow-up compared with control participants, though reductions were clinically significant for only 1 outcome measure. Physiological activation to the 1st disclosure session was associated with reduced psychological symptoms at follow-up for disclosure participants. A theoretical study has been made to optimize the fin geometry of a horizontal finned tube which is to be usedfor condensers that handle the vapor load of a liquid phase change cooling module.Systematic numerical calcu-lations of the vapor to coolant heat transfer have been performed for parametric values of fin height,fin spacing,vertical bundle depth and tubeside heat transfer coefficient.Three dielectric fluids (R-113,FC-72,and FC-87)at atmospheric pressure were selected as the working fluids.For a single tube with optimized fin geometry,theaverage heat flux increased in the order of FC-87,R-113 and FC-72.Both the optimum fin height and optimumfin spacing increased with increasing vertical bundle depth. 相似文献
