Flame retardant and the degradation mechanism of high impact polystyrene/Fe-montmorillonite nanocomposites

High impact polystyrene/Fe-montmorillonite (HIPS/Fe-MMT) nanocomposites were successfully prepared by melting intercalation. The nanostructures of HIPS/Fe-MMT were testified by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Corresponding to pure HIPS, the thermal stability of HIPS/Fe-MMT nanocomposites was notably improved. The peaks of heat release rate (PHRR) and the mass loss rate (MLR) were significantly reduced after the formation of the HIPS/Fe-MMT nanocomposites from cone calorimetry. And nanocomposites PHRR was further lower with the increase of Fe-MMT content in the range of 1 to 5 wt%. The degradation mechanism of HIPS and HIPS/Fe-MMT nanocomposites was conducted by pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry (Py-GC-MS). And the reason of the enhancement of thermal stability maybe is that structural iron is the operative site for radical trapping in the Fe-MMT and the nanostructure enhances the interaction of the chains of the HIPS.     

Second-order Wagner theory of wave impact

The paper deals with the two-dimensional unsteady problem of the impact of a liquid parabola onto a rigid flat plate at a constant velocity. The liquid is assumed ideal and incompressible and its flow potential. The initial stage of the impact is the main concern in this study. The non-dimensional half-width of the contact region between the impacting liquid and the plate plays the role of a small parameter in this problem. The flow region is subdivided into four parts: (i) the main flow region, the dimension of which is of the order of the contact-region width, (ii) the jet-root region, where the curvature of the free surface is very high and the flow is strongly nonlinear, (iii) the jet region, where the flow is approximately one-dimensional, (iv) the far-field region, where the flow is approximately uniform at the initial stage of impact. A second-order solution in the main flow region has been derived and matched to the first-order inner solution in the jet-root region. The matching conditions provide an estimate of the dimension of the contact region for small time. Pressure distributions in both the main flow region and the inner region are derived. The accuracy of the obtained asymptotic formulae is estimated. The second-order hydrodynamic force acting on the plate is obtained and compared with available experimental data. A fairly good agreement is reported.     

起落架落震试验飞机机轮三向冲击位移的动态测量

为了研究飞机起落架受冲击载荷时的功量吸收状况，须在起落架落震试验中，对飞机着陆瞬间起落架机轮在空间三个方向上冲击位移的动态变化量进行测量。为此，本文设计了四自由度空间定位装置，并使其与计算机连接，实现了落震试验过程中，起落架在高速冲击状态下机轮三向位移的有效测量与记录。

三钢烧结厂130m^2烧结机电除尘输灰首次采用了气力输送系统。该系统由气源、输送、管路、灰库及控制五部分组成，本文介绍了系统的工作原理及运行调试情况。系统投产后，运行平稳，达到了设计要求。     

Expert identification and selection: Legal liability concerns and directions

Legal liabilities pertaining to the identification and selection of domain experts is an issue that could adversely impact expert systems developers. Problems pertaining to flawed knowledge, improperly defined expertise, and behavioural and psychological impediments are just some of the issues. This paper examines the torts of strict products liability and negligence that system developers could incur as a result of expert-related difficulties. Parallels from legal scholars and federal and state court decisions are discussed relevant to expert system projects and developers. The paper concludes with a presentation of steps that systems developers can take to minimize potential legal liability.     

共混合金力学性能的研究 Ⅲ.CPP对PVC共混体系力学性能的影响

将ＰＰ氯化后作为ＰＶＣ共混体系的刚性体分散相，旨在改善高分子合金的相容性，ＤＳＣ实验表明，ＣＰＰ（氯化聚丙烯）与ＰＶＣ的相容性比ＰＶＣ与ＰＰ的好。在用弹性体增韧的ＰＶＣ／ＣＰＥ和ＰＶＣ／ＡＢＳ共混体系中加入刚性体ＣＰＰ后，随着ＣＰＥ、ＡＢＳ用量的增加，共混合金的冲击强度增加，并且由刚性的ＣＰＰ的加入所产生的冲击强度最大值的幅度也有所提高，其趋势是ＣＰＥ、ＡＢＳ用量越多，共混合金冲击强度值达到最大值时所需ＣＰＰ的量越多，增加的幅度也越大。ＣＰＰ对共混合金的拉伸屈服强度和断裂伸长率的影响比较小。     

小眼井最优水力学设计及分析

在充分考虑小眼井钻井特点和合理确定环空压耗的基础上，将喷射钻井理论和环空携岩理论有机结合起来，导出了在两种工作方式下优化设计小眼井钻井水力参数模型，并开发了应用软件。通过实例计算，提出了在小眼井最优水力学设计中采用最大水功率工作方式的重要性，并建议在大眼井的水力参数设计中考虑钻柱的偏心、旋转和钻杆接头对环空压耗的影响。     

HDPE的耐磨蚀性与抗冲击性的研究

用自制的旋臂式磨蚀实验仪，研究了５种高密度聚乙烯和１种顺丁橡胶改性的高密度聚乙烯，在铁尾矿和铁精矿浆体中的耐磨蚀性。耐磨蚀性最差的是ＨＤＰＥ２２００Ｊ，耐磨蚀性较差的是ＨＤＰＥ６３００Ｍ；ＨＤＰＥ５０００ｓ，６０９８和２４８０的耐磨蚀性较好；ＨＤＰＥ／ｃｉｓ－ＢＲ的耐磨蚀性最好。     

Study on phase behavior–impact strength relationship of unsaturated polyester/polyurethane hybrid polymer network

The phase behavior of a hybrid polymer network (HPN) composed of poly[(propylene glycol maleate)-co-(propylene glycol phthalate)] crosslinked with styrene and polyester–urethane crosslinked with methylene-bis-ortho-chloroaniline was examined. The correlation between phase separation and impact strength of the HPNs is discussed. The composition of HPNs has an effect on their properties.
