Localization of tumors during laparoscopic surgery is generally performed by locally injecting India ink into the submucosal layer of the gastrointestinal tract using endoscopy. However, the location of the tumor is obscured because of the black-stained surgical field and the blurring caused by India ink. To solve this problem, in this study, we developed a tissue-adhesive porphyrin with polycations consisting of quaternary ammonium salt groups. To evaluate the ability of tissue-adhesive porphyrin in vivo, low-molecular-weight hematoporphyrin and tissue-adhesive porphyrin were injected into the anterior wall of the exposed stomach in rats. Local injection of low-molecular-weight hematoporphyrin into the anterior wall of the stomach was not visible even after 1 day because of its rapid diffusion. In contrast, the red fluorescence of the tissue-adhesive porphyrin was visible even after 7 days due to the electrostatic interactions between the positively-charged moieties of the polycation in the tissue-adhesive porphyrin and the negatively-charged molecules in the tissue. In addition, intraperitoneal injection of tissue-adhesive porphyrin in rats did not cause adverse effects such as weight loss, hepatic or renal dysfunction, or organ adhesion in the abdominal cavity. The interaction of polyamine conjugates with DNA double helix has been studied. Binding properties were examined by ethidium bromide (EtBr) displacement and DNA unwinding/topoisomerase I/II (Topo I/II) activity assays, as well as dsDNA thermal stability studies and circular dichroism spectroscopy. Genotoxicity of the compounds was estimated by a comet assay. It has been shown that only compound 2a can interact with dsDNA via an intercalative binding mode as it displaced EtBr from the dsDNA-dye complex, with Kapp = 4.26 × 106 M−1; caused an increase in melting temperature; changed the circular dichroism spectrum of dsDNA; converted relaxed plasmid DNA into a supercoiled molecule in the presence of Topo I and reduced the amount of short oligonucleotide fragments in the comet tail. Furthermore, preliminary theoretical study has shown that interaction of the discussed compounds with dsDNA depends on molecule linker length and charge distribution over terminal aromatic chromophores. 相似文献

Resins with amine functionalities were obtained as a result of chemical modification of low crosslinked terpolymers of glycidyl methacrylate with styrene and divinylbenzene or diethylene glycol dimethacrylate. The loading of amine groups, swelling in the selected organic solvents, and thermal properties of the resins were studied. FTIR, DSC, TGA, SEM, and stereomicroscopy methods were also applied for exploring of the resins. The amine functionalized resins were tested as sorbents for uptake of cobalt(II), copper(II), iron(III), and manganese(II) ions from methanol and its mixtures with methylene chloride. The study show that all polyamine functionalized resins uptake quickly Cu(II) ions from methanol solutions. Their ability to remove cobalt(II), iron(III), and manganese(II) ions from solution depended on the mutual compatibility of solvents and resins. 以旱116为材料,研究分蘖期水分胁迫对水稻生长及多胺含量的影响及与后期产量的关系.结果表明:水分胁迫影响叶绿素含量,株高相对增长速率及分蘖数的相对增长速率,通过回归分析,只有分蘖数的相对增长速率被引入方程;在外源精胺(spm)的处理下,水稻抗旱系数显著增加,叶片中腐胺(Put)、亚精胺(Spd)和精胺(Spm)含量明显上升;在外源鸟嘌呤腙(MGBG)的处理下,水稻抗旱系数明显减小,叶片中Spd及Spin含量明显下降,通过相关分析,叶片中Put、SpdTLSpm含量分别与抗旱系数及分蘖数的相对增长速率呈极显著正相关.叶片中Put、Sod及Stem含量与后期产量密切相美. 相似文献
