Sampled-data based average consensus with measurement noises: convergence analysis and uncertainty principle 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
In this paper, sampled-data based average-consensus control is considered for networks consisting of continuous-time first-order
integrator agents in a noisy distributed communication environment. The impact of the sampling size and the number of network
nodes on the system performances is analyzed. The control input of each agent can only use information measured at the sampling
instants from its neighborhood rather than the complete continuous process, and the measurements of its neighbors’ states
are corrupted by random noises. By probability limit theory and the property of graph Laplacian matrix, it is shown that for
a connected network, the static mean square error between the individual state and the average of the initial states of all
agents can be made arbitrarily small, provided the sampling size is sufficiently small. Furthermore, by properly choosing
the consensus gains, almost sure consensus can be achieved. It is worth pointing out that an uncertainty principle of Gaussian
networks is obtained, which implies that in the case of white Gaussian noises, no matter what the sampling size is, the product
of the steady-state and transient performance indices is always equal to or larger than a constant depending on the noise

This paper focuses on the robust stability analysis of a class of linear systems including multiple delays subjected to constant or time‐varying perturbations. The approach considered makes use of appropriate stability radius concepts (dynamic, static) and relies on a feedback interconnection interpretation of the uncertain system. Various computable bounds on stability radii are obtained that exploit the structure of the problem. Systems including perturbations on both system matrices and delays are also dealt with. A stability robustness test is developed for internally stable, nominal, linear time‐invariant (LTI) feedback systems subject to structured, linear time‐varying uncertainty. There exists (in the literature) a necessary and sufficient structured small gain condition that determines robust stability in such cases. In this paper, the structured small gain theorem is utilized to formulate a (sufficient) stability robustness condition in a scaled LTI ν‐gap metric framework. The scaled LTI ν‐gap metric stability condition is shown to be computable via linear matrix inequality techniques, similar to the structured small gain condition. Apart from a comparison with a generalized robust stability margin as the final part of the stability test, however, the solution algorithm implemented to test the scaled LTI ν‐gap metric stability robustness condition is shown to be independent of knowledge about the controller transfer function (as opposed to the LMI feasibility problem associated with the scaled small gain condition which is dependent on knowledge about the controller). Thus, given a nominal plant and a structured uncertainty set, the stability robustness condition presented in this paper provides a single constraint on a controller (in terms of a large enough generalized robust stability margin) that (sufficiently) guarantees to stabilize all plants in the uncertainty set. This paper establishes a necessary and sufficient stability condition of fractional-order interval linear systems. It is supposed that the system matrix A is an interval uncertain matrix and fractional commensurate order belongs to 1≤α<2. Using the existence condition of Hermitian P=P∗ for a complex Lyapunov inequality, we prove that the fractional-order interval linear system is robust stable if and only if there exists Hermitian matrix P=P∗ such that a certain type of complex Lyapunov inequality is satisfied for all vertex matrices. The results are directly extended to the robust stability condition of fractional-order interval polynomial systems. 相似文献
