钢铁生产流程铁资源效率的分析

以钢铁生产流程铁流图为基础,分析了高炉-转炉流程、电炉流程和混合流程的铁资源效率.流程铁资源效率的大小取决于各工序的金属收得率,金属收得率愈高,流程铁资源效率愈高.讨论了电炉钢比对混合流程铁资源效率的影响,结果表明,电炉钢比愈高,混合流程铁资源效率愈高.在此基础上,以中、美、日3国钢铁工业为例分析了电炉钢比和铁资源效率的关系.     

Relationship Among Reserve Ratio, Government Spending and Economic Growth

The relationship among reserve ration, government spending and economic growth was analyzed. A monetary endogenous growth model is well developed by taking into account the growth-enhancing effects of reserve-augmenting seigniorage. If the government spends all the seigniorage revenue on the provision of a public input which has positive externality on the private sector‘s production, some results to be utterly different from Bronx‘s have been obtained: the economy has a unique saddle-balanced growth path, but it has nothing to do with reserve ratio. However, the higher reserve ratio, the faster speed of economic convergence.     

Stochastic structural model of rock and soil aggregates by continuum-based discrete element method

Ancient slope[1], debris-flow deposit[2] and rock-filling dam[3] are usually made of rock and soil aggregates (RSA). The RSA is a typical inhomogeneous and discontinuous medium, and its main characteristics include: (i) loose piling up by blocks or particles, (ii) mixing of different blocks with a range of shapes and sizes, (iii) stochastic distribu- tion of blocks in space, (4) fillings often in between blocks. Sustainable Disposal of Domestic Sanitary Waste

The study presented is an example of the assessment of the relative sustainability of either option for disposal of domestic sanitary waste, either via the toilet or via the solid waste route. This required an evaluation of the total (social, economic, environmental, and technical) benefit/cost of implementing and adopting the alternative routes and an assessment of public responsiveness to encouragement to change sanitary waste disposal practices. It illustrates how, even for an apparently straightforward either/or question, the assessment of relative sustainability is complex and the amount of data needed to quantify sustainability indicators is prodigious. The study also provides an appraisal of the effectiveness of public campaigns to reduce waterborne disposal. Important information regarding public attitude and behavior in relation to wastewater systems has been acquired and lessons for ways of encouraging behavioral change to more sustainable ways of living have been gleaned.

电化学腐蚀法制备针尖的试验研究

用电化学腐蚀法制备微小尺寸的针尖,在深入分析电化学腐蚀原理的基础上,采用检测电流变化率的方法对腐蚀过程进行控制,使切断时间控制在微秒级以下,并对试验参数(如,电压、电极丝浸入溶液深度、溶液浓度等)对试验结果的影响进行了分析,制作出尺寸在微米级以下的针尖。     

用于BaF2闪烁光慢成分抑制的膜系设计及制备

利用BaF2闪烁光快、慢成分处于不同波段的性质，设计出了具有特定带隙的膜系结构，用于抑制发射光谱中的慢成分。在保证快成分具有一定透过率条件下，实现了对BaF2闪烁光慢成分的全方向抑制，使晶体的快慢比得到很大提高。从膜系γ射线辐照损伤的结果可知：辐照对膜系透射带和截止带的影响不大，辐照后的膜系仍能满足抑制要求。     

Development of the PenTile Matrix™ color AMLCD subpixel architecture and rendering algorithms

Abstract— Color subpixel rendering is enhanced by co‐optimizing the color subpixel architecture and algorithms with respect to human vision. This has resulted in the PenTile? display technology, which provides double the information content per subpixel when compared to a conventional RGB Stripe display. Output performance results from mathematical modeling, software simulations, and prototype AMLCDs displays demonstrate significant quality improvements to both text and full‐color images in comparison to images from RGB Stripe displays that have the same number of subpixels and column drivers.     

工业链条锅炉风煤比的优化控制

本文根据工业燃煤锅炉运行特点，在分析其数学模型的基础上提出了锅炉燃烧的一种优化控制方案。较好地解决了要求蒸汽压力稳定与节煤之间的矛盾，具有一定的实用价值。
