浅谈不同时期南非政府办公建筑的发展特征

南非的社会发展经历了殖民主义统治时期，种族主义统治时期和民主政府统治时期3个历史阶段。社会体制的变化深深影响了南非建筑的发展。尤其体现在政府办公建筑的形式上，本文按照历史发展的顺序，通过列举实例的方式，分别对这3个时期政府办公建筑的风格与布局牲进行了的探讨。     

Service life planning and performance requirements

Service life planning comprises a model for the determination of a reasonable expected service life for buildings and components, and it establishes a routine for the assessment of design alternatives. A design option is considered reasonable when it meets or exceeds performance requirements over time that have been drawn up specifically for the specific project. Due to this assessment reference, there is a very evident link to the concept of performance-based building. Any stakeholder involved in the value chain or in the design process of the building, as well as regulators and building users, can express performance requirements. Identified requirements, both in relevance and in quality, will vary with the stakeholder and his/her perspective of interest. As building sector manufacturers develop most products with reference to standards rather than with reference to specific requirements, there is no direct link from user requirements to the product design. Instead, the building designer has the responsibility to ensure performance requirements are met by the performance of products integrated into the design. As these design decisions also have to be made at the material and component level, a performance-based building would benefit from an established rationale that enables the communication of performance requirements across the relevant system levels in the relevant design processes. A path for the connection of the established concepts of service life planning and performance-based building is presented. The aim is to identify key elements that need to be developed for the successful linkage of performance-based building with service life planning.

An illustration of verification and validation in the modelling phase of KBS development

Reliability has become a key factor in KBS development. For this reason, it has been suggested that verification and validation (V&V) should become an integrated part of activities throughout the whole KBS development cycle. In this paper, it will be illustrated how the PROLOGA workbench integrates V&V aspects into its modelling environment, such that these techniques can be of assistance in the process of knowledge acquisition and representation. To this end, verification has to be performed incrementally and can no longer be delayed until after the system has been completed. It will be shown how this objective can be realised through an approach that uses the decision table formalism as a modelling instrument.

随着社会的发展,建筑工地墙体广告以其独特的创意和表现成为城市一道亮丽的风景线。城市管理和文化宣传部门也在为如何通过城市建筑工地墙体广告展现城市特色文化而动足脑筋,使之成为能够吸引人们眼球的一道独特的文化景观。本文从介绍建筑工地墙体广告的发展状况入手,阐述了武汉市建筑工地墙体广告发展中所存在的一些问题,并针对目前存在的问题提出了相应的对策。     

基于身份的一次性盲公钥方案

在现有方案的基础上,通过分析超椭圆曲线双线性对和基于身份的特点,给出了一个改进的基于身份的一次性盲公钥方案。该方案由用户和可信中心共同完成用户密钥的生成,克服了密钥托管问题,避免了由可信中心进行密钥管理所产生的安全隐患。新构造的方案能够抵抗伪造性攻击,具有不可欺骗性,又保证了一次性盲公钥的独立性,是安全可靠的。而且方案中用户在通讯时可以使用不同的公钥,解决了Internet通信中的匿名认证问题,实现了用户隐私的有效保护。     

标准模型下的无证书代理环签名方案

由于无证书公钥密码体制是一种新型公钥密码体制,它既克服了密钥托管问题,又不需要使用公钥证书,而在标准模型下所构造的方案与在随机语言模型下所构造的方案相比,具有更高的可证安全性,因此,该文在标准模型下,提出了一个无证书代理环签名方案。与现有的代理环签名方案相比,它具有更高的执行效率和可证安全性,能够归约于CDH（computational diffie-Hellman）问题假定。分析结果表明：它既能有效抵制来自密钥生成中心和授权人的伪造攻击,又能满足代理环签名的其他安全性需求;并且,该方案具有更高的执行效率,只需要两次对运算。
