Interactive Ray Tracing of Large Models Using Voxel Hierarchies

We propose an efficient approach for interactive visualization of massive models with CPU ray tracing. A voxel‐based hierarchical level‐of‐detail (LOD) framework is employed to minimize rendering time and required system memory. In a pre‐processing phase, a compressed out‐of‐core data structure is constructed, which contains the original primitives of the model and the LOD voxels, organized into a kd‐tree. During rendering, data is loaded asynchronously to ensure a smooth inspection of the model regardless of the available I/O bandwidth. With our technique, we are able to explore data sets consisting of hundreds of millions of triangles in real‐time on a desktop PC with a quad‐core CPU.     

Videotext technology: an overview with special reference to transaction processing as an interactive service or Everything you never wanted to know about text on TV and were terrified that someone would tell you

Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive overview of videotext technology with specific reference to transaction processing. Transaction processing is taken to include: banking, shopping, ticket booking and the downline loading of software. The overview characterizes the interactive transaction services offered by videotext systems. First, the hardware aspects of delivery of the information are considered including broadcast delivery and telephone and cable network delivery. Second, the software aspects of the construction of the information are discussed, including character and graphics (picture) generation. Last, the interactive services offered on videotext systems are reviewed, including transaction modes, dialogue types, task elements and user classification. Conclusions are drawn with respect to the suitability of videotext systems for different modes of transaction processing.     

A Low‐Memory,Straightforward and Fast Bilateral Filter Through Subsampling in Spatial Domain

In this work we present a new algorithm for accelerating the colour bilateral filter based on a subsampling strategy working in the spatial domain. The base idea is to use a suitable subset of samples of the entire kernel in order to obtain a good estimation of the exact filter values. The main advantages of the proposed approach are that it has an excellent trade‐off between visual quality and speed‐up, a very low memory overhead is required and it is straightforward to implement on the GPU allowing real‐time filtering. We show different applications of the proposed filter, in particular efficient cross‐bilateral filtering, real‐time edge‐aware image editing and fast video denoising. We compare our method against the state of the art in terms of image quality, time performance and memory usage.     

基于行业视角的FDI对人民币实际汇率的影响研究

本文选取1997-2008年间的行业数据,运用偏最小二乘法分析各行业外商直接投资FDI流入对人民币实际汇率的影响。实证分析结果认为:FDI的流入是导致人民币升值的原因,大部分行业的FDI都会引起人民币实际汇率升值,但影响程度不同,而农、林、牧、渔业和建筑业FDI则会引起人民币实际汇率贬值。因此需要制定行之有效的政策以改善我国FDI的行业结构。

基于空间位置分析的商业房地产适应性估价技术

如何对商业房地产实施批量评估是目前国际上房地产评估领域的热点问题.为了实现高精度、低成本的评估目标,引入计量经济学和工程科学领域的适应估计技术,结合空间分析相关方法,提出商业房地产适应性估价模型,以期充分体现影响商业房地产价格的各项实体因素和区位因素,进而对其进行系统、科学、客观地批量评估.最后,以深圳市商业房地产为例进行实证分析,检验结果表明该技术较传统方法而言,无论是评估结果本身的准确性,还是评估结果间的公平性和一致性,均有较大提高,符合房地产税基评估要求,具有较高的推广价值.     

浅析中小型房地产企业期间费用的控制

本文阐述了期间费用的含义、分类,介绍了现在中小房地产企业期间费用的现状,然后分析了其存在的问题,例如企业领导层对期间费用重视程度不够、销售费用、管理费用、财务费用控制不善等,最后提出了相应的对策,例如提高管理层对期间费用的重视程度、提高财会人员素质、建立期间费用控制的规章制度和方法等。

随着我国老年人口数量的不断上升,中国老人的养老问题收到了地产界的关注,纷纷投入其中,养老地产应运而生.本文以借鉴国外的养老地产运营模式为切入口,提出中国养老需结合本国国情采取混合式运营模式.     

高职房地产专业经纪人才培养模式的实践与探索

高职房地产专业人才培养面向市场进行＂校企合作、工学结合＂,是适应行业企业发展需要,培养高端技能型人才的必然选择.对万向职业技术学院与房地产经纪行业校企合作人才培养模式进行了分析探讨,提出了改进房地产专业校企合作人才培养的有关建议.     

三塔斜拉-自锚式悬索组合体系桥成桥阶段活载模型试验研究

为研究三塔斜拉-自锚式悬索组合体系桥在成桥阶段活荷载作用下的结构受力性能,依据相似理论,制作了1∶20的全桥缩尺模型。利用模型试验研究了该体系桥在对称与非对称荷载作用下的结构力学特性,对加劲梁、吊杆、拉索、主塔与副塔的力学行为进行了分析。结果表明:在成桥阶段活载作用下,模型桥对称性较好、刚度较大、抗弯扭性能较好;模型桥能较准确地反映实桥的受力特性,所测得的试验数据,已成功用于指导实桥设计;理论计算值和实桥换算值与试验实测值吻合较好;模型桥及实桥均满足规范要求,该体系桥梁在使用阶段安全可靠。
