Vibrodiagnostic parameters of fatigue damage in rectangular plates. Part 3. Through-the-thickness and surface semi-elliptical cracks

The paper addresses the analytical determination of vibrodiagnostic parameters that describe the presence of normal-rupture flat through-the-thickness and surface semi-elliptical central cracks in a rectangular homogeneous plate of constant thickness for various plate fixing conditions and vibration modes. It is shown that the most sensitive vibrodiagnostic damage parameter of a plate is the variation of the logarithmic decrement in the case of a through-the thickness crack and the second-harmonic ratio of the vibration process in superharmonic resonance in the case of a surface crack. __________ Translated from Problemy Prochnosti, No. 5, pp. 27–47, September–October, 2006.     

Natural frequencies of a flat viaduct road part simply supported on two ends

Viaduct roads have wide application in big cities with high traffic loads, in order to decrease traffic density and to connect subways to highways. Viaduct roads are constructed using steel structures instead of concrete ones in areas of earthquake risks. The low weight of steel structures however causes problems such as vibration and noise. There is increasing demand especially in populated areas to suppress vibration and noise on highway roads for reducing noise-related environmental pollution. In this study, bending vibrations of rectangular plate viaduct roads, which are supported by six fixed elements of rectangular cross-sectional elements are considered. Natural frequencies are obtained using the Rayleigh-Ritz technique, finite elements analysis, experimentally and neural networks (NN).     

生物质型煤灰熔融性的实验研究

生物质型煤是一种新型型煤,利用煤泥、农业废弃物通过一定的生产工艺加工压制而成,不仅有利于废弃物的资源化利用,也可以减少环境污染.型煤灰熔融性是工业型煤的一项重要指标,直接决定着型煤燃烧或造气过程排渣方式的选择.作者分别以焦作煤泥、平顶山煤泥及鹤壁煤泥为煤样,通过正交实验的方法,对以煤泥为原料、以生物质为添加剂制成的型煤的灰熔融性进行了实验研究,结果表明:用生物质作为型煤添加剂制作的工业型煤,其灰熔融性能满足要求.     

华龙国际大厦混合结构构件及节点设计

论述了矩形钢管混凝土柱钢框架、混凝土核心筒结构在江西华龙国际大厦的应用，介绍了矩形钢管混凝土混合结构总体设计、节点大样及构造。     

方钢管混凝土框架结构抗震加固性能的试验研究

首先对一榀破坏后的方钢管混凝土框架模型进行了加固,然后通过拟静力试验,对加固后钢管混凝土框架结构的抗震性能进行了研究.研究结果表明：加固后的方钢管混凝土结构仍具有较好的承载力、延性和耗能能力.     

矩形直肋二维稳态导热的解析解及其分析

为了准确地给出将矩形直肋二维导热问题简化成一维问题的条件，利用分离变量法求解矩形直肋二维稳态导热模型，包括端部散热和绝热两种情况。比较解析解的两种不同的表达式，发现它们基本上是等价的。研究在各种无量纲参数条件下直肋的温度分布和热流，将二维模型所得的结果同一维模型的结果进行了比较，分析了各个无量纲参数对二维解与一维解之间的偏差的影响。在此基础之上，明确了影响一维简化假设成立的两个无量纲参数——HIδ．Bi成的具体取值范围。     

矩形母线集肤效应系数与阻抗的计算

本文给出了计算矩形母线集肤效应系数和电阻，感抗的几个简化公式，这些公式是简单的，而且具有较高的准确度。     

多支承矩形厚板固有横振频率的特征方程

采用Ｌａｐｌａｃｅ变换研究了两对边简支多支承矩形厚板的固有横振，并给出了其振型函数及频率的特征方程。     

采用BOF-LF-CC工艺试制20MnVB钢

借鉴国内钢厂电炉工艺生产20MnVB钢的成功经验，设计出20MnVB钢的内控成分并强化转炉终点控制、LF加钛保硼工艺、低过热度浇注、合理的轧钢工艺等，实现了BOF-LF-CC工艺生产汽车用优质含硼钢。     

矩形坯连铸生产40MnB钢试验研究

借鉴国内钢厂生产40MnB钢的成功经验，设计出首钢连铸生产40MnB钢的内控成分和各工序关键工艺，利用BOF-LF—CC工艺批量生产汽车用优质钢40MnB。
