Rectangular section control technology(RSCT)was introduced to achieve high-precision profile control during silicon steel rolling.The RSCT principle and method were designed,and the whole RSCT control strategy was developed.Specifically,RSCT included roll contour design,rolling technology optimization,and control strategy development,aiming at both hot strip mills(HSMs)and cold strip mills(CSMs).Firstly,through the high-performance variable crown(HVC)work roll optimization design in the upper-stream stands and the limited shifting technology for schedule-free rolling in the downstream stands of HSMs,a hot strip with a stable crown and limited wedge,local spot,and single wave was obtained,which was suitable for cold rolling.Secondly,an approximately rectangular section was obtained by edge varying contact(EVC)work roll contour design,edge-drop setting control,and closed loop control in the upper-stream stands of CSMs.Moreover,complex-mode flatness control was realized by coordinating multiple shape-control methods in the downstream stands of CSMs.In addition,the RSCT approach was applied in several silicon-steel production plants,where an outstanding performance and remarkable economic benefits were observed. 相似文献

在心电地图仪中记录到的体表心电信号往往由于电磁的影响而引进工频干扰.基于体表心电信号中工频干扰的特点,作者提出了一种滤除工频干扰的方法,即就单独—胸导联信号通过提高频谱的分辨率来估计工频干扰的频率;基于最小均方误差准则来估计各导联信号中工频干扰的幅度和相位。文中还给出了该算法的流程图和滤波性能分析。模拟结果表明了该算法的有效性。应用该算法对心电地图仪中的工频干扰进行对消,取得了满意的结果。 相似文献

Using conventional high‐temperature superconducting wire, a model superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) is made and tested. Solenoid coil using Bi2223 silver sheath wire is so made that inductance is as small as possible and a vacuum interrupter is connected in series to it. A conventional reactor coil is connected in parallel. When the fault current flows in this equipment, superconducting wire is quenched and current is transferred into the parallel coil because of voltage drop of superconducting wire. This large current in parallel coil actuates magnetic repulsion mechanism of vacuum interrupter. Due to opening of vacuum interrupter, the current in superconducting wire is broken. By using this equipment, current flow time in superconducting wire can be easily minimized. This paper describes an effective analysis of magnetic shielding based on homogenization. The analyses become time‐consuming if the problems include the magnetic substances having fine structure. The homogenization of the structure makes it possible to analyze effectively the magnetic fields. The authors introduce a method to estimate the effective permeability of the homogenized substance. This method can be applied to any periodic structure made of magnetic substance. The magnetic shielding effects by the structures against direct‐current (DC) fields generated by electric railways are analyzed by using the present method. As a result, it is found that the overhead way and the protective fence near the railway work as a magnetic shield, whose effects can be improved by appropriate arrangement of those constructions. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper presents an emergency evacuation analysis during a mid-platform train fire in an underground rail station. A time-based
evacuation scenario is developed taking into account the stairway inaccessibility due to smoke blockage. The calculation approach
in NFPA 130 is then applied to a parametric study of this time-based scenario and its reliability is examined using a micro-simulation
model. Both methods give consistent predictions of the exiting times. The results demonstrate that with the division of the
station into two zones, the exiting time could not meet the code requirements, whereas it does meet the required exiting time
without the division. Such division is due to smoke blockage and creates an uneven ratio of the occupant load to the available
exiting capacity. This shows that appropriate consideration of the fire and smoke effects is important for station egress
