从碳素结构钢热轧钢带各向异性的事实出发 ,阐述不同试样位向导致同一钢带不同的拉伸性能 ,因而影响钢带合格与否的判定。在全面考虑钢带和焊管标准的基础上 ,提出解决钢带判定的两种方法。同时 ,还对标准中存在的缺点作了说明 ,提出改进意见 ,供标准修订时参考。     

How Meta-Analysis Increases Statistical Power.

One of the most frequently cited reasons for conducting a meta-analysis is the increase in statistical power that it affords a reviewer. This article demonstrates that fixed-effects meta-analysis increases statistical power by reducing the standard error of the weighted average effect size (T?.) and, in so doing, shrinks the confidence interval around T?.. Small confidence intervals make it more likely for reviewers to detect nonzero population effects, thereby increasing statistical power. Smaller confidence intervals also represent increased precision of the estimated population effect size. Computational examples are provided for 3 effect-size indices: d (standardized mean difference), Pearson's r, and odds ratios. Random-effects meta-analyses also may show increased statistical power and a smaller standard error of the weighted average effect size. However, the authors demonstrate that increasing the number of studies in a random-effects meta-analysis does not always increase statistical power. 西门子V94.3A燃机参数偏离对机组功率和效率的影响

应用小偏差原理，求得燃气轮机机组中10个主要参数(Ck，T1，ηk,ηT,ηc,εk,ξ1,ξ2,ξ3)变化对机组出力和效率的影响系数，并以西门子V94.3A燃机为实例进行讨论。     

管道完整性管理标准及其支持体系

通过对美国管道完整性管理标准ASME B31.8S和API 1160内容的论述，总结了管道完整性管理标准的3个特点：①管道完整性管理标准是一种过程标准；②管道完整性管理标准提供了一种管道运行管理的模式和理念，反映了当前管道安全管理从单一安全目标发展到优化、增效、提高综合经济效益的多目标趋向；③完整性管理是以管道安全为目标的系统管理体系,管道完整性管理标准是一种体系规范。从管道完整性管理系统的角度，列举了美国管道完整性管理的主要支持性标准、规范和法律文件。最后对国内管道完整性管理研究提出了建议。     

香豆胶衍生物的化学结构及稳定性研究

将市售商品溶于水,用异丙醇沉析提纯,溶于0.1 mol/L NaNO3纯水溶液中,经0.5μm滤膜过滤后用水相凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)测定,测得香豆胶(FG)、羟丙基香豆胶(HPFG)、阳离子香豆胶(CFG)的数均、重均相对分子质量Mn、Mw分别为:1.19×105、3.36×105,8.52×104、2.85×105,9.33×104、2.87×105。用甘露聚糖链在碱性条件下醚化时发生降解,解释两种改性FG的相对分子质量较FG低而多分散性(Mw/Mn)较FG高的测试结果。认为商品FG的1%水溶液黏度(1300 mPa.s)高于商品HPFG和CFG(分别为705和610 mPa.s)的原因是前者相对分子质量较高且残渣含量也较高(~10%,后二者为1%~2%)。HPFG的取代度为0.12,根据文献发表的13C-NMR数据确认HPFG分子链上羟丙基取代位置为C6。讨论了香豆胶(半乳甘露聚糖)的化学结构。热重分析法测定的热稳定性,HPFG高于CFG,CFG又高于FG。图6表3参13。     

A Novel Segmentation and Feedback Model for Resolving Contention in Optical Burst Switching

A novel segmentation and feedback model (SFM) applied to resolve contention is proposed. Simulation and performance analyses show that the SFM effectively avoids contentions in optical burst switching (OBS). The long delay time of deflection routing and the immature technology of wavelength converters and optical buffers are not deployed in the SFM. The SFM does not only realize fast switching but also allows preemption by higher priority bursts.     

建筑制图标准中图形符号适宜性、区分性的研究

应用线段长短、间距大小视觉反应的量化规律，提出设计图形符号大小的原则——既更使其大小满足“长”“短”“大”“小”的心理要求，又要互相之间在大小上有区分性。根据图形组织的相似、接近、连续三原则提出设计图形符号形状的原则——图形符号之间尽量减少相似、接近、连续，以保证较好的区分性。通过分析发现，现行建筑制图标准中的图形符号绝大部分在大小和形状具有适宜性、区分性。     

水环境标准与水资源的可持续发展

从中国水资源严重短缺的现状出发,介绍我国水环境标准体系及现阶段的实施情况,论述水环境标准与可持续发展理论在实施过程中互为条件、互相促进的辩证关系:水环境标准是实施水资源可持续发展战略的前提和保障;可持续发展战略促进水环境标准日臻健全、完善。分析我国水环境标准与可持续发展论的差距,提出今后需进一步完善水环境标准的改进对策。
