Using an integrated process of data and modeling in HRA

The paper describes an approach taken to estimate the probabilities of failure associated with various railroad tasks to prevent accidents (principally collisions and derailments). These probabilities were estimated using an expert elicitation process that used partially relevant data available from a variety of databases and that were filtered and scaled to make them more directly relevant to the analyses being performed. Extensive qualitative studies were performed prior to the elicitation process to identify relevant contexts under which the tasks can be performed.

含缺陷压力管道经缺陷评定合乎使用后,其疲劳寿命的估计具有重要的工程意义。将整个含缺陷压力管道作为一个整体,分析了含缺陷压力管道的疲劳裂纹扩展特点,提出了相应的含缺陷压力管道疲劳寿命的计算过程,并在基于可靠性评价的基础上,给出了核压力管道的可接受失效概率,最终得到了含缺陷核压力管道疲劳寿命预测方法。     

现役水工钢闸门结构可靠性鉴定时荷载取值分析

采用类比法确定现役水工钢闸门结构的荷载评估基准期。以静水压力为例，得了其在荷载评估基准期内的统计参数，讨论了闸门主梁受弯碱坏时可靠指标随继续使用期的变化。     

流量比对等离子体基团分布和薄膜结构的影响

使用光强标定的发射光谱(AOES)测量了CHF3／C6H6混合气体的微波电子回旋共振(ECR)放电等离子体中基团的分布状态。实验发现随着CHF3流量的增加，成膜基团CF、CF2、CH等的相对密度增大，而刻蚀基团F的密度也会增加，从而使得a—C：F薄膜的沉积速率降低。同时红外吸收谱(IR)分析表明，在高CHF3流量下沉积的a—C：F薄膜中含有更高的C—F键成分。可见在a—C：F薄膜的制备中CHF3／(CHF3 C6H6)流量比是重要的控制参量。     

Assessment of Anger and Aggression in Male Offenders With Developmental Disabilities.

Systematic assessment of anger among people with developmental disabilities has been lacking, especially for hospital inpatients. Reliability and validity of anger self-report psychometric scales were investigated with 129 male patients, mostly forensic. Anger prevalence and its relationship to demographic, cognitive, and personality variables and to hospital assaultive behavior were examined. High internal and intermeasure consistency, and some concurrent validity with staff ratings, were found. Retrospective validity regarding physically assaultive behavior in the hospital was obtained. Hierarchical regressions revealed that patient-reported anger was a significant predictor of assaults postadmission, controlling for age, length of stay, IQ, violence offense history, and personality variables. 光学表面等离子谐振（ＳＰＲ）效应是一种很有效的水质检测技术，经过详细的理论推导，同了ＳＰＲ反射光强的普遍适用公式。在纯水与受污染水两种情况下，根据一些已知参数计算出结果。由计算结果数据一出的曲线比较表明，ＳＰＲ效应在两种情况下有明显差别，这也正是ＳＰＲ效应用于水质检测的理论根据。
