文章简要介绍了我国水资源情况,分析了我国水资源承载力与可持续发展的关系,并阐述了水资源承载力 研究的特点和方法。     

Optimal Control of the Primary Drying Stage of Freeze Drying of Solutions in Vials Using Variational Calculus

The problem of operating freeze drying of pharmaceutical products in vials placed in trays of a freeze dryer to remove free water (in frozen state) at a minimum time was formulated as an optimal control problem. Two different types of freeze dryer designs were considered. In type I freeze dryer design, upper and lower plate temperatures were controlled together, while in type II freeze dryer design, upper and lower plate temperatures were controlled independently. The heat input to the material being dried and the drying chamber pressure were considered as control variables. Constraints were placed on the system state variables by the melting and scorch temperatures during primary drying stage. Necessary conditions of optimality for the primary drying stage of freeze drying process in vials are derived and presented. Furthermore, an approach for constructing the optimal control policies that would minimize the drying time for the primary drying stage was given. In order to analyze optimal control policy for the primary drying stage of the freeze-drying process in vials, a rigorous multi-dimensional unsteady state mathematical model was used. The theoretical approach presented in this work was applied in the freeze drying of skim milk. Significant reductions in the drying times of primary drying stage of freeze drying process in vials were obtained, as compared to the drying times obtained from conventional operational policies.     

CSTN-LCD用铬版清洗效果的改善

利用铬版清洗机对CSTN-LCD用铬版进行清洗处理,分析了清洗过程中出现的铬层脱落现象,铬层脱落与轴向喷射压力和水平切力密切相关,通过调整转速和喷射压力探索了安全使用条件:在转速不超过1000r/min,喷射压力低于0.5×105Pa的情况下使用铬版清洗机进行清洗是相对安全的。同时采用预清洗处理的方法满足清洁要求,使换线时间由平均3h缩短到平均1h以内,年产能提高270000片。     

Fifty Years On: Brown v. Board of Education and American Psychology, 1954-2004 An Introduction.

Introduces the current issue of the American Psychologist, which examines the ramifications of the Brown vs. Board of Education decision and its sequelae over the last 50 years, with a special focus on the mixed role of psychological research and practice. Despite the great strides toward a more just society since May 17, 1954, inequities remain in schooling, in social relations, and in economic opportunity. How will history judge American psychology 50 years from now vis-a-vis the possibilities it helped create via Brown? The articles in this special issue suggest several important directions of research and action our field will need to take if the verdict of history is to be a positive one. 高功率脉冲水中放电的应用及其发展

首先介绍了高功率脉冲水下放电的机理，然后综合论述了其应用和研究的状况，从较为成熟的脉冲水处理技术到医疗领域的ESWL应用技术，以及在脉冲电场食品杀菌和水下目标探测方面的最新发展和研究，最后指出了高功率脉冲电技术应用前景以及进行更系统和深入研究的必要性。     

双级染料激光放大器泵浦能量分配的数值研究

用染料激光放大器的横向稳态泵浦理论，对不同的入射光能量选择不同的增益计算方法，研究了双级染料放大器的泵浦能量分配比例、泵浦光总能量和信号光能量大小对激光增益的影响。计算结果表明，对于其他参数确定的放大系统，存在着最佳的泵浦能量分配比例，可获得最大增益输出。通过自编程序的计算，可方便地找出特定系统泵浦能量分配比例的最佳值。     

高温氨化合成GaN微晶

分别利用Ga2O3粉末和Ga2O3凝胶作为Ga源,采用NH3为N源,在950℃下,分别将两种反应物与流动的NH3反应20 min合成了GaN微晶。用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、选择区电子衍射(SAED)对微晶进行结构、形貌的分析,特别是对两种不同途径合成GaN微晶的XRD进行了分析比较。结果表明,当Ga源温度为950℃时两种不同的合成途径均可得到六方纤锌矿结构的GaN单晶颗粒,在氮化温度为850℃和900℃时,利用Ga2O3粉末作为Ga源,仅有少量的Ga2O3转变为GaN;而采用Ga2O3凝胶作为Ga源,在相同的温度下,大部分凝胶经过高温氨化反应均可转化为GaN。     

加快塑料技术中心建设提高新产品开发水平

对中国石油化工集团公司(简称中国石化)合成树脂生产及加工应用技术的现状进行了分析，指出中国石化应加快建设塑料加工应用技术中心，为塑料产品的加工用户提供高技术水平和快捷周到的技术服务，在合成树脂新产品开发和产品结构调整中发挥积极作用，以提高合成树脂产品的市场竞争力。     

Synthesis and photosensitivity of acryloylmorpholine copolymers with a pendant (meth)acryloyl group

We have developed new photopolymers that have superior waterproof properties and that can easily interact with polyfunctional acrylate compounds, thus serving as hydrophobic photocrosslinking reagents. Acryloylmorpholine monomers whose homopolymers were less moisture absorbing than the usual water‐soluble polymers but were still water soluble to a good degree, were copolymerized with other acryloyl monomers. We then introduced the photosensitive (meth)acryloyl group to side chains of the resulting polymers. Among six copolymers examined, the copolymers composed of acryloyl morpholine, hydroxyethyl acrylate, ethyl, or methyl methacrylate, and methacryloyl isocyanate were found to have nicely balanced hydrophilicity and waterproof properties, in addition to good compatibility with hydrophobic photocrosslinking reagents. The composite polymers thus obtained were confirmed to be promising photopolymers usable even in a highly humid environment. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 87: 684–692, 2003
