地质产品供给方式分析与建议

地质工作作为经济社会发展的一项先行性、基础性工作，为社会和政府提供的是地质产品，包括信息产品和服务。本文运用经济学中的基本理论——公共产品理论，结合地质工作的产品特点，分析了地质产品的类型和供给方式，并分析了市场经济条件下，地质产品的完整生产过程和战略性矿产勘查的性质，最终从中国地质调查局的角度，提出要建立分别与公共地质产品和非公共地质产品相适应的两套项目管理体系和运行机制。     

涤纶针织布的有机硅改性聚酯-聚醚共聚物整理

采用酯交换-缩聚反应,在催化剂与稳定剂的作用下,以对苯二甲酸二甲酯、乙二醇、聚乙二醇与自制聚醚硅油为原料合成了有机硅聚酯-聚醚共聚物整理剂。试验探究了聚醚硅油的用量对反应产物性能的影响,通过红外光谱表征了有机硅聚酯-聚醚共聚物的结构,并对其在涤纶针织物上的最佳应用条件进行了研究。结果表明:聚醚硅油用量占酯交换反应物质量分数为6%时,用其处理的针织物亲水性和手感较好;最佳使用工艺条件为浸轧法,质量浓度20 g/L,120℃焙烘60s。     

丝绒成形针织内衣前处理和同色性探讨

对由9．7tex丝绒(真丝85％，羊绒15％)80．9％、20／30-12F包芯纱19．1％混纺而成的丝绒针织物进行前处理，需考虑精练时真丝的脱胶情况、羊绒的损耗及氨纶的弹性回复性，以及真丝、羊绒和尼龙包芯纱染色的同色性、尺寸稳定性和缩水率问题。文章就以上问题进行探讨，并总结多年的生产经验，给出了合适的工艺处方。     

加工中心的应用和开发

加工中心是一种新兴的加工技术,目前在国内外应用非常广泛。本文主要介绍加工中心在铝合金压铸件加工中的应用方法和特点,并指出了存在的问题和今后的开发方向。     

Sift‐proofness of Dangerous Goods Packagings – An Incompletely Defined Requirement

Sift‐proofness is a requirement for different types of dangerous goods packagings for solid substances according to the international Dangerous Goods Regulations. In these regulations, a sift‐proof packaging is defined as a packaging that is completely impermeable to dry contents. This means indirectly that absolutely no mass transport of solid substances is allowed. Moreover, this requirement applies both to the original filling substance and to fine solid material generated during transport. Further specifications, test conditions or tolerable limit values are not given. This is in contrast to physical principles and the usual practice in other fields of technology in which sift‐proofness is relevant. This paper shows the necessary steps for how the requirements for sift‐proofness of dangerous goods packagings can be defined more precisely. Physical basics of the term ‘sift‐proofness’ are explained. A qualitative as well as a quantitative approach is possible. In any case, it is essential to carry out appropriate vibration tests to assess the sift‐proofness. There is a need for systematical investigations of the sift‐proofness of dangerous goods packagings. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

国货品牌形象设计的叙事性构建

目的研究从20世纪至今国货概念的演化和形象设计叙事策略的转变。方法从消费者民族主义和品牌战略视角出发,对国货设计的叙事策略进行历史梳理和辩证分析。结论国货概念的内涵经历了3次较大的转变。第一次是中国货,指在晚清民国时期兴起的民族化消费浪潮中抵御洋货入侵的国内商品,在品牌形象的叙事构建中包含了强烈的民族国家认同感和经济主权意识;第二次是国产货,指自新中国成立以来到90年代末期为满足人民日常生活所需而在国内研发制造的商品,在进口货的对比和观照下,其品牌形象的设计叙事指向逐渐从货真价实向物美价廉转变;第三次是新国货,既指一批进入海外市场并取得成功的高科技、高附加值的中国品牌,又指自进入新世纪以来在怀旧消费心理推动下的民族品牌经典回潮现象。两者的品牌形象都体现出全球化语境中的跨文化叙事策略和话语逻辑。     

A case based heuristic for container stacking in seaport terminals

In this paper, we suggest a Case Based heuristic for the online container stacking management system in seaport terminals. The main objectives of the system are to determine the exact position of each import container in the storage area and to control container allocation and react to unexpected events and disturbances in an intelligent, self-organizing and real-time manner. First, we propose learning mechanisms and knowledge models for a better management of knowledge related to disturbances and container environment. This system takes into account different types of containers especially the storage of dangerous containers. For assessment of the suggested system, real data are collected from King Abdul Aziz Dammam seaport terminal (Saudi Arabia). The performance of the developed heuristic is assessed with different scenarios and compared to three other stacking strategies studied in the scientific literature. The obtained results are promising and show that the developed CBR (Case Based Reasoning) based heuristic can be efficient or similar problems, i.e. online container staking.     

“When Is Short,Sweet?” Selection Uncertainty and Online Review Presentations

Online customer reviews are an important part of e-commerce product selection. When used effectively, online reviews may reduce the uncertainty inherent in making product selection decisions online, but how best to deal with thousands of online customer reviews? Past research considers online review summarization, where reviews are reduced to numeric ratings, key phrases, keywords or product characteristics. However, in their original form, online reviews contain the carefully crafted narratives of past customers, elements of which may not be amenable to summarization. In this research, we present findings of a laboratory experiment which examines the impact of review summarization when evaluating different types of products online. Key findings include evidence that perceptions of product selection uncertainty depend on online review presentation format and the category of the product under consideration. Additionally, the study provides evidence that the e-commerce retailers may benefit from varying online review presentations across specific types of products.     

Private Rights Absorbed in Quasi-public Goods: A probe into the Relationship of Intellectual Property Rights and Standardization

Standards are a double edge sword and have come to be the main technical tariff and a window for market access to international trade. Standards are closely related to intellectual property, especially patents. The essence of intellectual property in standardization lies in the fact that standards are a kind of quasi-public good, while patents are essentially private property. The absorption of patents into standards creates an opportunity for a patent holder to take advantage by making a profit. To prevent the abuse of patents in standards by the patent holder, SDOs (Standards Development Organizations) have to adjust the disclosure policies of the standards in patents.
