结合本厂硝酸装置的实际，分析废热锅炉的腐蚀机理，介绍硝酸废热锅炉的防腐措施。     

流态化炉活性炭生产中的余热利用

用流态化炉生产颗粒活性炭时，在尾气通道上设计了一套余热回收装置，并用余热加热流态化反应所需的空气及水蒸气，该装置也能自产蒸汽，最大蒸汽发生量为70kg／h，余热换热器热利用率为42．7％。     

蒸汽冷凝水回收系统改造及效益分析

章简要介绍了疏水阀的类型及选型原则。选择质量好且耐背压的倒吊桶型疏水阀，选择热动力式疏水泵和合适的闪蒸罐，合理敷设管道，将原分散的就地排放的蒸汽冷凝水及其产生的二次蒸汽加以回收利用；通过对疏水阀性价比的比较，得出性能优良的疏水阀及其回收系统在节能上的巨大优势；借鉴国内外同行的先进经验，还提出了今后蒸汽疏水系统改造的方向和应注意的问题。     

The Effects of Power Law Fluid Rheology on Coil Heat Transfer for Agitated Vessel in the Transitional Flow Regime

A CFD model of heat transfer from power‐law fluids to helical cooling coils in the transitional flow regime of a baffled tank mixed with a pitched blade turbine was developed with Fluent^TM. The model captured local temperature and velocity gradients. Simulations were run, varying Re, Pr, K and n. The results indicate that a Sieder‐Tate type correlation, with the exponent on and the coefficient in front of the Reynolds number being a function of n, is recommended for estimating ho. Also, a new two coil bank design was found to be more efficient when 450 < Re < 650.

聚糖菌反硝化影响因素及内碳源转化特性

在SBR反应器中以乙酸钠为碳源、\mathrm{N}{\mathrm{O}}_3^{-}-N为电子受体成功富集了反硝化聚糖菌，并采用批次实验进一步考察了进水C/N比（3.3,6.7,10）、电子受体（\mathrm{N}{\mathrm{O}}_3^{-}-N、\mathrm{N}{\mathrm{O}}_2^{-}-N）、碳源类型（乙酸钠、葡萄糖）对反硝化聚糖菌活性的影响及内碳源转化特性。实验结果表明，进水C/N比越高，系统\mathrm{N}{\mathrm{O}}_x^{-}-N去除率越高，厌氧段合成PHB越多，但进水C/N比过高会导致普通反硝化菌占优势，影响内碳源反硝化效率，进水C/N比为6.7较为合适；以\mathrm{N}{\mathrm{O}}_3^{-}-N为电子受体长期培养的DGAOs系统未经\mathrm{N}{\mathrm{O}}_2^{-}-N驯化，对\mathrm{N}{\mathrm{O}}_2^{-}-N同样具有良好的反硝化性能，在投加与\mathrm{N}{\mathrm{O}}_3^{-}-N相同浓度的\mathrm{N}{\mathrm{O}}_2^{-}-N后，系统\mathrm{N}{\mathrm{O}}_x^{-}-N去除率达89.6%；当以葡萄糖为碳源时，DPAOs在厌氧段合成的PHB的量仅为以乙酸钠为碳源时合成PHB量的79.5%，且厌氧段葡萄糖利用率仅为72.8%，远远小于乙酸钠的利用率。

针对蒸发工段电解液预热效果不理想，从工艺、设备两方面入手，对电解液预热工艺进行了改造，并对经济效益进行了分析。

从理论到实践阐述了以具有价格优势的 Na OH替代 Na2 CO3做碱源 ,解决 A / O法运行成本高的问题。     

The design and analysis of unequal error protection fountain coding for multiple source networks over binary erasure channels

A novel network model of multiple source fountain coding is developed and a novel class of generic multiple source fountain codes with unequal error protection(UEP)property is proposed.The And–Or tree analysis technique is generalized to analyze the asymptotic performance of the proposed codes and a joint optimization method employing both linear and nonlinear programs is developed to optimize the degree distributions.Furthermore,we propose three basic methods to achieve UEP property and the performance of each method is discussed.We employ these analytical results and optimization method to design and discuss several UEP codes with two and four sources for different application scenarios.Simulation results verify that the proposed codes can be applied to the networks with any number of sources and can provide strong UEP property in various ways based on the proposed three basic methods.
