本文介绍了一种地面无线三维定位系统,说明了其结构、功能、硬件、软件及其实现。采用信息广播机制的无线三维定位方法,实现独立网络支持下的具有分层结构的建筑区域中的移动人员的无线三维定位,可应用于大型、中型、小型等各类系统中。     

Study on phase behavior–impact strength relationship of unsaturated polyester/polyurethane hybrid polymer network

The phase behavior of a hybrid polymer network (HPN) composed of poly[(propylene glycol maleate)-co-(propylene glycol phthalate)] crosslinked with styrene and polyester–urethane crosslinked with methylene-bis-ortho-chloroaniline was examined. The correlation between phase separation and impact strength of the HPNs is discussed. The composition of HPNs has an effect on their properties.     

On stability of second-order quasi-polynomials with a single delay

In this note the stability of a second-order quasi-polynomial with a single delay is studied. Although there is a vast literature on this problem, most available solutions are limited to some particular cases. Moreover, some published results on this subject appear to contain imprecise, or even wrong, conditions. The purpose of this note is to show that by accurate application of known theories, a complete explicit characterization of stability regions can be derived in a most general case. As a byproduct of the proposed analysis, we show that in the high-order case the quasi-polynomial is delay-independent unstable whenever its delay-free version has an odd number of unstable roots (or, equivalently, a negative static gain).     

人工神经网络A／D变换器

本文对［５］的４位人工神经网络Ａ／Ｄ变换器进行了研究．指出按其方法推广实现多位Ａ／Ｄ时存在突触电阻大小以至无法实现且抗干扰能力也不好的问题并给出了解决办法．同时对如何改善神经元转移特性的硬限幅曲线作了简单讨论．     

LD泵浦的声光调Q腔内倍频激光器

研制成用ＬＤ泵浦的声光调Ｑ的Ｎｄ：ＹＶＯ４－ＫＴＰ腔内倍频激光器，得到了ＴＥＭ００模、频率高达１００ｋＨｚ的稳定的５３２ｕｍ绿激光脉冲系列输出，阈值泵浦功率为２７ｍＷ；在连续５７０ｍＷ的泵浦功率下，绿激光脉冲的峰值功率达１１００Ｗ，脉宽为４．６ｕｓ；输出功率稳定，在±５℃的工作温度变化下，输出功率变化小于±２％。此种器件可望得到广泛的应用。

机场企业内部网络安全策略综合分析

针对企业内部网络系统结构的日趋复杂以及航空运输市场的不断发展,使得企业传统意义下的网络安全措施逐渐暴露出一些潜在的缺陷。为了弥补这些缺陷,在进行可行性分析论证以后,选择了加装防火墙、建立虚拟专用网等技术来保证网络系统的安全。实践证明,该网络安全策略在实际生产运行当中安全可靠、效果显著,同时也使机场企业内部网络系统的安全防范能力有所提升。     

A simplified cascade current‐source inverter interconnected to a single‐phase three‐wire distribution system and its application to electric energy storage systems with batteries

A novel current source inverter system interconnected to the single‐phase grid is proposed. It has the same construction as the conventional three‐phase current source inverter that is interconnected to the single‐phase three‐wire distribution system. Though the proposed circuit has no output transformer, it can be equivalently performed as the single‐phase double cascade inverter by diverting the pole transformer in the utility system. By controlling the appropriate scheme, the output currents can be obtained as the five‐level waveforms and their distortions can be decreased sufficiently. It is applied to the interactive electric energy storage system with batteries and the basic discharging characteristics are discussed experimentally. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Analysis of polarization plane rotation characteristic in 2D photonic crystal waveguide with chiral medium by condensed node spatial network

Using the photonic band gap in photonic crystals, the fundamental waveguide structures for the light wavelength range have been developed. Based on the fine structure of these many functional devices have been proposed by analytical or numerical simulation methods and the experiments of trial manufacture. In this paper, the treatment of chiral dielectric in the Condensed Node Spatial Network for the vector potential is explained, and we show the polarization plane rotation property in air‐hole and pillar type photonic crystal waveguide structures with the chiral medium substrate. Then, we show the fundamental advantage of the air‐hole type photonic crystal waveguide structure in application to a mode converter. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
