Cost-effective smart power CMOS/DMOS technology: design methodology for latch-up immunity

To answer to the need of a cost effective smart power technology, an original design methodology that permits implementing latch-up free smart power circuits on a very simple CMOS/DMOS technology is proposed. The basic concept used to this purpose is letting float the wells of the MOS transistors most susceptible to initiate latch-up. The efficiency of the design methodology is experimentally shown.     

Optoelectronics in satellite designs

Design of artificial satellites for communication, remote sensing and scientific investigations follows, at present, a fixed pattern based on existing and proven technologies and the requirements of payload or experiment within the constraints of weight, volume and power available. The advances in optoelectronic components and systems have opened up a new dimension in designing satellites of the future, incorporating new technologies. This paper deals with general satellite design concepts based on optoelectronic systems wherever applicable.     

尾矿堆场对地下水及其水质影响的联合模拟研究

矿产资源开发利用后的废弃物堆场常处水文地质条件复杂、区域内外边界不规整的地带。为了客观评价堆场渗漏对地下水及其水质的影响,本文提出了适宜于复杂水文地质条件、复杂内外边界条件的地下水与地下水中污染物分布规律联合模拟分析的非构造网格FVM数值模型,通过在某化工行业尾矿堆场渗漏评价的具体应用,取得了很满意的结果。     

Achievement of specificational information usage with true and false feedback in learning a visual relative-mass discrimination task.

Participants' usage of informational variables in learning visual relative-mass discrimination in collisions was tracked by means of PROBIT correlations. Four groups received feedback that was true or accorded with either of three nonspecificational cue variables. A majority in each group adopted the feedback, but several participants defied the false feedback. Unlike in previous research, the fit to data of the relative-mass invariant could not be bettered by post hoc linear combinations of the cues. Discriminability was lower in the use of the invariant. Analytic complexity was rejected as an explanation for discriminability differences. A "smart mechanism" for pickup of the relative-mass invariant was developed as an extension of G. 上海石化股份公司重油催化裂化装置为反应沉降器与再生器并列布置 ,两个再生器同轴布置。通过处理能力由 0 .8Mt/a提高至 1.0Mt/a的局部改造后 ,该装置产生了外取热器无法正常投用 ,两个再生器烧焦比例不易合理分配、第一再生器 (一再 )烧焦强度较低、剂油比偏低及催化剂单耗偏高等问题。因此 ,又对再生器进行了改造 :将一再船形待生催化剂分布器改为Y形分布器、在一再密相床上部增设格栅、外取热器催化剂返回分布器增设软密封、待生催化剂输送线路由斜管 立管 斜管的形式改为斜管形式等 ,改造效果好。

Power Management Based Grid Routing Protocol for IEEE 802.11 Based MANET

MANET(Mobile Ad Hoc Network)is a collection of wireless mobile nodes forming a temporary communica-tion network without the aid of any established infrastructure or centralized administration.The lifetime of a MANETdepends on the battery resources of the mobile nodes.So energy consumption may one of important design criterions forMANET.With changing the idle model to sleep model in the grid environment,this paper proposes a new energy-awarerouting protocol.Performance simulation results show that the proposed strategy can dynamic balance the traffic load in-side the whole network,extend the lifetime of a MANET,and without decreasing the throughput ratio.
