Effect of the particle size ratio on the conductivity of conductor-insulator powder composites: Numerical simulation

A theoretical method for determining the percolation limit and effective conductivity of composites based on polydisperse mixtures of insulator and conductor powders is proposed. The effect of the particle size ratio between the insulator and conductor on the percolation limit and effective conductivity is studied. Study on Numerical Simulation of Mold Filling and Solidification Processes under Pressure Conditions

The mold filling and solidification simulation for the high pressure die casting (HPDC) and low pressure die casting (LPDC) processes were studied.A mathematical model considering the turbulent flow and heat transfer phenomenon during the HPDC process has been established and paralled computation technique was used for the mold filling simulation of the process.The laminar flow characteristics of the LPDC process were studied and a simplified model for the mold filling process of wheel castings has been developed.For the solidification simulation under pressure conditions,the cyclic characteristics and the complicated boundary conditions were considered and techniques to improve the computational efficiency are discussed.A new criterion for predicting shrinkage porosity of Al alloy under low pressure condition has been developed in the solidification simulation process.     

一种改进的灰度预测模型

灰色预测模型通常是GM模型,但预测精度有时不令人满意。在对模型GM做了进一步研究的基础上,提出了一个预测精度较高的新灰色预测模型,并从理论上证明了这种模型可以有效提高建模数据序列的光滑度。最后把此方法应用于东部某镇GDP的建模中,试验结果表明该方法是可行且有效的,所建模型的精度优于传统GM（1,1）模型的精度。

介绍视觉技术在YP19装封箱机的装箱过程中的应用,简述视觉技术系统的基本组成、工作原理及软件设计。     

基于IPv6组播的M-FHM IPv6切换技术

由于快速分层切换技术FHMIPv6将FMIPv6和HMIPv6切换技术结合起来,因此,在层次移动管理模型中部署快速切换时具有两种技术所具有的优点,可使切换延时进一步减少。文中通过对FHMIPv6的研究发现,其切换过程中DAD重复地址检测过程严重影响了切换性能,因此提出了基于IPv6组播的M-FHMIPv6切换技术。理论分析证明,M-FHMIPv6能有效减少DAD检测过程和各种信息交互的延迟。通过NS2实验仿真进一步说明:改进的M-FHMIPv6方案能减少切换延迟,平滑切换过程。

数值模拟铸件充型过程中的液/固两相流动

铸造过程中熔融金属内的固体渣粒的运动轨迹是非常重要的。文中给出了粒子传输轨迹的数学模型,该数学模型采用显示法来确定粒子的位置。模拟研究结果与用其它数学模型的模拟结果比较,吻合良好。该模型可用于固体粒子位置的确定,并应用到SUTCAST软件中。
