A high‐quality polycrystalline SnO2 electron‐transfer layer is synthesized through an in situ, low‐temperature, and unique butanol–water solvent‐assisted process. By choosing a mixture of butanol and water as a solvent, the crystallinity is enhanced and the crystallization temperature is lowered to 130 °C, making the process fully compatible with flexible plastic substrates. The best solar cells fabricated using these layers achieve an efficiency of 20.52% (average 19.02%) which is among the best in the class of planar n–i–p‐type perovskite (MAPbI3) solar cells. The strongly reduced crystallization temperature of the materials allows their use on a flexible substrate, with a resulting device efficiency of 18%. 相似文献

An electrochemical method has been developed to analyze dye absorption on the aligned carbon nanofiber arrays coated with TiO2 nanoneedles for dyesensitized solar cell. The unique nanostructure with the roughness factor of 90.6 provides a large effective surface area for dye adsorption. The experimental results showed that the dye molecules cover 39.7% of the TiO2 surface area which influences the performance of dye-sensitized solar cell. This work reports on the optical and electrical characterization of crystalline silicon based solar modules encapsulated with ethylene-vinyl-acetate layers (that is the encapsulating matrix used nowadays by the photovoltaic industry) doped with a single europium complex whose sensitized region is broadened due to the presence of a co-ligand. Such europium doped EVA layers are able to realize down-shifting of photons with wavelength lower than 460 nm without introducing modifications of the industrial process leading to the fabrication of the photovoltaic modules. This effect has been proven under Air Mass 1.5 conditions (simulating terrestrial applications), where a 2.9% relative increase of the total power delivered by the encapsulated modules has been observed, allowing a reduction in the watt-peak price. 相似文献

This letter proposes a novel and simple method for estimating solar radiation, named the ‘three‐point method’. The three points used to form the model are sunrise, sunset, and the maximum radiation point. The issue of obtaining maximum radiation is performed with the weighting evaluation of the HOTTEL and ASHRAE models. 研究一种车载太阳能的自动跟踪方法。该方法以太阳能输出电压为细跟踪参数,以光敏管组成的比较电路输出电平为粗跟踪参数,并针对太阳能最大输出电压随车载电器负荷变化及天气状态变化的问题,对给定目标值采取了实时调节策略。由于跟踪参数直接取自于太阳能输出电压,因而较好地反映出了太阳能的实际跟踪状态。实验表明,即使车载电器负荷变化及天气状态变化,上述方法均能较好地满足太阳能的动态跟踪要求。 相似文献
