在机械密封数字散斑微小形变图像测量系统中,像素当量的标定工作介于图像采集和处理之间;基于VC++2008 MFC开发了图像像素当量标定系统;系统包含了抓图、图像的阈值分割、形态学处理、扫描检测标定块的边缘及线性回归分析功能;介绍了抓图软件的开发过程;编制了形态学的腐蚀、膨胀及开/闭运算的函数,使用这些函数实现了图像的形态学处理;在形态学处理后显示图像的基础上框选包含标定块的理想区域使用扫描法获取边缘信息;对获取的边缘信息进行线性回归分析拟合出标定块的上下边缘的直线方程,根据拟合出的方程求出两条直线间的距离,最后用标定块的实际宽度除以直线间的距离即为像素当量;运行结果表明获得了亚像素级别的像素当量,保证了后期使用DSCM方法计算微小形变的精度.  相似文献

Buck变换器又称降压变换器、串联开关稳压电源、三端开关型降压稳压器。广泛用于计算机、家用电器、控制系统和通信系统中的电源几乎都是开关电源,具有超快速负载动态响应、高功率变换效率、高功率密度、低电压、大电流的特性.开关变换器作为它的主要电路,故障率较高,对它故障诊断研究是有意义的。基于强跟踪滤波理论,给出了一种开关变换器电路故障实时诊断的一种方法。该方法以建立一种开关变换器电路状态空间模型为基础,利用强跟踪滤波器对电路状态及元件参数进行估计,当元件参数发生软、硬型故障时,根据强跟踪滤波器对元件参数的跟踪结果及修正的Bayes分类算法,可实时诊断开关变换器电路中的元件故障。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

以TI公司的MSP430F5438单片机为控制核心,结合步进电机和精密电位器WDD35D-4,实现了基于自由摆的平板控制与激光追踪系统。当摆杆摆角为45°~60°时,平板可以承载8枚一元硬币,并在5个摆动周期内维持稳定;当摆杆摆角为30°~60°时,固定在摆杆平板上的激光笔可以在15s内找到并跟踪1.5m远处的靶心。  相似文献

The optimal tracking problem for multiple‐input multiple‐output linear‐time‐invariant discrete‐time systems with communication constraints in the feedback path is studied in this paper. The tracking performance is measured by the energy of the error signal between the output of the plant and the reference signal. The objective is to obtain an optimal tracking performance, attainable by all possible stabilizing compensators. It is shown that the optimal tracking performance consists of two parts, one depends on the nonminimum phase zeros and zero direction of the given plant, as well as the reference input signal direction, and the other depends on the nonminimum phase zeros, unstable poles, and pole direction of the given plant, as well as the bandwidth and additive white Gaussian noise of the communication channel. It is also shown that, if the constraint of the communication channel does not exist, the optimal tracking performance reduces to the existing tracking performance of the control system without communication constraints. The analysis method of optimal tracking performance is proposed for multiple‐input multiple‐output (MIMO) linear time‐invariant (LTI) systems under disturbance rejection. An H2 criterion of the error signal between the output of the plant and the reference signal is used as a measure for the tracking performance. Spectral factorization is applied to obtain the optimal solution of the system tracking error. The explicit expressions are derived for this minimal tracking error with respect to random reference signals under disturbance rejection. It is shown that the nonminimum phase zeros, the zero direction, the unstable poles, the pole direction of a given plant, statistical characteristics of the reference input signal, and disturbance signal have a negative effect on a feedback system's ability to reduce the system error with disturbance rejection. The results show that the optimal tracking performance will further be damaged because of disturbance rejection. Some typical examples are given to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of designing robust tracking control for a class of uncertain wheeled mobile robots actuated by brushed direct current motors. This class of electrically‐driven mechanical systems consists of the robot kinematics, the robot dynamics, and the wheel actuator dynamics. Via the backstepping technique, an intelligent robust tracking control scheme that integrates a kinematic controller and an adaptive neural network‐based (or fuzzy‐based) controller is developed such that all of the states and signals of the closed‐loop system are bounded and the tracking error can be made as small as possible. Two adaptive approximation systems are constructed to learn the behaviors of unknown mechanical and electrical dynamics. The effects of both the approximation errors and the unmodeled time‐varying perturbations in the input and virtual‐input weighting matrices are counteracted by suitably tuning the control gains. Consequently, the robust control scheme developed here can be employed to handle a broader class of electrically‐driven wheeled mobile robots in the presence of high‐degree time‐varying uncertainties. Finally, a simulation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed control scheme.  相似文献

The paper focuses on a control design for a vehicle suspension system in which a balance between different performance demands is achieved. The starting point of the control design is a full–car model which contains nonlinear components, i.e. the dynamics of the dampers and springs and nonlinear actuator dynamics. In order to handle the high complexity of the problem this paper proposes the design of a two‐level controller of an active suspension system. The required control force is computed by applying a high‐level controller, which is designed using a linear parameter varying (LPV) method. For the control design the model is augmented with weighting functions specified by the performance demands and the uncertainty assumptions. The actuator generating the necessary control force is modelled as a nonlinear system for which a low‐level force‐tracking controller is designed. To obtain the low‐level controller a backstepping method is proposed. As an alternative solution a feedback linearization method is also presented. In self-paced tracking tasks, such as driving, the speed is related to the lateral tolerance. This lateral tolerance has been varied in two ways in previous studies by changing the track width for constant vehicle width and vice versa. The current study used both an automobile driving task and a computer/mouse task to show that these two ways of varying lateral tolerance did not produce equivalent results. Subjects behaved as if vehicle width were less important than track width. Speeds and errors both increased as vehicle width increased for a constant lateral tolerance. This could have safety consequences when driving in confined spaces.  相似文献

近年来,基于压缩感知的无线传感器网络数据编码的研究取得了一定的进展,但大部分研究是基于"单跳"的传输模型或者没有考虑网络内节点之间的合作。本文提出了一种基于压缩感知和分簇的传感器网络数据编码方法。首先,节点根据自己的编号伪随机的产生一个M维的列向量,把感知的数据xi投影到此向量上,然后把自己的编号和投影的数据一同传输给簇头。簇头把收到的数据进行求和,并且把计算后的结果传送给下一个簇头,直到sink节点。通过仿真实验和理论分析,验证了本文提出的方法比传统的方法能更好地减少网络内数据传输量。  相似文献
