介绍了在高压环形反应器上采用连续聚合工艺进行的VAE(醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物)乳液新品种的开发。通过在普通型VAE乳液配方基础上调整保护胶体的品种和用量,并采用新型氧化-还原引发体系,生产出高固含(6S%)低粘度的VAE乳液,具有优异的粘接强度和干燥速度。用于包装行业的快速粘接和配制成木材拼板胶,效果优异。

Feedback linearizing control of a fluidized bed reactor

The design of an adaptive nonlinear controller for the control of a fluidized bed reactor is derived by using exact linearization techniques. Reset action and parameter adaptation are used to make more robust the precise compensation of nonlinear terms, which is called for in the linearization technique. A nonlinear antiwindup mechanism is introduced to handle reset windup problem and to provide fast response without large overshoot. Simulation results show that the proposed adaptive controller guarantees good setpoint tracking. The developed estimation algorithm allows accurate estimation of the parameters for which the regressor component is not zero.     

多孔挡板流化床还原UO3反应器模型的研究

针对ＵＯ＿３的Ｎ＿２还原反应建立了多孔挡板流化床反应器模型。将多孔挡板床的每一级视为具有相似的流动状态，每一级的上、下段称为稀、密相段，分别用鼓泡床和活塞流模型描述。该模型的计算值与￠６３ｍｍ的多孔挡板床Ｈ＿２还原ＵＯ＿３的热态实验值能较好的吻合。还预计了还原温度、操作气速和挡板结构参数对固相转化率的影响，为该类反应器的工业设计、放大和优化提供了依据。     

压水堆硼稀释事故的计算

Transient operation of a catalytic liquid-liquid plug flow reactor for kinetics measurements

A centrifugal partition chromatograph (CPC) was used as a liquid-liquid catalytic reactor for the isomerisation of hexen-3-ol into ethylpropylketone with a water soluble rhodium catalyst. Global mass transfer coefficients were measured and shown to depend on both the nature of the solute and the flow rate. Liquid-liquid partition isotherms were also determined with the CPC using elution chromatography. Finally, a reactor model was derived to account for the experimental results obtained both under stationary and transient (pulse) conditions. A parameter sensitivity evaluation is also presented.     

Selective partial oxidation of light paraffins with hydrogen peroxide on thin-layer supported Nafion-H catalysts

Thin-layer carbon supported Nafion-H catalysts were found to be active and highly selective (S>98%) for the partial oxidation of C₁-C₃ alkanes, in a three phase catalytic membrane reactor (3PCMR), under mild conditions and in the presence of H₂O₂. The influences of the catalyst teflon loading and H₂O₂ concentration on the reaction rate have been evaluated. A reaction pathway, based on the electrophilic hydroxylation of the C-H bond of alkanes with protonated hydrogen peroxide (H₃O ₂ ⁺ ), is discussed.
