浅议公司社会责任的强化及其法律对策

公司是社会整体的一部分,其利益的取得与所在的社会密不可分。公司的社会责任理论的提出对我国公司的健康发展具有很大的借鉴意义,本文通过分析公司社会责任的定义和理论依据,阐述公司社会责任的必要性,对我国公司的社会责任现状进行一定的探讨,并在此基础上就强化我国公司的社会责任提出了一些建议。     

基于UPnP和WebService的网络中控设计与实现

多媒体教室设备网络集成中央控制系统(简称网络中控)涉及多方面的教学设备和责任相关者,迫切需要建立一个行之有效的信息监控系统.以32位微处理器为核心,利用通用即插即用技术和面向服务技术的编程思想,实现网络中控的"零配置"和提供服务或发现服务,并完成与异构网络平台的信息无缝集成.进而提出基于该技术的投影机灯泡主动更新的具体实现,阐明是网络中控等嵌入式网络设备的发展方向.     

IPD项目利益相关者合作关系演化博弈分析

与传统的项目交付模式相比,综合项目交付模式(IPD)能极大地缩短工期、减少成本。IPD模式是目前工程项目管理的发展趋势,其精髓是要求各参与方协同合作。因此,参与者间的合作关系对IPD模式成功实践具有重要作用。通过分析各参与者之间的收益和成本,构建出IPD团队进行合作关系的得失矩阵,应用演化博弈理论构建出复制动态方程,并进行了局部稳定性分析,得到整个过程的演化稳定策略(ESS)以及影响演化方向的关键因素,包括各参与者对收益的依赖程度、目标的一致性、信任等。     

面向智能交互产品的创意服务设计模式研究与构建

目的 探索数智时代下创意服务设计产业应用于智能交互产品创新的模式机制与路径。方法 阐述创意服务产业时代的内涵与特征,梳理数字时代智能交互产品的创意服务需求,并从产品的品质创新需求、创新绩效提升需求和经济价值转化路径优化需求三个视角剖析创意服务设计模式的创新策略。结果 提出“多元设计大数据创新-智能生成式设计工具优化-利益相关者协同设计平台重构”三段式创意服务设计模式,并结合案例进行分析。结论 通过对创意服务设计的数据资源创新、设计工具的智能优化和协同创新的价值链重构,可有效提升智能交互产品设计结果的输出品质和数量,优化设计迭代周期,实现设计驱动的产品价值创新绩效和经济价值效益的双向提升。通过对知识生产力要素进行数智化整合重构,构建全链设计要素集成的智能辅助设计工具体系,提升设计师群体的创新能力,从而为社会经济价值提升带来强劲的可持续创新设计新动力。     

流域管理中公众参与的探讨与思考

流域综合管理已成为水资源管理的有效模式.有效的公众参与成为流域综合管理成功的关键因素.对公众参与流域管理内涵、流域管理中相关利益群体分析及有效的公众参与方式三方面进行总结与探讨,提出随着流域良治理念的深入,有效的流域管理公众参与需要对相关利益群体进行界定,应用多学科方法与工具吸引尽可能全面的参与者与群体,并在参与过程中加深公众对管理行为的理解,提升公众的参与能力,从而引导公众对环境做出科学决策,同时认为,尽可能全面而广泛的流域管理公众参与将是实现流域良治的有效途径.     

包装产业低碳化发展中的利益相关者研究

利用公司利益相关者相关理论与方法,分析了包装产业低碳化发展中的利益相关者相关问题,论述了包装产业低碳化利益相关者对减排活动关键主体(政府、企业和公众)进行功能定位,并配置协调它们之间矛盾冲突的问题。在此基础上,提出了应更清晰地认识低碳包装生态结构,明确节能主体的相互关系及其责任义务,建立更合理的包装产业低碳化发展管理机构体系。     

利益相关者视域下的工程安全伦理探析

工程安全问题受到伦理学界广泛关注,学者们多从工程师视角出发,对工程师的安全伦理责任进行研究,本文则从工程师之外的投资者、管理者、工人、公众等其他利益相关者的视角,探讨他们所面临的利益冲突、伦理困境以及所承担的伦理责任,以构建维护工程安全的伦理机制。     

Large-scale group decision making with multiple stakeholders based on probabilistic linguistic preference relation

A large number of stakeholders take part in the process of decision making, namely, large-scale group decision making (LGDM) problems. Every stakeholder utilises a linguistic preference relation (LPR) to represent her/his preference information for alternatives. Then, a probabilistic LPR (PLPR) is established to represent the group preference. However, some stakeholders may only provide partial preference information about the alternatives. Thus, a PLPR with incomplete probabilities can be used to manage LGDM problems in complex environments. Based on the defined expected multiplicative consistency of PLPR, a probability computation model is established by mathematical programming to derive the missing probabilities of PLPR. In addition, an iterative algorithm to improve the consistency is proposed to obtain the PLPR with satisfactory consistency. Finally, a real-world investment decision-making problem with multiple stakeholders is solved to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.     

Contribution to decision‐making on establishing the maximum water level for Lake Vegoritida

The water level in Lake Vegoritida, Greece, has undergone great changes over the past decades attributable to severe water abstraction directly from the lake and its catchment, which affected not only the conditions of the natural environment, but also social and economic conditions. The water level of the lake is currently rising, with discussion of an agreeable decision about the desired maximum lake water level becoming a source of conflict among the lake stakeholders. The present study provides a framework for a participatory management plan, with the perspective of engaging all levels of lake stakeholders in the process of deciding and establishing the maximum lake water level. Kolb's learning cycle is used as a methodological vehicle in the proposed process of participatory decision‐making. Its contribution to decision‐making includes (a) identification of lake stakeholders and the issues arising from a potential establishment of a maximum lake water level; and (b) three suggested water level scenarios to facilitate a future constructive discussion directed to establishing a maximum water level in Lake Vegoritida.     

Environmental sustainability and ecotourism of riparian and deltaic ecosystems: opportunities for rural Eastern Macedonia and Thrace,Greece

Human and wildlife well-being are linked to riparian and deltaic ecosystems. Human impacts and climate changes affect their environmental sustainability. To secure their protection, various national laws and international agreements have been established. Ecotourism can assist in promoting conservation for sustainability and economic improvement. This study reviews work bearing on these matters, especially with regard to the unique region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace in Greece.
