On the basis of stress and coping theory, the authors examined coping as a mediator of the relationship between perceptions of racism and racism-related stress with a sample of Asian American college students (N = 336). Results indicated that coping mediated the relationship between racism and racism-related stress differentially by gender. The more that men perceived racism, the more likely they were to use support-seeking coping strategies that were associated with higher levels of racism-related stress. The more that women perceived racism, the more they used active coping strategies that were associated with higher levels of racism-related stress. 采用添加造孔剂的方法制备多孔锆钛酸铅(PZT95/5)铁电陶瓷, 研究了孔结构包括孔隙率、孔径及孔形状对多孔PZT95/5陶瓷机械性能和电性能的影响及机理, 并揭示多孔PZT95/5陶瓷微观结构、机械性能和铁电性能的内在联系。研究表明: 孔隙率的增加降低了多孔PZT95/5陶瓷的声阻抗, 改善了陶瓷与封装材料的声阻抗匹配. 孔隙率增加, 多孔PZT95/5陶瓷的屈服应力和剩余极化强度降低, 矫顽场强增大。孔结构对多孔PZT95/5陶瓷屈服应力的影响可由应力集中理论解释; 多孔PZT95/5陶瓷剩余极化强度随孔结构的变化可用内应力结合空间电荷理论加以解释。  相似文献

通过KYKY2800扫描电镜等技术手段对翅片管路焊接接头进行失效分析。分析表明,焊缝与2#环管的焊趾处存在有不连续的咬边,造成应力集中;在交变应力的作用下于咬边处产生微裂纹,并沿一定方向扩展(同时材料的不均匀性也为裂纹的扩展提供了有利条件),直至最后疲劳断裂,造成失效。最后提出了预防措施。  相似文献

本文分析了摩托车离合器主轴用材、金相组织、显微硬度以及断口扫描电镜(SEM)宏观、微观形貌,结果表明,该摩托车离合器主轴断裂主要原因是轴颈突变截面尖角顶端曲率半径ρ值太小,形成很大的应力集中从而形成裂纹源,然后裂纹逐步扩展造成的。  相似文献

Curcumin has been suggested as a promising treatment for metabolic diseases, but the high doses required limit its therapeutic use. In this study, a new curcuminoid is synthesised to increase curcumin anti-inflammatory and antioxidant potential and to achieve hypoglycaemic and protective vascular effects in type 2 diabetic rats in a lower dose. In vitro, the anti-inflammatory effect was determined through the Griess reaction, and the antioxidant activity through ABTS and TBARS assays. In vivo, Goto-Kakizaki rats were treated for 2 weeks with the equimolar dose of curcumin (40 mg/kg/day) or curcuminoid (52.4 mg/kg/day). Fasting glycaemia, insulin tolerance, plasma insulin, insulin signalling, serum FFA, endothelial function and several markers of oxidative stress were evaluated. Both compounds presented a significant anti-inflammatory effect. Moreover, the curcuminoid had a marked hypoglycaemic effect, accompanied by higher GLUT4 levels in adipose tissue. Both compounds increased NO-dependent vasorelaxation, but only the curcuminoid exacerbated the response to ascorbic acid, consistent with a higher decrease in vascular oxidative and nitrosative stress. SOD1 and GLO1 levels were increased in EAT and heart, respectively. Altogether, these data suggest that the curcuminoid developed here has more pronounced effects than curcumin in low doses, improving the oxidative stress, endothelial function and glycaemic profile in type 2 diabetes.  相似文献

The present study investigated the changes in the content of steroids and triterpenoids in C. officinalis hairy root cultures and plants exposed to cadmium stress. The observed effects included the content and composition of analyzed groups of compounds, particularly the proportions among individual sterols (e.g., stigmasterol-to-sitosterol ratio), their ester and glycoside conjugates. The total sterol content increased in roots (by 30%) and hairy root culture (by 44%), whereas it decreased in shoots (by 15%); moreover, these effects were inversely correlated with Cd-induced growth suppression. Metabolic alterations of sterols and their forms seemed to play a greater role in the response to Cd stress in roots than in shoots. The symptoms of the competition between general metabolites (sterols) and specialized metabolites (triterpenoids) were also observed, i.e., the increase of the sterol biosynthesis parallel to the decrease of the triterpenoid content in C. officinalis plant roots and hairy root culture, and the inverse phenomenon in shoots. The similarity of the metabolic modifications observed in the present study on C. officinalis plant roots and hairy roots confirmed the possibility of application of plant in vitro cultures in initial studies for physiological research on plant response to environmental stresses.  相似文献

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), as an alternative to open heart surgery, has revolutionized the treatment of severe aortic valve stenosis (AVS), the most common valvular disorder in the elderly. AVS is now considered a form of atherosclerosis and, like the latter, partly of inflammatory origin. Patients with high-grade AVS have a highly disturbed blood flow associated with high levels of shear stress. The immediate reopening of the valve during TAVR leads to a sudden restoration of a normal blood flow hemodynamic. Despite its good prognosis for patients, TAVR remains associated with bleeding or thrombotic postprocedural complications, involving mechanisms that are still poorly understood. Many studies report the close link between blood coagulation and inflammation, termed thromboinflammation, including monocytes as a major actor. The TAVR procedure represents a unique opportunity to study the influence of shear stress on human monocytes, key mediators of inflammation and hemostasis processes. The purpose of this study was to conduct a review of the literature to provide a comprehensive overview of the impact of TAVR on monocyte phenotype and subset repartition and the association of these parameters with the clinical outcomes of patients with severe AVS who underwent TAVR.  相似文献

采用FLAC3D对地震动荷载作用下不同地应力状态的地下岩体硐室的动态特性进行了初步分析。分析结果表明,地震荷载作用下,硐室位移随地应力侧压系数的增加明显减小,地应力侧压系数λ<1时的硐室位移量值随侧压系数的变化幅度明显大于地应力侧压系数λ>1时的情况;当侧压系数λ<1,随剪切波入射角的变化,硐室测量点位移响应先增加后减小;而当侧压系数λ>1,随剪切波入射角的增加,硐室测点位移先减小后增加,同时随地应力侧压系数的增加有减小的趋势。  相似文献
