动态不确定多输入多输出系统的变结构鲁棒控制

本文仅利用输入输出数据给出了一种动态不确定多输入多输出系统的变结构控制器设计机制，控制系统的设计中引入了一个严格正实的模型．应用适当逻辑切换的状态变量滤波器实现变结构控制．证明了所提方案能保证全局输出有界稳定并能实现滑模控制和渐近跟踪参考模型的输出．该设计方案对结构不确定性具有一定的鲁棒性．仿真结果表明了所提方案的有效性．     

Design of a robust controller for a supersonic aircraft using H∞ approach

In this paper an H_∞ optimal, robust flight control system design for a supersonic aircraft has been described. Separate controllers are designed for longitudinal and lateral motions. A general two-degrees-of-freedom controller is proposed, where feedback control is designed for robust performance augmentation, while a series compensator is used to ensure that requisite handling qualities. Three alternative methods to achieve performance robustness have been discussed. The results obtained are very encouraging. It is hoped that this will equip the flight control engineers with an alternative to the conventional methods.

介绍了前苏联航空发动机用热强钛合金（或高温钛合金）BT25的发展概况，并对BT25合金的成分特点、热处理强化优点等做了进一步阐述，给出了退火状态下的物理性能，在说明热强钛合金微观组织与力学性能关系的基础上给出了BT25合金的各种力学性能。     

基于复数权值神经元的数字逻辑最稳健设计

复数权值神经元由于引入了多阈值逻辑而具有更强的性能,文中根据其数学模型,结合二进神经元稳健性的概念,提出了基于该神经元的稳健性定义.并结合定义,实现了基于单个神经元的基本数字逻辑以及异或运算的最稳健设计方案,从而证明了该稳健神经元实现任意数字逻辑的有效性和可行性,说明了其强大的处理能力.     

Congruences and ideals in pseudoeffect algebras

This paper is devoted to congruences and ideals in pseudoeffect algebras. Let I be a normal ideal in a pseudoeffect algebra E. We show that: (1) the relation ~ _I induced by I is a congruence if and only if for every a∈E, I∩ [0,a] is upper directed; (2) the relation ~ _I induced by I is a strong congruence if and only if I is a normal weak Riesz ideal in a pseudoeffect algebra E. Moreover, we introduce a stronger concept of congruence—namely Riesz strong congruence—and we prove that, if I is a normal weak Riesz ideal in a pseudoeffect algebra E, then ~ _I is a Riesz strong congruence and, conversely, if ~ is a Riesz strong congruence, then I = [0]_~ is a normal weak Riesz ideal, and ~ _I = ~. 影响GPS水准高程的因素及高程拟合方法的探讨

在简单介绍高程系统的基础上，对影响GPS高程精度的几何水准联测误差、卫星分布不对称、星历误差、多路径误差等因素逐一进行了分析，并提出了相应的改进措施。同时，还对高程拟合使用的稳健估计方法进行了探讨。     

离散系统LQ调节器的鲁棒性分析

本文研究了离散ＬＱ调节器系统鲁棒稳定性问题，稳定的不确定参数是通过考虑参数摄动的方向而求得的，这种方法比现有文献提供的结果具有更好的稳定范围。     

分立强杂波背景下AEW雷达双通道检测方法

针对分立强杂波容易形成虚警这一问题，结合AEW雷达这一应用背景，研究了AEW雷达双通道信号检测方法，分析了各种参数的选取及对系统性能的影响，给出了可供工程上参考的几个结论，提出了工程设计中的重要依据。     

Identification environment and robust forecasting for nonlinear time series

In this paper, the methods of time series for nonlinearity are briefly surveyed, with particular attention paid to a new test design based on a neural network specification. The proposed integrated expert system contains two main components: an identification environment and a robust forecasting design. The identification environment can be viewed as a integrated dynamic design in which cognitive capabilities arise as a direct consequence of their self-organizational properties. The integrated framework used for discussing the similarities and differences in the nonlinear time series behavior is presented. Moreover, its performance in prediction proves to be superior than the former work. For the investigation of robust forecasting, we perform a simulation study to demonstrate the applicability and the forecasting performance.
