Database applications often impose temporal dependencies between transactions that must be satisfied to preserve data consistency. The extant correctness criteria used to schedule the execution of concurrent transactions are either time independent or use strict, difficult to satisfy real-time constraints. On one end of the spectrum, serializability completely ignores time. On the other end, deadline scheduling approaches consider the outcome of each transaction execution correct only if the transaction meets its real-time deadline. In this article, we explore new correctness criteria and scheduling methods that capture temporal transaction dependencies and belong to, the broad area between these two extreme approaches. We introduce the concepts ofsuccession dependency andchronological dependency and define correctness criteria under which temporal dependencies between transactions are preserved even if the dependent transactions execute concurrently. We also propose achronological scheduler that can guarantee that transaction executions satisfy their chronological constraints. The advantages of chronological scheduling over traditional scheduling methods, as well as the main issues in the implementation and performance of the proposed scheduler, are discussed.  相似文献

The dynamic nature of alluvial floodplain rivers is a function of flow and sediment regimes interacting with the physiographic features and vegetation cover of the landscape. During seasonal inundation, the flood pulse forms a ‘moving littoral’ that traverses the plain, increasing productivity and enhancing connectivity. The range of spatio-temporal connectivity between different biotopes, coupled with variable levels of natural disturbance, determine successional patterns and habitat heterogeneity that are responsible for maintaining the ecological integrity of floodplain river systems. Flow regulation by dams, often compounded by other modifications such as levee construction, normally results in reduced connectivity and altered successional trajectories in downstream reaches. Flood peaks are typically reduced by river regulation, which reduces the frequency and extent of floodplain inundation. A reduction in channel-forming flows reduces channel migration, an important phenomenon in maintaining high levels of habitat diversity across floodplains. The seasonal timing of floods may be shifted by flow regulation, with major ramifications for aquatic and terrestrial biota. Truncation of sediment transport may result in channel degradation for many kilometres downstream from a dam. Deepening of the channel lowers the water-table, which affects riparian vegetation dynamics and reduces the effective base level of tributaries, which results in rejuvenation and erosion. Ecological integrity in floodplain rivers is based in part on a diversity of water bodies with differing degrees of connectivity with the main river channel. Collectively, these water bodies occupy a wide range of successional stages, thereby forming a mosaic of habitat patches across the floodplain, This diversity is maintained by a balance between the trend toward terrestrialization and flow disturbances that renew connectivity and reset successional sequences. To counter the influence of river regulation, restoration efforts should focus on reestablishing dynamic connectivity between the channel and floodplain water bodies.  相似文献

根据克拉玛依油田530区P2w1砾岩油藏的特点,采用二步建模法,即运用地震相、测井相、试井相及岩芯分析等资料建立储层沉积模式的序贯指示模拟法和既考虑沉积历史也考虑沉积机制,以得到储层有关属性参数空间分布的半马尔可夫模拟法,分别模拟了研究区沉积相和储层物性特征参数。从采用序贯指示模拟法建立的油藏沉积相静态模型可以看出,古水流自左上方进入沉积区,在断裂下降盘沉积了扇中、扇缘亚相,缺失扇顶亚相,XW3 沉积不连续,XW2 沉积变缓且更均匀。从采用半马尔可夫模拟技术建立的储层特征参数静态模型上可以看出,XW3 沉积厚度大、变化频繁,XW2 沉积厚度小,规律性更分明,XW3 孔隙度、渗透率值变化均大于XW2,而含油饱和度恰好相反。模拟预测认为,靠近克乌断裂带西段附近物性参数好于其他部位,是油气有利储集区,应为首选区。由于静态模型准确表达了油藏空间分布规律,因此减少布井 16口,节约进尺427×104m。  相似文献

Lactic acid bacteria and their metabolites play important roles in defining Chinese liquor flavour. Currently, the role of lactic acid bacteria in liquor brewing remains unclear. This review discusses the role of lactic acid bacteria in fermentation of different types of Daqu and fermented grains. It focuses on the interaction between these bacteria and other microorganisms during liquor brewing, and analyses its effect on liquor flavour and quality. In addition, the roles of Lactobacillus in reducing the amount of unfavourable ingredients in liquor and the succession law of lactic acid bacteria during the fermentation of three Daqu liquors were also studied. Finally, the methods aimed at reducing lactic acid production and improving liquor quality are discussed. Overall, the review highlights the significance of lactic acid bacteria for brewing Daqu liquor. Nevertheless, further studies are required to clarify the role and mechanism of action of lactic acid bacteria during liquor fermentation. © 2019 The Institute of Brewing & Distilling  相似文献

以自然发酵的黑树莓酒为研究对象,利用高通量测序技术探究其自然发酵过程中的微生物群落组成、结构及演替变化规律。结果表明,在酒精发酵(AF)过程中,酵母属(Saccharomyces)、弯担菌属(Curvibasidium)和木拉克酵母属(Mrakia)相对丰度较高,酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)在中期和后期相对丰度达75%以上。在苹果酸-乳酸发酵(MLF)过程中,泛菌属(Pantoea)、酒球菌属(Oenococcus)、乳球菌属(Lactococcus)、酸土单胞菌属(Aciditerrimonas)和地芽孢杆菌属(Geobacillus)占有较高的比例。酒球菌属增殖迅速,增长了近25%,在苹果酸-乳酸发酵过程中增幅最大。  相似文献

结合传统培养鉴定法和Illumina MiSeq测序技术分析郫县豆瓣不同发酵阶段的微生物群落演替。结果表明,辣椒发酵阶段细菌以Gracilibacillus sp.,Bacillus sp.,Staphylococcus sp.,Oceanobacillus sp.为主,真菌以Candidasp.,Zygosaccharomyces sp.,Aspergillus sp.为优势菌属;蚕豆发酵阶段具有较高的微生物菌落总数,混合发酵阶段展现了丰富的微生物多样性,这两个阶段细菌均以Bacillus sp.丰度最高,而真菌以Candidasp.,Zygosaccharomyces sp.为优势菌属。研究结果可为郫县豆瓣的控制发酵和品质提升提供科学支撑。  相似文献

Drip samples were collected at 4-week intervals from 10 vacuum-packaged beef striploins stored for 16 weeks at −1.5 °C and assayed for populations of lactic-acid bacteria (LAB), pH and spoilage-causing fermentation products. A total of 15 LAB species were identified using pulsed-field gel electrophoresis and biochemical analysis. A pattern of succession was observed during storage between strains of Carnobacterium, Lactobacillus, Leuconostoc and Pediococcus. Acetic acid production was associated with increasing LAB populations generally and butyric acid production was associated with the development of a particular strain of Leuconostoc. Changes in pH is postulated as a driver of succession.  相似文献
