用硫酸镍催化假性紫罗兰酮的环化反应,得到了较高产率的紫罗兰酮。探索了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、溶剂用量和溶剂的种类等因素对该环化反应的影响。最佳合成条件如下:5.6mL(79.6%)假性紫罗兰酮,催化剂用量为假性紫罗兰酮的3%(摩尔百分率),甲苯(溶剂)用量为8mL,环化反应温度为40~50℃,反应时间为2.5h,在此合成条件下所得紫罗兰酮的产率为67.4%。选择极性较大的物质(如三氯甲烷)作溶剂有利于该环化反应的进行。 相似文献

Atom transfer radical polymerization of n‐butyl methacrylate (BMA) was conducted in an aqueous dispersed system with different kinds of copper complexes. The partitioning behavior of the copper complexes, including CuCl/4,4′‐di(5‐nonyl)‐2,2′‐bipydine (dNbpy), CuCl2/dNbpy, CuCl/2,2′‐bipydine (bpy), CuCl2/bpy, CuCl/bis(N,N′‐dimethylaminoethyl)ether (bde), and CuCl2/bde between the monomer (BMA), and water was studied in detail with ultraviolet‐visible spectroscopy. The results show that with a less hydrophobic ligand, such as bpy or bde, most of the Cu(I) or the Cu(II) complexes migrated from the BMA phase to the aqueous phase, the atom transfer equilibrium was destroyed, and the polymerization was nearly not controlled; it converted to classical emulsion polymerization. As to the very hydrophobic ligand dNbpy, although the partitioning study of the copper complexes indicated that not all the copper species were restricted to the organic phase, the linear correlation between the molecular weight and the monomer conversion and the narrow polydispersities confirmed that the polymerization was still quite well controlled. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Most cottonseed cultivars contain gossypol, a polyphenolic antinutritional compound. “Free” gossypol is a physiologically
active form of gossypol, which is toxic to young- and nonruminant animals. To utilize solvent-extracted cottonseed meal as
a general feed, gossypol must be either removed or deactivated to a minimum level specified for each class of animal. Normally,
deactivation is carried out prior to oil extraction; however, the desired level of deactivation is not always attained. A
new supplemental method of deactivation has been found by using either ethanol or isopropanol vapors on solventextracted meal.
In a bench-top set-up, ethanol vapor reduced free gossypol from 0.115 to 0.053%, and a further reduction to 0.026% has been
observed with the addition of ferrous sulfate. The supplemental deactivation method can, in most cases, reduce free gossypol
to significantly safer levels for feeding, thus increasing utility, and possibly demand, for cottonseed meal as a general
animal feed protein source.

采用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)法合成了聚(苯乙烯一甲基丙烯酸甲酯)[P(St—MMA)],采用两步法制备了SBS/P(St—MMA)热塑性互穿聚合物网络(TIPN)。在双螺杆挤出机上通过熔融挤出方法对SBS/P(St—MMA)直接进行水解,制备了含有离子键的SBS/P(St—MMA)TIPN。离子化后TIPN的拉伸强度明显增加,在离子化程度为25%时达到最大,断裂伸长率明显下降。TIPN的中PB和PS嵌段的Tg均明显增加,PS嵌段增加更加明显,提高20℃;弹性模量E’均明显提高。 相似文献

Series of amphiphilic diblock copolymers with poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) as a hydrophilic block and a hydrophobic block consisting of either polystyrene or poly(tert-butyl methacrylate) were synthesised using RAFT polymerisations. Differential scanning calorimetry showed the chemically different blocks being phase separated in dry polymers. Light scattering and microcalorimetry studies were performed on aqueous solutions to investigate the phase behavior of the diblock copolymers. By carefully transferring the polymers from an organic solvent to water, either micellar particles or large aggregates were obtained depending on the relative lengths of the blocks. Large aggregates collapsed upon heating, whereas collapse occurred slowly within a broad temperature range in the case of micelle like structures. However, microcalorimetrically the collapse of the PNIPAM chains was observed to take place in all samples, suggesting that the shells of the micellar particles are crowded in a way which hinders the compression of the poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) chains. 相似文献

采用多种分析手段,其中以电喷雾质谱为主的方法研究了重烷基苯的烃基结构。首先通过柱色谱法对重烷基苯进行分离,将其分成了六个族组分。通过各族组分的红外、紫外鉴定,确定它们各自的归属,用电喷雾质谱测定Ⅱ~Ⅴ族组分磺酸盐的相对分子量分布,结合红外、紫外测定的结果及每族物质的不饱和度和通式,推算出了烷基芳烃部分的相对分子质量和烷基的碳数分布。重烷基苯中几个主要成分的碳数分布为:其中二烷基苯的碳数分布在10~25之间,单烷基苯的碳数分布在10~25之间,烷基萘的碳数分布在5~20之间,烷基二联苯的碳数分布在4~19之间。 相似文献

The crosslinked poly[3‐(methacryloylamino)propyl]dimethyl(3‐sulfopropyl)ammonium hydroxide], P(MAPDSA), and poly[3‐(methacryloylamino)propyl]dimethyl(3‐sulfopropyl)ammonium hydroxide‐co‐acrylic acid], P(MAPDSA‐co‐AA), were synthesized by radical polymerization. The resins were completely insoluble in water. Due to the lower metal ion retention of P(MAPDSA), the metal ions investigated under competitive and noncompetitive conditions for Cu(II), Cd(II), Hg(II), Zn(II), Pb(II), and Cr(III) ions by batch and column equilibrium procedures were carried out only for P(MAPDA‐co‐AA), particularly for Hg(II). The resin–Hg(II) ion equilibrium was achieved before 15 min. The resin showed a maximum retention capacity value for Hg(II) at pH 2 of 1.89 meq/g. The resin showed a high selectivity to Hg(II) ions.
