Solar furnace surface treatment of plasma-sprayed thermal barrier coatings

An original process of superficial thermal treatment is described. This process has been successfully applied to partially stabilized yttria-zirconia coatings (ZrO₂-Y₂O₃) to increase the lifetime of the thermal barriers. A thin superficial layer was melted, and morphological transformations were observed. A microstructural comparison between as-sprayed layers and thermally treated layers is presented.

医用钴基合金的组织结构及耐腐蚀性能

以锻造CoNiCrMo，CoCrMo和CoCrMoC台会为研究对象，通过金相观察，XRD分析和耐腐蚀试验，研究了3组合金在不同热处理条件下的显微结构，相成分及在Hi同溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明：2组锻造合金的再结晶温度都是1000℃，且晶粒尺寸随着固溶温度升高和时效时间延长而逐渐变大。3组试样在NaCl溶液中为钴基合金典型的阳极极化曲线；在Hanks’溶液中均有一个二次钝化行为，且锻造CoNiCrMo合金的二次钝化区域较窄，而其他2组合金则较宽；在含柠檬酸三钠的溶液中过钝化电位降低，柠檬酸盐的存在降低了含金的耐腐蚀性能。热处理对合金的耐腐蚀性能影响不大。     

离心铸造CrMoWVNb白口铸铁轧辊的研究

应用离心铸造方法：以Cr,Mo,V,Nb为主要合金元素，研制成功了CrMoWVNb白口铸铁轧辊，分析了合金元素在轧辊中的作用，指出在轧辊中加入适量稀土和钛可细化轧辊组织，改善轧辊性能，同时还分析了轧辊生产中裂纹产生的原因，提出了消除裂纹的措施，并应用于高速线材轧机预精轧机架，使用寿命达到高镍铬无限冷硬铁轧辊的4－5倍。     

电场固溶对2091A1-Li合金显微结构的影响

用电子探针及透射电镜研究了２０９１ＡｌＬｉ合金的电场固溶对显微结构的影响。结果发现，电场固溶通过促进含铜相溶解提高铜元素的固溶程度，加剧Ｌｉ原子在晶界上的非平衡偏聚，导致析出相δ′分布不均匀，体积分数减少，晶界上出现粗大的δ平衡相，Ｔ１及Ｓ′相均匀弥散分布，合金的力学性能（Ｔ６）达到了应变时效处理（Ｔ８）的水平。     

热处理对Ag—15Al固溶体短程有序度的影响

研究了热处理对Ag-15Al(at％)固溶体合金电阻率和有序参数的影响,由X射线衍射分析表明,合金的短程序转变不是Ag_3Al化合物型的δ第二相的形成,而是α-Ag-Al固溶体原子的有序排列。     

12Cr2MoWVTiB钢焊后热处理工艺改进的研究

研究了焊后热处理保温时间对12Cr2MoWVTiB钢的显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在其它条件不变的情况下,焊后热处理保温时间由原来1.5h缩短为1h,既可以满足其组织性能的要求,又缩短了生产周期,降低了生产成本。     

Atomic force microscopy study of biaxially oriented polypropylene films

Atomic force microscopy (AFM) uses a very sharp pointed mechanical probe to collect real-space morphological information of solid surfaces. AFM was used in this study to image the surface morphology of a biaxially oriented polypropylene film. The polymer film is characterized by a nanometer-scale, fiberlike network structure, which reflects the drawing process used during the fabrication of the film. AFM was used to study polymer-surface treatment to improve wettability by exposing the polymer to ozone with or without ultraviolet (UV) irradiation. Surface-morphology changes observed by AFM are the result of the surface oxidation induced by the treatment. Due to the topographic features of the polymer film, the fiberlike structure has been used to check the performance of the AFM tip. An AFM image is a mixture of the surface morphology and the shape of the AFM tip. Therefore, it is important to check the performance of a tip to ensure that the AFM image collected reflects the true surface features of the sample, rather than contamination on the AFM tip.
