尺度目标识别中的若干技术问题

从工程应用的角度阐述了现代鱼雷常用的尺度目标识别原理，讨论了影响识别距离的若干因素和措施，提出了小尺度模拟靶通过亮点延时算法以弥补尺度不足及其试验技术，试验结果表明，该方法可以获得良好效果。     

中国3G运营商的目标市场与业务模式初探

中国3G业务的市场需求有两个方面：一是迅猛增长、规模庞大的用户群对移动语音业务的需求；二是较高收入用户群对移动数据业务的需求。3G运营商的目标市场包括大众用户对移动语音的需求、大众用户对移动数据业务的需求、企业用户对移动数据业务的需求以及批发型用户的需求等。本结合国内外移动运营商的数据业务开展状况，初步探讨了中国3G运营商的移动数据业务模式和3G业务的收入模式。     

Characterisation of a 300× photovoltaic concentrator system with one-axis tracking

A solar concentrator with one-axis tracking is being developed at our institute. This concentrator system achieves a high geometrical concentration ratio of 300 using a parabolic trough mirror and a three-dimensional second stage consisting of compound parabolic concentrators. The design of the system as well as the characterisation of the second stage is described in this paper.

介绍了外焊缝自动跟踪系统的组成及工作原理，简述了传动部分ＧＴＲ－ＰＷＭ调速系统，给出了系统的硬件电路。该跟踪器具有结构简单，体积小，性能稳定等特点，在生产线上获得了成功的应用。     

STN—LCD的新进展

STN-LCD采用新的取向层,消除了残象;采用新的驱动波形,消除了串扰;采用二(口恶)烷、卤化物、链烯基、醚和二苯乙炔,改进了液晶料材的性能,使STN-LCD获得高的对比度、快的响应速度、低的驱动电压;采用有源矩阵驱动方法,消除了帧响应,使STN-LCD获得高的对比度、高的亮度及视频响应速度;使用温度跟踪电路,自动跟踪STN-LCD的阀值电压,使STN-LCD获得宽的工作温度。     

Conditions for stability of the extended Kalman filter and their application to the frequency tracking problem

The error dynamics of the extended Kalman filter (EKF), employed as an observer for a general nonlinear, stochastic discrete time system, are analyzed. Sufficient conditions for the boundedness of the errors of the EKF are determined. An expression for the bound on the errors is given in terms of the size of the nonlinearities of the system and the error covariance matrices used in the design of the EKF. The results are applied to the design of a stable EKF frequency tracker for a signal with time-varying frequency.This research was supported by the Co-operative Research Centre for Robust and Adaptive Systems ((CR)² ASys). 基于极化不变量的飞机目标识别

基于宽带毫米波极化雷达体制背影，通过极化不变量之一的去极化系数，研究了飞机目标的极化散射特性，并提取了极化特征，设计了飞机目标的分类或识别器结构，它能对五种飞机目标进行有效的分类或识别。
