A new stereological principle for test lines in three-dimensional space

A new principle is presented to generate isotropic uniform random (IUR) test lines hitting a geometric structure in three-dimensional space (3D). The principle therefore concerns the estimation of surface area, volume, membrane thickness, etc., of arbitrary structures with piecewise smooth boundary. The principle states that a point-sampled test line on an isotropic plane through a fixed point in 3D is effectively an invariant test line in 3D. Particular attention is devoted to the stereology of particles, where an alternative to the surfactor method is obtained to estimate surface area. An interesting case arises when the particle is convex. The methods are illustrated with synthetic examples.     

高压射流冲击破碎岩石的有限元计算

高压射流冲击破岩是一个复杂的非线性问题。通过MSC．Marc建立模型，分别使用动态接触作为非线性冲击载荷模拟高压水射流冲击岩石。通过动力计算分析，根据岩石内部应力的变化使用Hoffman失效准则研究了岩石的破碎过程。分析表明，增加射流冲击速度可以提高射流破碎岩石的效率，当射流速度迭到某一临界值时，射流水锤作用使得岩石发生大块破碎。     

汽轮机叶片用X20Cr13钢的热处理工艺研究

采用正交试验对汽轮机叶片用X20Cr13钢进行了热处理工艺研究，以获得该钢的最佳热处理工艺，并在回火后以不同的速度冷却，以揭示冷却速度对钢的回火脆性的影响。结果，X20Cr13钢的最佳热处理工艺为900℃油淬或风冷，670℃回火，风冷。     

Effects of different kind of sesame materials on the physical properties of gomatofu (sesame tofu)

Gomatofu (sesame tofu) is one of the traditional Japanese healthy foods and is representative of all shojin (vegetarian) dishes. Gomatofu, one of the mixed gels consisting of kudzu (arrowroot) starch and sesame, possesses an extremely unusual textural characteristic which is soft, smooth, and springy. The textural properties are greatly influenced by preparation, ingredients and roasting conditions of sesame seeds. Hence there are many kinds of sesame materials which can be used to prepare gomatofu such as white, black, huskless or not and roasted or unroasted sesame materials, in this study, the effects of these materials on the physical properties of gomatofu were studied. The sample of Ra-W prepared with unroasted huskless sesame seed had the least hardness, but mouthfeel of this sample were the highest. The samples of Ro-B and Ro-W prepared with roasted husk (black and white) sesame seed were evaluated to have the best palatability because of their superior springiness. It was clarified that different kinds of sesame materials affected the forming of structure and physical properties of gomatofu, because the chemical components were different from varieties of sesame materials.     

SGM装车机油的研制和应用

中国石化上海高桥分公司炼油厂针对上海通用汽车有限公司(SGM)的别克轿车，先后进行了9986126SGM、9986125SGM装车机油的开发认证工作以及研制油在别克车上的适应性试验。配方研制遵照ACC规范、API基础油互换规则及粘度等级互换规则，各项性能满足技术指标规定的质量要求；同时30000km的高温高速行车试验结果表明，研制油具有较好的抑制氧化增稠能力、优良的高温抗氧化性能、清净分散性能和抗磨损性能，在上海通用别克轿车上取得了良好的使用效果。     

低压合成甲醇催化剂的工业侧线试验

在0 25m3反应釜中,对QCM-01低压合成甲醇催化剂进行了工业放大试验。试验结果表明,产品性能达到了小试试样的水平。在此基础上进行了1000h的原粒度工业侧线试验,试验结果表明,中试产品的性能达到了国外MK101催化剂的水平。     

现代电子产品焊接质量的检测技术

介绍了现代电子产品焊接质量的检测技术,以及用于检查焊点质量和组装板(SMA)功能的测试仪器的工作原理及测试能力.目前常见和广泛使用的焊接质量检测方法是人工目测检查,其主要问题是其主观性,只能用来检测电子元件的形状、尺寸、颜色、表面特征及焊点的外观质量;自动光学检测(AOI)可以在整个过程中发现和纠正缺陷,但只是外在的焊点缺陷;激光/红外线组合式检测系统、X射线检测系统可以分析焊点微米级水平的缺陷,能找出其他检测所不能可靠地发现的缺陷,包括空洞、焊点形状差和冷焊锡点等;另外,X射线检测系统能一次测试单面或双面电路,准确地定位缺陷,获取工艺参数,例如锡膏厚度等.     

语音播放邮件系统的设计与实现

基于组件对象模型(COM)技术和微软Office 2000套件的自动化技术,采用内嵌可视BASIC语言(VB)应用编程方法开发了一个基于Outlook 2000的客户端文字邮件语音播放系统.详细介绍了微软语音插件Speech SDK v5.1的架构以及在Outlook 2000中内嵌VB的开发过程.该系统在功能上实现了邮件正文及附件的自动语音播放,在软件界面上实现了语音应用模块与Outlook的无缝集成.
