Local Exact Particle Tracing on Unstructured Grids

For analyzing and interpreting results of flow simulations, particle tracing is a well established visualization method. In addition, it is a preliminary step for more advanced techniques such as line integral convolution. For interactive exploration of large data sets, a very efficient and reliable particle tracing method is needed. For wind channel experiments or flight simulations, large unstructured computational grids have become common practice. Traditional approachs, based on numerical integration methods of ordinary differential equations however fail to deliver sufficiently accurate path calculation at the speed required for interactive use. In this paper we extend the local exact approach of Nielson and Jung in such a way that it can be used for interactive particle tracing in large data sets of steady flow simulation experiments. This will be achieved by sophisticated preprocessing using additional memory. For further visual enhancement of the streamline we construct an implicitly defined smooth Bézier curve that is used for ray tracing. This allows us to visualize additional scalar values of the simulation as attributes to the trajectory and enables the display of high‐quality smooth curves without creating any visualization geometry and providing a good impression of the spatial situation at the same time. 在氧化铝生产过程中，熟料折合比是烧结法一项重要的综合性指标，本文通过对熟料折合比的定义、计算公式的剖析，分析了生产过程中影响熟料折合比的主要因素，对有效降低熟料折合比的措施进行了探讨。     

Development of an undergraduate course – Internet-based instrumentation and control

The objective, strategy, and implementation details of a new undergraduate course, Internet-based Instrumentation and Control, are presented. The course has a companion laboratory that is supported by the National Science Foundation and industry. The combination is offered to senior-level undergraduate engineering students interested in sensing, instrumentation, control, and web programming that want to learn more about the integration of these technologies for solving real-world engineering problems. The course will also be offered to gifted high school seniors with similar interests and can serve as a vehicle to attract them to engineering disciplines. Preliminary assessment of the first offering of the course is encouraging and has shown that the course has achieved success in helping students understand concepts and master basic technologies for developing Internet-based automatic systems.

两段式发生炉具有产生煤气热值较高，生产能力较大，稳定性较好等优点，目前在一些大中型企业运行良好。本文总结了一些两段炉操作运行情况，也指出了存在的一些问题，诸如煤气脱硫处理不当、停炉停产检修需调整以及应用计算机自动控制方面等问题有待于解决，最后提出一些建议。     

ZJ510L-B汽车用高强度热轧板的试制

珠钢150t电弧炉-LF(VD)-CSP(紧凑式带材生产)流程试生产的5～8mm ZJ510L-B(0．16C--1．22Mn)汽车用高强度热轧板的铁素体晶粒尺寸为6．0～9．2μm，带状组织为1．5～2．5级，强度极限σb562～610MPa，延伸率δ5 32．0％～38．6％。文中还分析和提出了带状组织的形成原因和改进措施。     

M8011H16铝合金防盗盖板生产工艺研究

研究了元素含量变化对8011铝合金防盗盖板综合性能的影响，在8011合金中改变Cu、Mn元素含量后可提高防盗盖板的强度，同时研究了烘烤处理后的强度变化问题。本文研究出了8011铝合金防盗盖板新的生产工艺制度。
