网络监控系统的设计和实现

文中设计的网络监控系统使用软路由技术可以通过软件实现跨网段的连接,可以根据自己的需求在不同的网络上实现统一的监控管理。它可用于图书馆的管理系统、几个电子阅览室、语音室、多媒体教室等。软件全部代码使用VC++开发,对网络控制直接基于系统的底层进行设计,与操作系统结合紧密。它能实时地、动态地对所辖区所有监控元进行监视、控制与管理;采用多种记费方式。文中还给出了系统的实现情况。     

高速图像采集存储的研究与开发

在对快速运动目标进行跟踪、测量的过程中 ,为了提高测量精度 ,采用高帧频图像记录技术是目前一种新的技术途径 .针对高速电视系统中数字图像实时快速存储的需要 ,提出一种基于 PCI总线和 SCSI磁盘阵列的视频图像实时采集存储方案 ;针对军工靶场高速电视所拍摄目标的特点 ,提出了一种无损压缩方案 ;针对系统对实时性要求很高 ,而Windows2 0 0 0为弱实时操作系统这一特点 ,提出了几种减少 Windows非实时性的方案 .最后给出了整个系统的软件体系结构和设计思路 ,并对系统的性能做出了测试     

Parallel Processing of First Order Linear Recurrence on SMP Machines

In this paper, we propose a new algorithm that analyzes the data dependency pattern in the first-order linear recurrence (FOLR) and transforms it into algebraically equivalent expanded form so that it can be processed in parallel using the threads on symmetric multiprocessor (SMP) machines. The transformation aims to eliminate the data dependencies in the naive nested form of the FOLR. However, as this transformation may result in extra multiplication operations, our algorithm examines the immanent overhead of the expanded form of the FOLR and generates a new hybrid form of the FOLR. The hybrid form combines nested and appropriately expanded form in order to make it suitable for parallel processing. The parallel algorithm based on the hybrid form of the FOLR is analytically examined and tested through implementation on SMP machines. The implementation details, such as the workload balancing between processors and the optimization of cache performance, are also discussed. The experimental results show that the parallel algorithm based on the hybrid form of the FOLR considerably improves the performance on SMP machines that have three of more processors.     

钢中稀土加入工艺技术研究与应用

为解决钢中稀土加入难题，济钢开发了结晶器喂稀土金属丝工艺，即采用SLW2-4(A)多齿辊无级调速结晶器稀土喂丝机，通过严格控制原始钢水的脱氧程度，合理选择喂丝工艺参数，提高了钢中稀土成分的合格率．稀土回收率达80％以上，稀土在钢中的分布基本均匀。在09CuPTiRE和JCL355等部分钢种应用表明，稀土在钢中有净化、变质和微合金化的作用，钢中夹杂物总量评级平均只有5级，比正常生产钢降低2．2个级别以上。     

模拟车削成形的三维螺纹计算机建模方法

三维螺纹是在科学技术和工程领域应用很广泛的一种较为复杂的形体。正因为其复杂，所以它在计算机上建模(实体造型)非常困难。本文具体地分析了螺旋线的形成过程、原理和螺旋线的数学模型以及螺纹在车床上车削成形的整个过程，在此基础上，建立了用计算机模拟车削成形的一种三维螺纹建模方法。从该方法的应用实践来看，本文提出的方法是成功的，效率也很高，具有很强的实用价值和良好的推广应用前景。     

油井管特殊扣产品拧接的自动判定法

在油井管特殊扣产品的加工过程中,拧接是一个重要工序,而拧接设备是否具有自动判定的功能,自动判定方法合适与否,都会对生产节奏和质量控制产生影响。本文介绍了一种自动判定的方法,通过对拐点的扭矩数值、圈数的判断,再加上一些防错手段,实现对特殊扣拧接曲线的自动判定。

以滑块中加脱螺纹模具机构设计的方法，利用模具中的行程开关，解决了模具的脱模具问题，使模具生产的塑件符合塑件设计的质量要求，从而证明滑块中加脱螺纹模具机构设计的方法是正确的。     

Study on spiral wall thickness unevenness of thin- walled tubes rolled by Assel rolling mill

In view of the internal thread defect of thin- walled tubes rolled by Assel 3- roll skew rolling mill, Assel cross- rolling process of X20Cr13 steel tube with typical specification of ??160mm??6. 5mm was numerically simulated by using 3D finite element analysis software Simufact. The influences of different mandrel movement modes, feeding angles and rolling strip profiles on the depth of internal thread were studied. The results show that the depth of the internal thread of steel tube rolled by the full floating mandrel is the most shallow, the second is that of the fixed mandrel and that of the pull mandrel is worst, and it will be gradually deepened when the feed angle increases; the hyperbolic rolling strip is more conducive to controlling the internal thread depth of the rolled tube. Under the condition of hyperbolic rolling strip, the amount of twist deformation of the rolled tube in the rolling process is about 35% smaller than that of the straight rolling strip.

不同滚压方式滚丝模主要参数设计

分别对不同滚压方式下滚丝模螺距、中径以及工件的轴向运动速度等三个参数的设计计算做了推导。并结合这三个参数在不同滚压方式下的具体情况,对目前常用的四种外螺纹滚压方式的特点进行了分析,以期对有关专业技术人员设计滚丝模有所帮助。
