A novel method of designing and preparing bone tissue engineering scaffolds with controllable porous structure of both macro channels and micro pores was proposed. The CAD software UG NX3.0 was used to design the macro channels’ shape, size and distribution. By integrating rapid prototyping and traditional porogen technique, the macro channels and micro pores were formed respectively. The size, shape and quantity of micro pores were controlled by porogen particulates. The sintered β-TCP porous scaffolds possessed connective macro channels of approximately 500 μm and micro pores of 200–400 μm. The porosity and connectivity of micro pores became higher with the increase of porogen ratio, while the mechanical properties weakened. The average porosity and compressive strength of β-TCP scaffolds prepared with porogen ratio of 60wt% were 78.12% and 0.2983 MPa, respectively. The cells’ adhesion ratio of scaffolds was 67.43%. The ALP activity, OCN content and cells micro morphology indicated that cells grew and proliferated well on the scaffolds. 针对建筑结构在随机荷载或风荷载作用下可能发生的频率不确定问题,特别是结构自振频率会随振幅的大小而发生漂移的非线性振动问题,提出性能可靠、构造简单的形状记忆合金SMA-TMD自适应半主动控制系统.从理论上探讨形状记忆合金在变刚度TMD控制装置中的应用,并进行相应的参数设计.同时,在研究随机荷载作用下TMD系统动力特性的基础上,结合短时傅里叶变换(STFT)设计出该系统的自适应半主动控制算法.算例表明,SMA-TMD自适应控制系统能较好地识别结构系统的时频特性,并进行有效的控制,具有性能可靠和自适应能力强等特点.该自适应控制系统较传统的TMD被动控制减震效果更好,鲁棒性更强.  相似文献

为研究有别于现有侧重于研究结构具体构件(梁、柱及支撑等)的建筑结构损伤识别方法,提出应直接从整体开展框架结构损伤识别方法.将框架结构转换成"等效剪切型"结构,数值分析表明,结构具体构件出现损伤(即刚度发生退化)时,会引起受影响层的等效剪切刚度发生变化,因此,可以采用层等效剪切刚度变化率与层抗侧刚度作为指标来进行结构损伤定位与损伤程度评定.通过大量的框架结构数值模拟计算,归纳出了一套能将损伤定位到结构层及从整体来评定结构损伤程度的方法.  相似文献

为对预应力空间钢结构的施工成形进行系统的研究,提出了基于控制索原长求解索张拉力的反分析法.从预应力状态开始,通过控制每一级张拉索的原长,进行非线性有限元迭代计算,求出索在分级分批施工时的控制力.方法的优点在于计算简单,省去了通用有限元需要反复试算的缺点.应用编制的程序对一弦支穹顶模型进行了施工过程的模拟分析,结果表明:反分析法能精确模拟结构的施工成形过程,且在整个过程中,每根索只需张拉一次,简化了施工工艺.  相似文献

根据载波加权可增强OFDM系统周期平稳性,实现系统盲同步的基本原理,分析了OFDM系统相关矩阵的分块结构,给出相应系统的盲同步算法.该方法通过检测相关矩阵的分块Toep litz矩阵结构,实现系统定时和载频偏差的估计.同时,在特定系统同步性能交换误码率的情况下通过分析载波加权、系统误码率和载频同步误差之间的互相制约关系,进一步给出了载波加权的确定方法.实验仿真结果表明,采用分块相关矩阵的同步方案与采用循环谱的同步方案相比,可获得更好的系统载频和定时同步效果.  相似文献

利用第一性原理研究了钙钛矿型的ScRh3X(X=B,C,N)及其固溶体的结构、弹性、电子性质等。研究结果表明,对于平衡状态下的ScRh3BxC1-x(0〈x〈1)固溶体,其结构参数和已知的实验数据相一致,和ScRh3C结构相比,在0〈x〈1的范围内,固溶体ScRh3BxC1-x的体积弹性模量和弹性常数C44随着价电子浓度的增加增大,而剪切模量却表现出单调下降的趋势。本文根据计算得到的电子结构信息对这些现象进行了分析,发现剪切模量比体积弹性模量或C44能更好的预测该体系的硬度。  相似文献

The hydrophobic-polar (HP) lattice model is an important simplified model for studying protein folding. In this paper, we present an improved ACO algorithm for the protein structure prediction. In the algorithm, the "lone"ethod is applied to deal with the infeasible structures, and the "oint mutation and reconstruction"ethod is applied in local search phase. The empirical results show that the presented method is feasible and effective to solve the problem of protein structure prediction, and notable improvements in CPU time are obtained.  相似文献

A process was proposed based on the combination of chemical and physical activation for the production of activated carbons used as the electrode material for electric double layer capacitor (EDLC). By material characterization and electrochemical methods, the influences of the activitation process on the specific surface area, pore structure and electrochemical properties of the activated carbons were investigated. The results show that specific surface area, the mesopore volume, and the specific capacitance increase with the increase of the mass ratio of KOH to char (m(KOH)/m(char)) and the activation time, respectively. When m(KOH)/m(char) is 4.0, the specific surface area and the mesopore volume reach the maximum values, i.e. 1 960 m2/g and 0.308 4 cm3/g, and the specific capacitance is 120.7 F/g synchronously. Compared with the chemical activation, the activated carbons prepared by chemical-physical activation show a larger mesopore volume, a higher ratio of mesopore and a larger specific capacitance. Rock bursts signify extreme behavior in coal mine strata and severely threaten the safety of the lives of miners, as well as the effectiveness and productivity of miners. In our study, an elastic-plastic-brittle model for the deformation and failure of coal/rock was established through theoretical analyses, laboratory experiments and field testing, simulation and other means, which perfectly predict sudden and delayed rock bursts. Based on electromagnetic emission (EME), acoustic emission (AE) and microseism (MS) effects in the process from deformation until impact rupture of coal-rock combination samples, a multi-parameter identification of premonitory technology was formed, largely depending on these three forms of emission. Thus a system of classification for forecasting rock bursts in space and time was established. We have presented the intensity weakening theory for rock bursts and a strong-soft-strong (3S) structural model for controlling the impact on rock surrounding roadways, with the objective of laying a theoretical foundation and establishing references for parameters for the weakening control of rock bursts. For the purpose of prevention, key technical parameters of directional hydraulic fracturing are revealed. Based on these results, as well as those from deep-hole controlled blasting in coal seams and rock, integrated control techniques were established and anti-impact hydraulic props, suitable for roadways subject to hazards from rockbursts have also been developed. These technologies have been widely used in most coal mines in China, subject to these hazards and have achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.  相似文献

Concrete structures in main coal cleaning plants have been rebuilt and reinforced in the coal mines of the Shanghai Da-tun Energy Sources Co. Ltd., the first colliery of the Pingdingshan Coal Co. Ltd. and the Sanhejian mine of the Xuzhou Mining Group Co. Ltd. In these projects, the operating environment and reliability of concrete structures in the main plants of the three companies were investigated and the safety of the structures inspected. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were made on the spe-cial natural, technological and mechanical environments around the structures. On the basis of these analyses, we discuss the long-term, combined actions of the harsh natural (corrosive gases, liquids and solids) and mechanical environments on concrete structures and further investigated the damage and deteriorating mechanisms and curing techniques of concrete structures in the main coal cleaning plants. Our study can provide a theoretical basis for ensuring the reliability of concrete structures in main coal cleaning plants.  相似文献
