降低成品油二次物流运输成本的思考

介绍了传统成品油进货和管理模式存在的诸如成品油物流以行政区划、中问环节多、信息化程度不高、运输路线未优化造成物流成本提高等问题。提出要降低成品油二次物流运输成本，当务之急是加强成品油物流的信息化建设；调整管理模式，打破行政区域界限，开展经济辐射半径内的库站物流配送；引进竞争机制，打破运输垄断，一、二次物流结合，大、小车型搭配，提高运营效率；做好运杂费全面预算、核算及运行费用的过程控制。

An object replication algorithm for real-time distributed databases

A real-time distributed database system (RTDDBS) must maintain the consistency constraints of objects and must also guarantee the time constraints imposed by each request arriving at the system. Such a time constraint of a request is usually defined as a deadline period, which means that the request must be serviced on or before its time constraint. Servicing these requests may incur I/O costs, control-message transferring costs or data-message transferring costs. As a result, in our work, we first present a mathematical model that considers all these costs. Using this cost model, our objective is to service all the requests on or before their respective deadline periods and minimize the total servicing cost. To this end, from theoretical standpoint, we design a dynamic object replication algorithm, referred to as Real-time distributed dynamic Window Mechanism (RDDWM), that adapts to the random patterns of read-write requests. Using competitive analysis, from practical perspective, we study the performance of RDDWM algorithm under two different extreme conditions, i.e., when the deadline period of each request is sufficiently long and when the deadline period of each request is very short. A 3-D motion tracing system in High School Physics teaching

Abstract This article presents a study of a large scale incorporation of one data acquisitionsystem into physics teaching in Israel. By 1994 about 30% of the schools throughout the country used the V-scope, a 3-D multibody motion tracing system, in their lab programme. The views and reactions of post-training teachers, experienced teachers and students on various aspects of using the system are described, analysed and compared.

过去的正反浮选工艺具有产生的磷精矿中MgO含量低，产品脱水性能好的优点，但选矿成本较高，直接经济效益不显著，为此对“矿浆无需加温”、正浮选作业“无碱”、“无碳酸盐抑制剂”、反浮选“无需添加磷酸”的“四无”正反浮选新工艺进行了研究，结果表明：该新工艺具有技术指标先进，选矿成本低的优点。
