High-temperature abrasive wear testing of potential tool materials for thixoforming of steels

High temperature abrasive wear performance of Inconel 617, Stellite 6 alloys and X32CrMoV33 hot work tool steel was investigated. The wear resistance of the latter is degraded at 750 °C due to its inferior oxidation resistance. Extensive oxidation co-occuring with abrasive wear at 750 °C leads to substantial material loss due to the lack of a protective oxide scale, sufficiently ductile to sustain the abrasion without extensive spalling. The wear resistance of the Inconel 617 and Stellite 6 alloys, on the other hand, improves at 750 °C owing to protective oxides that sustain the abrasion without spalling.

Einsatz des Ritzpendels zur Quantifizierung des Verschleißverhaltens bei der Bearbeitung von Naturstein

Use of a Scratch Pendulum for Quantification of the Abrasive Behaviour in Machining Stones The machining of natural stones is one of the most demanding applications of today´s cutting technique. Modern stone processing is based on grinding and it is usually done with diamond based tools. The achievable material removal rate is process dependant and mainly determined by tool speed and infeed. The tool durability depends on the adjustment of the parameters to the wear resistance of the processed material. This resistance is a material characteristic value. Using a scratch pendulum, it is possible to determine the energy needed to create a defined scratch and relate it to the induced material loss and the chipped material volume. The analysis provides a value which, after verification by industrial production data, can be seen as characteristic for the material. It therefore enables the quantification of a material dependant scratch resistance.     

掘进机盘形滚刀的磨损及其侧向力的探讨

根据盘形滚刀工作的实际破岩，建立了盘形滚刀的空间运动模型；分析了全断面岩石掘进机盘形滚刀磨损不均匀的原因及改进措施；探讨了盘形滚刀侧向不平衡力的产生并建立了预测其大小的公式。不仅完善了全断面岩石掘进机盘形滚刀的破岩机理，更为盘形滚刀的合理设计、刀盘回转电机最佳容量的确定，提供了理论依据。     

铸造镍铬钼铜新型耐磨蚀合金的局部腐蚀

采用化学浸泡法研究了铸造Ｎｉ－Ｃｒ－Ｍｏ－Ｃｕ合金的局部腐蚀行为，结合磷复肥生产的介质条件，研究了材料的击穿电位，保护电位，点蚀的形成过程，合金元素对蚀孔形成的影响，并且考察了合金的晶间腐蚀特性，由此，对材料的耐局部腐蚀行为进行了综合评价。     

W型压缩机一阶往复惯性力分析

本文给出了当列间夹角γ为任意值时W型压缩机一阶往复惯性力合力的变化规律,并讨论了相应的平衡方法及对主轴颈磨蚀的影响。     

摩擦耗能机构及其竖向紧固力

针对摩擦耗能支撑体系及其试验结果，采用具体工程实例，计算并分析了摩擦耗能支撑体系运动时其内部的位移与受力情况，探讨了竖向紧固力与启动力的关系以及结构构造形成对竖向紧固力的影响，为摩擦耗能支撑体系的设计，应用提供依据。     

水电机组空蚀在线监测系统的研究

介绍了水电机组空蚀在线监测的原理和实现方法，提出了具体的空蚀在线监测系统结构设计方案。并在八盘峡水电厂4号机组上进行了现场试验，得出了空蚀强度随负荷变化的特性曲线，为水电厂开展状态检修进行了有益的探索。     

关于链条耐磨性计算及其检验的分析研究

综述了几种链条磨损寿命的计算及试验方法的现状,提出了在链条耐磨性检验过程中,滑摩功率方法较为方便可取。此种方法对实验的设备及规范要求比较低。

通过对釉面砖模板过早失效分析,从中找出引起失效的主要原因·对提高其使用寿命有一定的指导作用。
